Great location. Lots of activities to do on site. We enjoyed all the outdoor games. We rented the cabin with the hottub. It was a cute setup. We will be back soon!!!

Wonderful Airbnb and exactly what we were looking for. It’s actually a lot more beautiful than it looks in the photos! Very private, quiet property and so many amenities/activities for the kids. They were in heaven! It’s about a 20 minute drive to town which was fine, we were looking for a quiet trip. Jaudat was incredibly responsive with questions we had. We would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our romantic getaway. Everything was perfect. The house was comfortable and homey yet modern and clean feeling. The bed was so comfortable I slept like I was home. It was secluded and quiet. The hot tub worked great as well. We would definitely go here again if we wanted to unplug and get away. The host was helpful and responsive. Ten out of ten for sure.

What an awesome spot for a weekend away! We could not be happier with our stay at this cute little cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch and coffee in the morning and then hanging out in the back at night enjoying a relaxing fire. Hot tub was great as well! The cabin had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean, and the linens were good quality. The property feels private despite having other airbnbs on the property as they are well spaced. We would happily stay here again!

We had such a great stay! It was unexpectedly freezing so we made use of the fireplace and of course the hot tub, which was great. The cabin was much bigger than we were expecting - the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s all so beautifully decorated as well. Perfect for a couple and our young kid. Had such a cosy time and wish we had longer! Hopefully we’ll get to come back some day

My wife and I were looking for a quiet and cozy weekend away in a private setting. Cabin in the Woods met our expectations. It was clean and comfortable and private. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the wood stove worked great during the cold nights.

We had a great couples weekend. The cabin was spacious and cozy. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet. Just what we needed to get away from kids and city life. Peace and quiet.

If you are looking for a nice place to unwind an relax surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. The hot tub and fire pit are a bonus. The deer grazing nearby brought so much peace to our stay. Mark was a great host ! Will definitely be back!

The cabin was beautiful and it was perfect for all 5 of us; however if you arrive at night be very careful when walking to your cabin, it's very dark and you can fall. My aunt fell on the rocks. Bring a can opener if needed. We looked for one and didn't find one. Not much to do onsite, we did go to wimberly , and gruene. But cooking, eating, and staying together at the cabin was great.

We enjoyed our stay here. Bedding was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. View by the creek is gorgeous! We saw Orion in the night sky and watched the sunrise on the patio. The hummingbirds visited the bird feeder too.

The Caboose was lovely. We only stayed for a night as a last minute add on to our stay in Austin. It was much different than the first place we stayed and it was perfect. Outside of Austin a bit, it was peaceful and a great way to end our trip. Lane was awesome about helping us get checked in a couple hours early since we would have been stuck in limbo for 4 hours with our dog who gets a bit in anxious in crowded places.

From sunrise to sunset, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The views were stunning, the pickleball court and pool were so much fun, and the convenience store had everything we needed. The attention to detail was amazing; the place was cozy, spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was ideal, with easy access to wineries, restaurants, and local activities. It was a girls’ trip weekend, and we felt safe and had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place whether you’re planning a getaway with your partner, family, friends, or even just looking to escape the city solo for a weekend. It’s pet-friendly! We’d absolutely go back and truly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful home located just outside of Austin with relatively easy central Austin access! very quiet at night and overall just a relaxing cozy stay!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here. It was a beautiful home and the little trail to the creek was peaceful. It was absolutely perfect for our Valentine’s trip!

Just what I was looking for… quiet and peaceful. Fenced yard for my dog to explore. I’ve stayed here before, and Julie left me a personal note and some flowers! The cabin is simple but cozy, clean, and just enough. Julie was on the main property when we left, and she stopped to say hi and check on our stay. It’s not super close to anything, which is what I wanted, but we could be in Dripping Springs, Johnson City or Pedernales State Park in minutes. Thanks for another great stay!

Very nice. We wanted a quite natural get away for my wife's birthday. The bed (pillow- end) was a full window to the outside (private, except the deer could see us ...) which allow us to wake up to see the stars. The stars were exceptionally bright, and large to the point that we wondered if the window was in effect, a magnifying glass. We visited four of the recommended eating establishments, and look forward to returning. Much to do in this area, and only two hours from our home. We will be returning.

Always a pleasure coming back to this beautiful romantic cabin in the hill country! One of our favorite spots to come back to when we want to relax, unwind, and reconnect. Thanks to the hosts for opening up their space and making it such a haven!!

Nice location and proximity to the water. This tent was close enough to the restrooms but not directly in front. Although our reservation was requested to change tents after booking it wasn’t a big deal because we were still close to the area we wanted to be. Thanks Karin for a nice little glamaway!

We enjoyed our stay at our little cabin! It was located right on the river and was the perfect size place for a weekend trip.

We had a great time at Carrie’s place. We had the whole area to ourselves and the view was very nice and peaceful.

This place is such a gem! The love and attention that went into building this cabin does not go unrecognized. The property is secluded and has the most spectacular hill country views! Getting to the house involves some “off-roading”, that with the right car is VERY fun! There’s a river crossing and some spiraling roads. We saw wild hogs, turkeys, deer, foxes, donkeys and critters on our weekend trip. Suzanne was an excellent host and was very responsive. I truly can’t wait to come back!
