Naomi's hosting was excellent being proactive, clear and responsive. The apartment is as photographed and our week long stay was very well supported by the quality amenities listed. Thanks to Naomi for providing us with milk and coffee pods. Access to onsite parking, city attractions, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance, or a short drive away proved we made the best choice for our stay. Naomi's apartment is great for couples on holiday needing a central base to explore Auckland and surrounds from. Quality bed, linen, shower pressure and Sky Sports to stay current with the NRL season was very much appreciated!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lara’s apartment is located close to the marina and overlooks the water ! It’s very peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the marina and its restaurants. But still very peaceful and we could get a good night’s sleep. Furniture, kitchen and equipments all seem very new and modern with no signs of wear and tear. Parking was very convenient , right under the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place in Auckland.

Excellent property in a quiet area with nicely kept grounds and large swimming pool. Easy walk to large supermarket and mall with everything you could need. Excellent restaurants in the area. The property was exactly as described by host. Hosts were generous, kind people easily contactable if needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at Leon & Alex's place. The place was nice and clean and good location for us to visit family. Fantastic hosts and great place, would highly recommend!

We had an exceptional stay at this apartment. Its central location allowed us to explore the city .The accommodation was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

Charlottes place was exactly as described with super easy check-in and a great location. It's close to everything you need to stay in Auckland with a huge bonus for the proximity to the New World grocery store! Also, the access to the gym was great! I would definitely recommend staying here, as there are no surprises and a perfect location.

Great stay for the night on Waiheke! The house has stunning views and is very spacious. Driveway and steps up are quite steep so was a bit tough to get up the first time but other than that great place to stay!

Lisa was so lovely, and we loved staying at her place. It was even better than the photos! An amazing kitchen for cooking, a pool, a spa, and spacious comfortable areas throughout made for the perfect getaway. Lisa was super friendly and helpful throughout, we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying. The place was easy to find. We enjoyed the quietness and the fact that it is near to the shopping and eating areas. Great for families.

We stayed here for our babymoon, and it was absolutely perfect! The incredible views were breathtaking and made our trip so relaxing and memorable. We kept thinking to ourselves how fortunate we were to have the view! Waiheke is awesome and waking up to such stunning scenery each morning so restful. The hosts were so warm and friendly—they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. Their communication was excellent from the start, making check-in and planning seamless. They made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views and wonderful hosts, this is the place to be! We can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for making our babymoon unforgettable!

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

What a special place to stay. Beautiful home with incredible views. Every amenity one could need (include a bottle of wine and fab chocolate to welcome us), super comfortable beds, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and plenty of seating for our family to socialize in multiple different locations. The views are spectacular (did I mention that already). It was super easy to stroll into town or, even better, stroll down for a swim in the estuary (my personal favorite) or walk on the beach. Our family was coming from all over the world for our reunion and every single person wanted to come back and stay here again. Duane was really easy to communicate with and gave several different sleeping options for accommodating possible additional family members. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful location near walks, reserves and beaches. The pool was much appreciated and clean. Howard our host was fantastic responding to our needs in a timely manner. The ensuites were a bonus for each bedroom. The house was light filled, clean and spacious.

Very nice place. Well kept and in a quiet neighborhood.

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

This was all we had hoped for and more. Everything about it was just right, everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. Our resident neighbour at No.2 was most helpful and altogether we were delighted and grateful to be able to stay the extra days there that were needed when one of our party was unwell. Thank you so much!

We stay in short-term rentals a LOT. Searching for an exceptional property where you know you will be comfortable and enjoy your time there can be stressful. Let me make it easy for you. The 40+ five-star ratings this property has are for good reason. If this property is available for your desired dates, stop searching and book it. The only nit-picky complaint we had was the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom. There is a window opposite the mirror. While it provides great natural light, you must keep the shade down when using the mirror. Otherwise, the backlight makes it difficult to see your face clearly in the mirror. Bottom line: whether you are staying for a couple of days or several weeks, you will be very happy that you landed in this lovely property.

Sky Blue is a great place to stay. The condo is bright, extremely spacious, and spotless. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are great. The blow dryer works great. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes. There’s an espresso machine and French press, we used both. The location is fantastic right down the street from the beach and in the heart of Takapuna Beach full of restaurants and shops. We loved waking up and coming home to sit and relax on the enclosed lanai. The washer and dryer worked fine but are on the small side. The TV works good too. The condo is upstairs but you enter on the ground floor and walk up a set of stairs once inside. We highly recommend Sky Blue.

Great stay here and beautiful views! Has everything you need. Eggs and bread was also provided as well as other items. Easy instructions to follow and I would definitely come back to stay 😊

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.

Linley met us on arrival to walk us through the building, show us where to park, hand over the keys and answer any questions. That was very helpful. Her unit was very nice, comfortable beds, towels for the pool, well equipped kitchen and great location. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Walkable to many activities and delicious restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay.
