Great house and good location, it was warm during our stay. Enough space for our company. Not far away from the city. Overall it was nice staying there.

Another wonderful stay at the Phoenix Hotel, we always feel like we are hiding away from the world when we stay here not front desk staff it's self check in which is awesome. Rooms are amazing and I love the fact that they leave you 2 cartons of water in the fridge, yes cartons which taste so so much better than plastic and better for the environment. Another plus you can walk out the back door go 10 steps and enjoy a wonderful cocktail with there sister company Barlimans

Beautiful and cozy place and very responsive and accommodating host. Place is 30 mins drive from bar harbor and Acadia . The river down the house is an additional beauty in its own. The place had everything you need. The care the host took for arranging everything is really appreciated.

Amazing location in quant and charming smalltown Maine! As close as it gets to Acadia without having to pay exorbitant lodging prices. Amenities were beautiful and the unit was well furnished and clean. Would highly recommend a stay here and may even come back again myself!

I really enjoyed the hospitality room. It was great to arrive and use the room for hot drinks and snacks that were free. It was good to sit down there after our long trip and relax before heading up to our room. I also enjoyed meeting the manager and cleaner. It gave it a personal touch. The location was very convenient because there was an open restaurant next door.

Perfect location for a short visit to see my mom. Apartment was cozy and comfortable, and Blue Hill being nearby for groceries and restaurants was very handy. If you are planning a trip to the area you should check this place out.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was perfectly clean and well appointed. Bob and Laura covered everything; thoughtful snacks, a comprehensive guest book, fully stocked kitchen and they even made umbrellas available. We were super comfortable and it was a great spot to base our Bristol adventures from!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Noah's home is a little slice of paradise on the coast of Maine. It's private, cozy, and surrounded by stunning nature. We found the home very clean and well-cared for. My husband, children, and I spent a week unwinding at Noah's home and only wish we could have stayed longer. We particularly loved the fireplace, well-appointed kitchen, and the kayaks. Beds were super comfortable. Views were gorgeous and location perfect jumping off point to explore nearby Blue Hill and Deer Isle/Stonington. Highly recommend visiting during autumn. We can't wait to return!

Tina was a great host, and very accommodating. She was quick to answer any questions I had. The AirBnB was really nice and cozy.

Our family loved our stay here, plenty of space to spread out and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. We loved paddling around the cove in the two kayaks.

My group and I had a wonderful stay at Jeanne’s. Depending on where you’re going to Acadia, it’s between 10-30 minutes drive there - it’s also a gorgeous drive. The option to kayak, all the space, the amenities, clear communication - we all just wanted to stay longer! Highly recommend staying here.

Sue's home in Hancock was better than as advertised. We found her home remotely nestled in the woods on tidal flats. In the mornings we saw two deer just outside our door as well as an array of birds including Loons, Hooded Mergansers, Iders, Mallords, Canadian Geese, and of course, a few Seagulls. The house itself was classically decorated with modern touches. The space was clean, cozy and had a plethora of natural light. The kitchen had every utensil that we needed and we found ourselves very comfortable in all the other spaces. Sue was pleasant and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

What an amazing spot! My family and I enjoyed mornings on the dock, watching spectacular sunrises and daily sightings of bald eagles. The walk down to the dock was lined nicely with stone steps and once on the dock it was hard to leave. The three kayaks allowed us to explore the coastline and although the shoreline was rocky, we enjoyed a dip in the cool September waters. The house was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything and anything needed. Lisa was great to work with, quick to answer any questions and accommodating with requests. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the sunrise each morning, priceless. The location was perfect, within minutes from a venue where we were attending a wedding and a few restaurants, although we hated to leave the house. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home that slept seven of us comfortably. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with stunning views, this place is perfect. We would love to visit again.

The photos don't do this place justice. It was spacious and squeaky clean. Beautiful views of the water. For a busy marina it was pretty quiet. During the day there would be people just outside the unit talking but nothing disruptive. Great price for a beautiful place. Only about a 25min drive to Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL landscape directly on a lake with access to fishing poles, kayaks, and canoes, we felt like we didn’t need to leave the property at all. Perfect location to visit Acadia and near by towns. I wish we could have stayed for twice as long. The condo itself seems to be brand new! The beds were comfortable and the decorations and big screen tv were a nice touch. We spent hours on the dock and in the lake (kayaks). Cannot wait to return to this slice of heaven.

Second time staying with one of their properties, and was a no-fuss, convenient stay as before. Definitely would stay again (and plan to!).

Well-equipped with guidebooks, kitchen implements, extra pillows, bikes, even a lobster steam pot! We lacked for nothing. Loved the photographs throughout the condo showcasing Acadia NP. Especially loved the map on the wall showing what islands we could see from the balcony. Neighbors were quite friendly & gave several good restaurant recommendations. Peaceful & quiet side of the island allowed for restful sleep each night such that I wasn’t tired after our vacation.

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.
