We had a couple of our contractors working in the area Rebekahs place was a good location for them and had everything they needed. Rebekha's communication was good and she sorted out an issue they had with hot water quickly.

A perfect located lovely house. It had everything we needed for our large family. Sarah has been an amazing host and very accommodating. I highly recommend .

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Our engineers were happy and comfortable in the property. It was a lovely property and close to amenities for the lads, and a they reported that it was a home from home feel. The check in instructions were and clear and Koala were quick to respond to any queries we had. Overall excellent customer service and would definitely use again!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We booked it because of the location which was perfect for walking, birdwatching and nearby amenities and to catch up with family in the area. The Annexe itself looked great from the pictures and did not disappoint - we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The close proximity to Storrington meant it was easy to eat out and to shop without taking the car and the garden area behind was great for just sitting and relaxing. Martin and Lisa were the perfect hosts and provided plenty of information and advice when needed. We would certainly recommend the Vine Keeper's Annexe and hope to return.

The living areas were perfect for our group of 6 friends with lots of seating space/ options. Also great to have lots of parking space for all. Very peaceful surroundings.
