Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Lucrezia’s place, which offers a perfect blend of country charm just outside Florence. It’s conveniently located for a quick drive or train into the city whenever needed. The accommodations are both relaxing and comfortable, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Lucrezia also recommended a fantastic local restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The property’s location is ideal, and I definatly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Casa Bada! It is a true gem and perfect spot to enjoy Tuscany. Suzy and her family are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the most amazing gourmet four-course meal. It was the best meal we had during our two week stay in Italy. Highly recommend you book a meal while staying here. The view from the Airbnb is more beautiful than a postcard. We loved sitting outside and taking in the breathtaking views, even around Christmas time (the fireplace inside is the perfect spot to warm up). We stayed as four adults and a toddler, they provided a crib, toys and high chair which was so appreciated. It was a good size for all of us. We’re already planning our next visit!

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

The place is a fantastic Tuscany escape with rolling fields and an adorable friendly cat.

L'alloggio di Marco, Anna Maria e Federico è un appartamentino carino e curato. È situato in una posizione comoda per poter raggiungere il centro di Firenze facilmente ed in poco tempo, sia con i mezzi pubblici che a piedi. Nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio ci sono pizzeria, pasticceria e soprattutto la Vecchia Osteria del Nacchero ...tutti posti che abbiamo trovato ottimi! Marco ci ha accolto personalmente ed è stato gentilissimo e cortese, fornendoci anche indicazioni e consigli utili. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

This is our second stay at Nicola’s Airbnb. He is a one of the best hosts on Airbnb. He is also an amazing licensed tour guide. Don’t hesitate to stay there and book one of his many tours. The apartment is in a perfect location and walkable.

Logement fonctionnel et vraiment proche de la vieille ville. Anna est une hôte réactive et vraiment attentive. J'ai apprecié sa réactivité pour le traitement de ma demande car pas de cafetière dispo dans l'appart pour le perit dej. J'ai donc adressé un message à Anne et 5 minutes après, j'ai eu la cafetière, merci!

Federico foi muito gentil conosco, sempre respondeu com rapidez e cortesia. Amei o espaço, muito limpo, os móveis conservados, todos os utensílios necessários na cozinha e banheiro. Federico está de parabéns pelo cuidado e carinho ao receber os hóspedes. Amamos o espaço e o anfitrião.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni in questo alloggio a Firenze e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. La posizione è perfetta subito sotto il duomo ovvero il cuore della città, comoda per visitare la città a piedi. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce, e l’host è stato sempre disponibile con risposte rapide e una comunicazione eccellente. L’appartamento rispecchia esattamente le foto: tutto pulito, curato e molto accogliente. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è stato trovare subito qualcosa da bere al nostro arrivo, un’attenzione che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Located nearby either train stations, and a few steps away from a more local commercial street (with lots of good food), but still keeping an arm,s length from the frenzy of the historic centre, it gave us the perfect blend of convenience and peace. The house itself is warm, fragrant, and cozy replete with delightful furnishings and objects (also yummy tea and snacks and a super comfortable bed). We have been thoroughly rejuvenated after spending the past few days at Silverio's!

Our first trip to Florence went great thanks to Gianni and his sweet Olive House. Gianni met us at the apartment and showed us around and gave us recommendations. Tuscany was experiencing some extreme cold weather for the region when we visited, and we unfortunately had issues with the heating our first night. However, by 9:30am the next morning, Gianni had arrived with a space heater and fixed all the filters of the heating while we went out for the day; we came home that evening to a very cozy and warm place! The bed was comfortable and the bedroom large enough to fit both our open suitcases. The apartment is located an 8-minute walk from the main strip of Santa Croce neighborhood which meant less things in the immediate street like restaurants or a grocery but it also meant quiet and privacy which we appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Gianni was very responsive and even allowed us to check out a little later than usual. Would highly recommend this spot!

Immobiliare Silvia was very responsive. the property was adequately described. There was construction going on in the stairway but we were warned about that. The location is perfect. It was nice having a refrigerator and range in the apartment. It would have been nice to have had a baking sheet or pizza pan to use to warm leftovers in the oven but that's a minor quibble. I would stay there again.

We had an incredible stay at Clara's property in Cortona! The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the farm, which was not only fun but also deeply meaningful. We loved learning about the local way of life. Our host, Clara, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well-located. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Cortona. Grazie mille, Clara for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!

Gabriele bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Floransa’da böylesine konforlu bir konaklama yaşayacağımızı düşünmemiştik. Evin konumu ve evin temizliği bizler için zaten yeterliydi. Banyo ve mutfak müthiş kullanışlıydı. Muhitin sessiz oluşu ve sokağın sonundaki otobüs durağından merkeze vasıta olması avantajlıydı. İçten ve hoş görüşüyle Gabriele’e tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz.

我们一行三人12月30日到1月2日入住公寓，由于在路上我们耽搁了一些时间，房东非常耐心地在公寓门口等我们，帮我们提行李到房间，很耐心周到地给我们介绍公寓的设施设备和使用方法以及注意事项。公寓卫生非常好，床品也很干净舒适。公寓地处市中心，和圣母百花大教堂和老桥仅一步之遥，去哪里基本都步行可达，地理位置十分便利，房东很绅士也挺帅的，离开时还帮我们叫了的士。总之是一次很愉快的入住体验，再一次感谢🙏🙏🙏

We had a lovely stay in Florence. The location of this Airbnb was perfect. We’ve been once before staying near the Duomo but much preferred this location in Santo Spirito. The apartment was clean and our hosts provided everything we needed, even extra towels without us asking. Grazie Mille!

Andrea's place is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Florence on a tiny (and lively) little street between the Duomo and the Piazza della Signoria. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and lovely, with high ceilings and everything we needed. Andrea was an ideal, helpful host. And be sure to take advantage of his restaurant recommendations. They were all superb places in a city full of restaurants of varying quality.
