Bucine : locations de vacances dans des gîtes à la ferme

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Skvělé místo, útulný a stylově zařízený byt, velice pohodlná postel, víno, olivový olej, káva a těstoviny na přivítanou! Alex bydlí v přízemí domu, takže je vždy k dispozici. Velice děkujeme, Tomáš a Věra :-)

La casa di Barbara è davvero bella e molto ben organizzata. Ha il fascino delle prime case airbnb, dove davvero trovi pezzi di storia della famiglia che le abita (foto, oggetti), invece delle abitazioni asettiche che si trovano adesso. La cucina è davvero super e i barbecue aiutano a organizzare delle belle braciate! Lo spazio esterno è tranquillo e ben organizzato, con un grande tavolo da pranzo. tutto intorno è campagna e si vede Monteriggioni da lontano (che comunque si raggiunge in 5 minuti). Bellissimo soggiorno

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Le seul chose que je pourrais dire de négatif c’est le manque d’éclairage pour la cuisine et salle à manger . Pour le reste tout est parfait si on aime le décor de la campagne:-)

Wie im Himmel! Zwei wundervolle Wochen in der reizvoll spätsommerlichen Toskana, unweit von Florenz, Arezzo, Siena, San Gimigniano und den Weingütern der Chianti-Region liegen hinter uns. Und Rosano! Mit der besten Alimentari-Bottega der Welt und einer kleinen feinen zurückgezogenen Klosterkirche der Benediktinerinnen. Il Castellino ist ein wunderschönes und liebevoll betreutes Anwesen mitten in biologisch bewirtschafteten Olivenhainen. Ein Zuhause auf Zeit: der weite Blick in die morgendlich nebelverhangenen Täler, lange ungestörte Abendstunden auf Terasse, der perfekt temperierte Pool, die gut ausgestattete Küche, die superkomfortable Einrichtung, der Lieblingsplatz in der Hängematte zwischen alten Bäumen, eine Olivenöl-Führung von Remus und Marias unvergleichliche Torta ... wir kommen wieder!

Ian war ein äußerst zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns herzlich aufgenommen und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Er gab uns Tipps wo wir gut essen gehen können und wo wir schöne Sachen erleben können. Er erkundigte sich auch wie es uns ergehe und ob alles passt. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und richtig stilvoll eingerichtet. Man konnte erkennen dass die Wohnung mit Herz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Als wir ankamen war Ian auch so nett und war für uns etwas einkaufen. Die Umgebung war wunderschön und richtig ruhig zum entspannen. Ich würde sofort wieder bei Ian buchen. Danke Ian & Fellow dass ihr unseren Urlaub und Aufenthalt so schön gemacht habt! 🫶

The home and grounds were so beautiful and peaceful! The apartment was well equipped and felt like traditional Tuscany. Marian was very helpful and d the restaurant was wonderful too!

If I could rate this place a 20 out of ten, I would. The property was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. While we could have easily made ourselves comfortable within the property for the entirety of the stay, there were also some surrounding hikes that my boyfriend and I went on which were so fun and had amazing views. Giovanni went above and beyond as a host to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He gave us a short tour upon arrival followed by some complimentary glasses of wine and snacks with olive oil from their production. He was very nice, professional, and easy to reach in case of question throughout the stay. I highly recommend and hope to come back one day!

Beautiful serene home, exactly as you’d imagine a Tuscan villa set in the hills to be with a stunning view. The wines from the vineyard were also fantastic (definitely pick up a few bottles whilst there). We arrived without a car and there was plenty to do in walking distance (30 minutes on back roads through the vineyards to Greve). Other walks were also great. A car would have been handy though. Food in Greve was very good, and the hosts recommendations are well worth it. We drank the water and was fine, so I’d say you can ignore the posts before if you are generally willing to drink tap water on holiday. Friendly, welcoming, stunning location. I would love to go back.

Nada's place will hold a special place in my heart, it was the highlight of our trip through Italy. This is a one of a kind BnB! The cooking class with Viola and Ramondo was an unforgettable experience! Very helpful host, you could feel her love in the apartment. Generous accommodations, clean and cozy. Stunning views and though a little remote, close enough to restaurants and markets. pisa and Florence are a very easy day trip and everything from the hosts recommendations were incredible, she even saved us when I couldn't seem to book a reservation! Can not say anything negative about this amazing experience! I'll be back.

Wow. My mom and I had the most amazing stay. Staying here was like a dream and Judyta went above and beyond to make us feel at home as well as cook dinner and breakfast for us and wine and oil tasting. The place is so beautiful and peaceful and it was the best vibes for an amazing price. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Ce lieu était ce à quoi nous aspirions dès le départ dans ce séjour toscan : une vue imprenable, de la verdure, du calme. L'accueil a été formidable, une bouteille de Proseco pour le nouvel an, des animaux tranquilles, câlins sans être envahissant. La maison est grande, lumineuse, meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pu profiter de la cheminée. Florence se trouve à 23mn en voiture. C'est tout simplement un petit paradis sur terre.

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

We LOVED outrstay here. First of all, Lorenzo was a fantastic host, communicative, available for every need, lovely to talk to. The property is incredible - a beautiful peaceful space to walk around, and some adorable cats to pet. Our favorite things about this space include: the gorgeous outdoor picnic setting for our meals, spotless kitchen with anything you need to cook, complete blackout and silence at night for a restful sleep and privacy. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to explore Tuscany, as this is a great place to stay and a reasonable drive from main Tuscan sites.

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no início de outubro! A anfitriã Paola, nos recebeu com muita simpatia, oferecendo orientações detalhadas sobre a acomodação e ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer em Siena e nos arredores. A localização é um pouco afastada do centro, ideal para quem está de carro, e captura perfeitamente o espírito da Toscana. O apartamento é amplo, muito bem equipado e com uma varanda encantadora (que pode ser solicitada ao anfitrião) com vista para o campo e cercada de oliveiras, ótima para um vinho ao final da tarde ou um café da manhã memorável. Também há uma lavanderia disponível, onde pudemos lavar nossas roupas gratuitamente, além de uma secadora por 1 Euro a cada 10 minutos. Gostamos muito da experiência e, sem dúvidas, voltaríamos para revivê-la!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! It was so quiet with beautiful views of Tuscany. The wine tour was so interesting followed by several tastings and a delicious lunch! A must!! Would certainly stay again and recommend to friends as well.
