Small but mighty! This place has a kitchenette as opposed to a full fledge kitchen, however, it completely suited our needs. It reminded me of a European flat — a larger than mini fridge but smaller than you probably have at home, a small stove top but no oven, and a mini dishwasher. Coffee was provided with the Keurig, which we totally enjoyed, and there was an electric kettle that we used for the instant oatmeal we brought. Two small but private bedrooms makes this Airbnb better than a hotel room. The bathroom was small, but nice. The kitchen, dining, and living area was not huge, but it was very well designed to function well and look nice. Linens were well stocked and completely sanitary and comfortable. Beds were decent. Access to the place was easy and convenient. Hosts were top notch with communication, professionalism, and kindness. The location to all things Atlanta was great!

Let me start by saying—Jay, Kel, and Quan were absolutely some of the best hosts I’ve ever had! Everything about their luxury apartment home was perfect. The space was clean, spotless, and exactly as described. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Communication with the hosts was seamless—they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. I also really appreciated the secure garage parking for my vehicle; it made things so much easier and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Amazing food places near the home also close to everything I needed to go during my stay. Huge shoutout to the hosts—thank you, thank you! I’ll definitely be booking with them again.

Location was great for our trip. We were less than 10 minutes to the Coca Cola Roxy or the Battery area. Kitchen was great! Accommodations were excellent for our stay. Would recommend this host!

We had a wonderful time. We were able to walk to our family's home easily. Quiet neighborhood. Safety lights in the yard and on the front porch. Close to a retail area. Inexpensive Uber rides to downtown. We have stayed here several times and keep coming back. J and S from Cambridge, Mass.

I’m proud to say I got to end 2024 at this Air BnB! My friend and I got to explore a lot of Marietta, play video games, grill out, play pool, air hockey, enjoy a spa, and walk trails in the area! I will say this Air Bnb was the first to offer essentials that you could forget or run out of! Examples: toiletries, food, medicines, and more! Thank you Lucas for letting us enjoy Christmas here!

our stay at Adolphus's place was great. the space was just right for our quick stay up in the Atlanta area. the pop up desk in the living room was a nice touch for getting some work done.

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

Desiree was great!! My daughter and I traveled for a cheer competition and knew nothing of the area! Desiree made us feel right at home and like I had a friend in the city. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns! A great host! Loved the balcony for morning coffee!

Fantastic place to stay right in all the action around Centennial Park. We didn't drive at all the entire weekend we stayed. Really nice balcony space overlooking the street, and the check-in process was a breeze. Kitchen was adorable but really well stocked with nice appliances and all the things you'd need to cook anything for yourself while you're there. Absolutely will stay here again.

Overall I had a great stay. Had no issues checking in or parking. Host is great. Only complaint I had was the marijuana smell from other guests that was very strong especially when sitting outside on porch that would flow into the condo when you opened the door to go in or out the porch which was no fault of the host at all.

I had a great stay at Eric’s place. Location was central to everywhere I needed and wanted to go. Eric was very responsive and helpful when I had questions!

Amazing communication from the beginning. Don’t judge the apartment from the outside- inside is gorgeous and beds are wonderful. If you are going out and about, the noise of the complex probably won’t be an issue for you, and they can’t control what the neighbors do! So I can’t hold it against them. Overall, highly recommend!!!
