Such a lovely place to stay, really relaxing and peaceful! Jenna was amazing and quick to respond to any queries! Her guide book was also really helpful and the place was immaculate! Would love to revisit and definitely recommend to others!

Lovely, homely cottage in a great location for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. The Killingworth Castle (cosy local gastropub) is just a 5 min walk away from the property. A perfect base for a long weekend in the country.

Great stay we really enjoyed our time there. The place was immaculately clean and described accurately. Brilliant communication with the host and a great range of suggestions in terms of food and sightseeing etc.

Sally’s place felt like going through a portal into a magical garden. The house was so cozy with beautiful vintage decor and an amazing fireplace. The highlight of the trip was eating breakfast outside by the river and watch the ducks. And can’t forget about the lovely host Sally is! Always responsive and helpful with lots of good food and nature walks recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at the shooting lodge.The lodge and surroundings were absolutely stunning! The thoughtful touches with the decorations and gift bag were very much appreciated thank you. It was just what we both needed to relax and escape from reality and the setting was just perfect for this. Fantastic hosts thank you

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! The cottage was beautiful and we (toddler + dog) had a lovely relaxing stay. The use of part of the garden and an attached field was brilliant for our dog. The cottage is lovely and cozy and makes for a delightful base to explore the Cotswolds.

We stayed at Church Steps for a week with another couple of friends, and truly felt like we were at home. Cosy and comfortable, with a magical garden and location, we couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the Sunday service at the Church, and became a part of the village when we shared refreshments with the local parishioners after the service. But the most amazing part of our stay, was the responsiveness of our host Victoria and her family, to an unavoidable situation that occurred during our stay. They could not have been more responsive, helpful or generous, and it says so much about how dedicated they are as hosts. We highly recommend making the trip to Ebrington. You won’t be disappointed.

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

Rosemary's cottage was wonderful , even better than expected , very comfortable and very much a home from home. I have just got back from a short break with my wife daughter and our two dogs, it was a very pleasant and relaxed stay. we had the pleasure of meeting Rosemary who was very friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfortable conviently situated place to stay for a visit to Stratford on Avon.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Ein sehr hübsches kleines englisches Cottage mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Wanderurlaub in den Cotswolds.

Beautiful location....cottage was full of character and charm. An easy 25-30 min walk into the centre of Stratford and a good location to explore the Cotswolds, Leamington Spa, Warwick Castle...

This was our second time at the cottage, and we are already looking at booking a third time. This is the most relaxing place we have stayed, beautiful surroundings and off road walking from the doorstep. It’s also very central for all the main places you’d want to visit in the Cotswolds. Hannah and Vincent were exceptional hosts. The little cottage has been very well thought out. Everything you need and more. The lovely wood burner just added to the cozy feel of the place. Lots of extras like, cleaning products, plenty of toilet paper, kitchen roll, bathroom products, shower gel, shampoo etc. Plenty of soft fluffy towels. Hannah dropped off extra bedding as we were staying for 1 month, a small bin for the bathroom and bin bags and a very nice bottle of wine! Tea, coffee with a great coffee machine. Walking distance to some great pubs and restaurants. Two local supermarkets, fab butcher, bakers and some very nice coffee shops. In easy reach of Daylesford organic, Diddly squat farm shop and lots more. For anyone travelling by car will need to look at parking times, Hannah sent helpful instructions, but like us you can easily travel by train to Kingham station and get a taxi ( we used A1 taxis in chipping Norton, really reliable and friendly service) Recommend 5*

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

Very good stay. We arrived a day late, of course this was not an issue and the place was exactly as described. We have 3/4 week more work in the area so will be looking Debbie’s house up again

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

We loved our stay here. It’s a really lovely lodge with a really well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside seating area. Lots of walks and country pubs surrounding. Everything you could want for a countryside getaway.

What a lovely cosy cottage set in a beautiful garden and village. The cottage was spotless clean and well equipped. The location is perfect for either exploring the area or if you just want a stay where you don’t use a car, there is all your needs right on the door step. A lovely village shop, butchers, pub, coffee shop and wonderful walks. Our labradoodle was very welcome and so were we.

Better than pictures, a super little cottage, very comfortable and homely, but finished with a great deal of style.
