Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

Clean, lovely apartment, close to SO many shops, restaurants, cafes. Walkable, a little hard to figure out public transportation. Florence is a very interesting and busy city.

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

We had an incredible stay at Clara's property in Cortona! The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the farm, which was not only fun but also deeply meaningful. We loved learning about the local way of life. Our host, Clara, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well-located. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Cortona. Grazie mille, Clara for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Nos encantó. Él alojamiento de Filippo, Amanda y Chili fue todo lo que esperamos. Cercano al centro de Florencia, a restaurantes y con muy buen acceso a transporte público. La habitación es limpia, la cama cómoda y el apartamento cuenta con una terraza con una vista sorprendente. Adicional a esto, cuentan con lavadora, imprescindible para viajes de varios días. Filippo y Amanda estuvieron atentos a nosotros a lo largo de la estadía, amigables y muy respetuosos y Chili, su perrito, una preciosidad. Muy recomendable, volveríamos de nuevo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

L’appartement de Margherita est très bien situé dans le centre de Florence, dans une rue calme. Nous l’avons trouvé très confortable, spacieux et très propre. La communication avec Margherita a été très fluide et sympathique, nous recommandons cet appartement à 100% !

Splendid location and excellent food! Perfect getaway in my opinion — I saw the prettiest sunset of my life surrounded by cats and ducks.

Este alojamiento se caracteriza por la armoniosodad, limpieza y EXCELENTE ubicación. No tuvimos que utilizar el transporte público para ir a las atracciones más famosas, todo nos quedaba entre 10 y 15 minutos a pie. Para llegar solo fue necesario tomar el tranvia desde el aeropuerto, caminamos algunas cuadras y listo!... justo a unos pasos de la Catedral de Santa Maria del Fiore. Eva en todo momento se mostró atenta, amable y muy precisa para dar indicaciones. Sin duda regresaria a este lugar.

Tolle Unterkunft, auch zu Fuss gut bis ins Zentrum möglich. Wir reisten mit zwei Kindern (6 Jahre und Baby). Uns wurde ein Reisebett, Hochstuhl und Wickelunterlage bereitgestellt. Herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Super clean, easy check-in and check-out, great location, in the city's heart, and a short walk to everything! As a woman in her 20s, I stayed alone and felt safe and secure. Would recommend!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. 10/10 and we couldn't recommend it highly enough! Stunning location with the most picturesque view. The accommodation was well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. Giovanni provided wonderful local recommendations from nearby towns - we will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Tuscany!

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We had a wonderful time at Novella's accommodation. We had enough space in the accommodation despite 6 adults, 3 children and a dog, because the rooms are very spacious. The price-performance ratio was top. The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils we needed to cook. There were 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room and a large kitchen. The larger bathroom included a bathtub and toilet. In the smaller bathroom we had a shower, toilet and washing machine which was very helpful with three kids. The apartment is on the second floor and had a child lock for the stairs, so we could let the kids run free. We especially liked the pool. We were there very early, yet the water was very pleasant without having become heated. In front of the house there were two parking spaces for our cars. Please note that the accommodation is at the top of the mountain, so a car would be an advantage. Unfortunately, there are no shopping facilities nearby.

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. We loved our stay here. It took us a couple of attempts to find it - but we were driving in pouring rain and fog (which was actually very picturesque!). Liza’s instructions were very clear and she was patient and helpful with me as I navigated our way there. The space was lovely - my daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed and the configuration of the living room meant that it became a separate bedroom for her which she loved. Nearby Castellina in Chianti is an absolute delight of a town - just a few minutes away - and another 30 or so minutes further and you have all the jewels of the Tuscan region within easy reach. We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!
