We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at [JH Rentals Company ]’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Very clean and looked exactly like the photos. I rate this place a 10/10. The communication with [JH Rentals Conpany] was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.

I just needed a place to crash during an intense 4-day class, and that’s exactly what I got. This place has pretty much everything you need, and is very practical. Not cute, but great if you just need a private space to yourself. Jae was kind and helpful!

Un departamento muy lindo y acogedor, tiene todo lo que necesitas cuando vas de paseo, aparte esta muy bien ubicado ya que tienes cerca muchos lugares emblemáticos de Filadelfia, donde solo tienes que llegar caminando, vale totalmente la pena hospedarse aqui, lo recomiendo

Loved this place so much! Kaitlyn was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Great walk to the fillmore about 10 minutes! Very clean space and simple instructions. Would definitely come back :))

Me and my boyfriend had the pleasure of staying at Ian’s airbnb. There was road work so it was a little complicated to get in and out, but once we got that settled it was a breeze. Ian provided us with great instructions and even gave us recommendations of places to go to. The airbnb is exactly like it’s listed and perfect for two people. The neighbors in the attached home were extremely friendly and we had no issue with noise other than construction in the morning, but it was bearable since it wasn’t an all day thing. We had everything we needed at the airbnb like washer, dryer, heat and A/C as well as WI-FI! This place was a perfect weekend getaway and I’m so grateful that Ian was super responsive to help us with any questions we had!! Thank you so much Ian!! Great host!!!

The place was just as posted. Although we had a few minor issues, Deena responded right away and took care of the issues. I would highly recommend this property. Very good instructions & communication was excellent.

Being a Princetonian, who was raised in Princeton and also raised my children there, we decided to return to the area to celebrate Christmas and get nostalgic. We chose this place because it was in the middle of everything and it did not disappoint. Whether you are a young couple, a small family, a visiting professor, or in town for business, this is the best place to stay. You get the entire third floor and the second floor below us had an identical floor plan so you can choose either one. The kitchen was incredibly clean and the amenities were perfect. Easy access with a keyless entry and parking was not difficult. Parking is free overnight and there’s plenty of places to find parking. Highly recommend!!

Lovely place - it was perfect for four of us. Spotlessly clean. And the backyard garden area is a huge bonus.

Place was comfy and bathroom was beautiful. The bed in the master room was a little hard but other than that the house was well maintained & comfortable.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

We loved our few nights at this home in Drexel Hill! It felt like a stay in a family member’s home. There was tons of space for our family of four to spread out, the beds were comfy, everything was clean, and the home was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We enjoyed evening walks. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and felt very safe. The hosts have thoughtfully laid out small notes of instruction or information all over the home. And any questions we had were promptly answered. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and would absolutely stay there again!

Ana’s house was a perfect location to celebrate the holidays with my family.

Roland’s house was perfect for my family and I to spend the long weekend. Roland was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Somerville.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and to catch a concert at the Fillmore. Overall, our stay was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a pretty active and bustling neighborhood. I felt very safe and we walked to and from our show late at night and we did most of our travel around the area by foot. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso as I require good coffee in the morning and don’t always wanna walk haha. Two things, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. I was able to get by but it took a while to shower. The parking situation isn’t great either, we were able to park in a public lot but it cost about $30/day. There is definitely opportunity for street parking but many areas had 2-3 hour limits and the spots were incredibly difficult to come by. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly. Very comfortable, safe and walkable. Go Birds! 🦅

Must stay in this place was very comfortable, cozy and close to everything. We parked that car and didn’t use our car for our stay for three days. The bus the train the bus the walk in the district the restaurant everything was just so convenient if I ever come back to Philadelphia, I will definitely come back and stay in this place again thank you for being a great host, if need be, I will see you soon

Had a perfect stay! Location was great. Parking was easy. Kristen provided clear instructions that made checking in and out a breeze. Place was clean and as described. Would stay again.

Susan is a fantastic host with great communication. The space is well-appointed for a relaxing getaway. We enjoy historical buildings so this was a treat for us. Plenty of unique artwork decorates the space furnished with mid-century items. The bed was very comfortable as well. A private patio was an added bonus to the space. The chocolate factory is situated in a cool town, great for walking with shops and a neighborhood diner on the nearby corner. We enjoy traveling with our dog and this is our second Airbnb dog-friendly rental. We hope to keep finding unique gems like this in the future. If you're in the area don't pass this one up!

My group was very impressed with this Air Bnb. The host did a fantastic job making check in as easy as possible, even went out of her way to allow us to check in early. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to so many great restaurants.

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)

We had a wonderful stay at Lee’s lovely apartment in center city Philadelphia. The apartment is a third floor walk up, very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were in Philadelphia to go to the flower show and were able to walk to the Convention Center and back home easily. Lots of good restaurants are within walking distance. The fact that free, gated, off street parking is included with the apartment made our trip even better!!! We had a great time, loved Lee’s place and hope to come back again for another visit to Philadelphia!
