Bucarest : locations de vacances avec terrasse

I guess I am just another of the 5-star reviews!! This place was excellent! Very modern, clean and great fittings (kitchen, bed, bathroom etc.). The place looked as if it had been put together by a professional Interior Designer - very stylish indeed. Everything was extreemly classy and a real joy to stay there. Finally, I had one very minor issue with the iron - and Alexandru immediately sorted it out! Dropping off a brand-new iron in under an hour - on a Sunday afternoon! So very responsive and helpful. I would definately stay there again. My work collegue visited one evening and immediately tried to book the place for his next trip - fully booked! Ah well - that happens if you have such a nice place.

Am avut placerea de a fi cazati in acest apartament pe durata weekendului. Zona a fost perfecta pentru noi ca si pozitionare si facilitati. Accesul se realizeaza foarte usor, atat in incinta cat si in apartament. Apartamentul a fost pe masura asteptarilor, echipat cu toate cele necesare, deasemenea totul a fost functional, de la iluminat, incalzire ambientala, apa calda, frigider, samd. Cu siguranta va fi prima noastra optiune si pentru o viitoare vizita in capitala. Multumim frumos dl Octavian!

Am ramas incintata de cum a intrat in apartament, foarte spatios, chiar mai mult decit aveam nevoie pentru doua persoane, luminos, curat si un aspect important pentru mine - linistit (nu am auzit niciodata vecinii, nu se aud masinile cum circula). Am ramas impresionata de numarul in plus de perne, de plapume si prosoape. Am enumerat ceea ce a fost important pentru mine, in rest - este un apartament cu toate cele necesare (si aici includ si bucataria) pentru a locui mai multe zile, si este exact ceea ce este aratat in fotografii. Ce nu au putut arata fotografiile - cit de confortabile si linistite sunt noptile in acest apartament. Mai revin cu siguranta❤️

Locuința are un design unic, un apartament bine compartimentat, cu terasă generoasă. Mi-a plăcut locația, faptul ca are loc de parcare. Părul este confortabil, am dormit bine. Cu siguranță vom reveni.

Жильё очень нам понравилось, обязательно вернёмся ещё сюда. Александра очень приветливая, всегда была на связи. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания. Безусловно рекомендую!

This was our first trip to Romania to visit Therme Spa, and we were a group of adults/ children We chose this apartment based on the pictures and location, although we hadn't really planned our sightseeing or explored the area beforehand. The day before our arrival, Lotus confirmed he would meet us to hand over the keys and also mentioned that towels, shower gel, and body wash would be provided, which was a bonus as we only had small travel bags. On arrival, Lotus was there as agreed, and the apartment was exactly as pictured — beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. There was also bottled water, tea, and coffee available, which was a lovely touch. The balcony had an unobstructed view, making it a perfect spot to relax. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the metro, with a small shop below the apartment and a large supermarket only 3 minutes away. We would totally recommend this apartment and will definitely book again when we return. Thanks you :-)

Hôte très accueillant et excellente communication. Il est également très flexible sur les heures d'arrivées et de départs et répond parfaitement aux questions posées en amont. Pour un court séjour de tourisme à Bucarest le logement est parfait.

Un grand merci pour cet excellent séjour ! L'appartement était parfait : idéalement situé en plein centre, d'une propreté impeccable et encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout était pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable. Et surtout, un immense merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité, vous avez été un hôte génial ! Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Great home, perfect with larger groups, a lot of bedrooms and a lot of overall space to be together as a group but also sufficient places to sit with smaller groups. Has lots of facilities for a large group.

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very convenient location, close to subway, a great grocery with local produce nearby. The house is spacious and clean, worked very well for my needs. Will be back when I'm visiting relatives in Bucharest.

Бяхме за 2 дни в къщата всичко беше супер. прекарахме много хубав уикенд като пристигнахме къщата беше много топла и чиста. Къщата е обзаведена много хубаво и с всички удобства. собственика много отзичив. помолих ако може да намери количка под надм човек веднага реагира и ни докара за което съм му много благодарна. Със сигурност пак ще настаним в тази къща.

Alessio is a great host. He is very friendly, reliable, patient and understanding. The house is awesome and super entertaining with everything that it has there. The place looks just like the pictures. Great atmosphere. We cannot wait to come back again!

Andhra’s place is charming and unique. Located in the heart of the city, the apartment offers everything someone needs to have a wonderful stay! Andhra’s attention to details is remarkable and so is the way she has anticipated her guests needs. She went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Communication with Andhra was flawless. I will gladly return to her apartment!

Ovidiu is professional, respectful and always responsive. The flat looks exactly like in the pictures, perhaps even better. Family like neighbourhood and felt very safe. I strongly recommend the flat. Ovidiu made everything even better.

Apartamentul este situat într-o locație foarte liniștită având tot de ce este necesar unui trai bun. Mădălina este foarte receptivă.

This part of the neighbourhood is fairly new, so all the buildings, streets and green parks are still pretty new and beautiful. This also means fewer people, fewer trafic and more safety. The apartment comes with two parking spaces which is a great plus if you're traveling by car like us. It's easy to reach and use. The apartment itself seems fairly new too, so everything inside was super clean and tidy. And finaly the host, Elena, was great! She gave us so much info about the check-in, the neighbourhood, the possible activities and so on. She responds almost immedietly and is very friendly. Would definetly stay here again and can't reccomend it enough!

Un petit bemol possitif mais à souligner . Les 2 rues qui encerclent les immeubles portes le même nom donc si vous faite appel à un taxi .. il faut faire attention.. mais dans l ensemble notre séjour c est très très bien passé. Ce que vous pourriez laisser en évidence sur la table, c est un plan de la ville avec les lignes de bus, Tram etc..pour ce rendre dans votre jolie ville. La communication est réactive ça fait plaisir.

Walkable distance to the National Arena, great host, clean place, friendly neighborhood.

The apartment was super spacious, spotless, and had an amazing city view. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Camelia responds very quick to messages which is super helpful. The location was perfect right in Old Town. The property was clean and had everything we needed like body wash, iron, towels etc. Check was very easy and the building is safe. I would definitely recommend staying here and next time I am in Bucharest I will be staying in this apartment again!
