Alessio greeted us and assisted us with our luggage to the elevator. He explained everything about the apartment and also provided a guide book with local restaurants, wine vars, groceries, etc. He was gave us his phone in case we needed anything. He was so friendly and helpful and we really appreciate d that. The apartment was lovely and comfortable just as the photos.

El alojamiento estaba impecable, súper ordenado y limpio, tal cual el anuncio. Estaría bueno que le agreguen microondas y más cucharitas. Por otro lado es importante que avisen que es recomendable usar un electrodoméstico a la vez, ya que pusimos el lavarropa y el lavavajillas y se cortó la luz. Más allá de este inconveniente recomiendo el departamento estaba impecable y el anfitrión siempre atento y respondiendo cada inquietud.

Ho soggiornato un weekend in questo splendido alloggio molto vicino dalla stazione. Ivana è un host impeccabile, ci ha subito accolti calorosamente. La casa è risultata essere accogliente, molto pulita e silenziosa. Completa di ogni necessità. Grazie di tutto e a presto!

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Vittoria’s place. It was in the perfect part of Florence. Easy to get to everything. The elevator was pretty cool as we felt we were transformed back in time every time we got in it. Vittoria was very responsive to handle a minor issue that came up which was not her fault. She was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and had everything I needed for my 2 month stay. Lido was always responsive and helped with anything I needed, hospitality was unmatched. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Florence.

Natasha and Niccolo were fabulous hosts! They gave us excellent recommendations for places to see nearby, were always available to answer any questions. Honestly I wanted to spend an evening simply getting to know them. If you want a peaceful respite and hub to visit other Tuscan towns, De Ville is the place to rent. So grateful we chose it!!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

A casa é maravilhosa. Vi algumas pessoas reclamando da escada, mas fui com duas senhoras de 70 e 60 anos e não tivemos nenhum problema. Silvia foi extremamente gentil e prestativa. A anfitriã merece nota 10! A casa é excelente, mas o enorme quintal e os pais de Silvia foram um bônus à parte. Uma verdadeira joia em Florença. A limpeza da casa estava impecável, e todas as funcionalidades estavam em perfeito estado. ............................................. The house is wonderful. I saw some people complaining about the stairs, but I went with two ladies, aged 70 and 60, and we had no issues. Silvia was incredibly kind and helpful. The host deserves a 10! The house is great, but the huge backyard and Silvia's parents were an extra bonus. A true gem in Florence. The house was spotless, and all the amenities worked perfectly.

Elisa was always in communication with me, we wanted to be away from the city but still a 25 min drive to it. You have everything you need to cook a meal and a terrace when the weather is nice. 👍🏻

Muy buena estancia, el lugar bastante cómodo para 3 personas. Baño limpio y equipado con los productos necesarios. Muy buena comunicación y respuestas rápidas, nos dieron indicaciones para llegar y nos esperaron para el check in al avisar que se había retrasado nuestro bus. Recomiendo el alojamiento, queda en una zona tranquila con la estación de autobús en la puerta.

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

Casa molto molto spaziosa, pulita e ordinata. Vista mozzafiato e giardino molto ben curato. Posto auto assegnato a due passi dalla uscita di casa. Unico difetto ma di poco conto sono le stradine molto strette per arrivare alla casa.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

L’appartement de Margherita est très bien situé dans le centre de Florence, dans une rue calme. Nous l’avons trouvé très confortable, spacieux et très propre. La communication avec Margherita a été très fluide et sympathique, nous recommandons cet appartement à 100% !

한국분들이 많이 머무시는거 같은데 후기는 없는거 같아서 후기 남겨요! 우선 총 평은 여행 낭만 때문인건지.. 별 5개 드립니다... ★★★★★ 1. 숙소 위치 - 피렌체 중심가는 아니지만 대부분 기차로 이동하실텐데 산타마리아 역이랑 걸어서 5~10분 거리고 가는길까지 돌바닥이 많지 않아서 캐리어 끌고 이동하는데도 크게 무리는 없습니다. 만약에 중심가에서 머물렀으면 이동이 가깝기는 했겠지만 캐리어 끌고 이동할 자신이... ㅠ... 그리고 다른 후기에도 있듯이 5층까지 계단으로만 되어있는 숙소라 조금! 불편하실 수도 있습니다. 저는 남편이랑 묵어서 24인치 캐리어 2개를 옮겼는데 남편이 캐리어를 들고 이동해서 크게 힘든건 없었는데 어르신들은 조금 불편하실 수도 있을 것 같아요. 근데 대부분의 숙소가 엘리베이터가 없을 것 같아서.. 이 부분도 고려하셨음 좋겠습니다. 2. 숙소 컨디션 코시모가 숙소를 정말 깔끔하게 관리해요! 화장실은 물때 낀 곳도 없고, 샤워공간에서 나는 악취도 없습니다. 주방도 널널해서 장봐서 음식 해먹기도 아주 안성맞춤이고, 테이블도 많아서 앉아서 분위기 내기도 좋습니다. 대단한 뷰는 없지만 그래도 창문도 큼지막하고, 햇빛이 정말 잘 들어옵니다. 그래서 낮이 되면 따뜻하더라구요! 3. 주요 시설 세탁기가 조금! 사용하기 어렵습니다 꼭 메뉴얼 읽고 사용하세요.... 내부 뚜껑 때문에 손을 크게 다쳤습니다. 나머지는 아주 잘 되어있었고 코시모가 제공하는 메뉴얼 북에 사용 설명서가 있는데 저희가 방문했을땐 커피머신은 안되더라구요... 조금 아쉽 ㅠㅠ.. 제가 체크인 했을때는 코시모를 만나진 못했지만 중간에 에어비앤비 앱으로 주변 레스토랑 정보 등등을 많이 알려줬습니다. She was a wonderful host, and this apartment was a lovely place to stay in Florence. :) I highly recommend staying here if you ever visit!

Arianna was a very helpful host and responded very quickly to any questions I had! The place was in a great location and the beds were very big and the area was very clean! Would highly recommend!
