Matt and Chloe were great hosts, communicative and helpful. The house was lovely, modern, private and set amongst the trees. There was a great welcome basket waiting for us with visitor information, scones, jam and clotted cream, tea, milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great, with a good power shower. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The weather was not so good but we did manage to use the pool, which was clean and a nice temperature. We visited: Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Bodmin jail. A great place to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Really lovely lodge, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and the layout is brilliant ! A few very minor things that would be useful is just perhaps a little welcome pack with some milk / coffee/ butter and maybe a mini jam/ biscuits and in the bathrooms a sachet of shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel / soap perhaps. Just for late arrivers… as we were after a very, very, long journey. We only had one night there sadly and would definately like a longer stay in this beautiful place but it is such a long journey for us. Highly recommended though !

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Really enjoyed my stay at High park barns, it was just as described, in a beautiful and convenient location. The barn itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. Would highly recommend

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

We had a fantastic stay at the Retallack Resort. Close to Padstow and Wadebridge and lots of activities nearby. 8 of us went and ages ranged from 11 months to 74 and there were things for all of us to do! The onsite restaurant was very nice and we used the pool every morning which I booked slots for the week before we arrived. The house is right on the river so we had visits from ducks, geese and even some goslings every day. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Any questions were answered quickly even if they had already been answered previously and I missed the information. Melanie was very patient and kind and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone wanting to stay in Cornwall.

The house was very homely and really big and there was plenty of space to accommodate our family and we all had our own space. The house was in a great location- close to lots of beaches and walking distance to the local pub. James was very responsive and super helpful. Very good place to stay with a family.

Absolutely perfect! There was everything you needed, all the essentials were there, for a stress free stay. Nicola was very friendly, kept good communications and gave lots of instructions on how to find the property. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy . The downstairs bedroom with bathroom was especially good for my elderly mum. We appreciated the scones milk and bread that was ready for us. Honestly, it was perfect, lovely to be able to walk to the town, beach and coastal walk. Nicola was so lovely. Thank you, would recommend to anybody.

Second time we’ve stayed in one of the lodges and it was better then I remember so peaceful and Pollyanna is an amazing host helping us out with a high chair and cot for our baby!

Robyn's place was warm, cosy and comfortable. She made us feel at home and had lit the wood burner for our arrival. Lovely cottage in the heart of Porthleven. Luckily we managed to park for free the entire stay , thanks to Robyns instructions. Excellent.

Helen’s place was absolutely wonderful, so peaceful and relaxing, exactly what was needed this weekend! Was really close to royal William yard which is where we needed to be, lots of extras included in the home like tea, coffee, sugar and milk! The beds were sooo comfy and clean, the heating was on at a comfortable level so the house was warm and cosy, was exactly as described and photographed! Was really wonderful to stay in a homely place, would highly recommend and would stay again. Also they were super responsive to any messages and even offered a longer check out if needed, all around amazing

Great place to stay and only 20 mins walk from the centre. It was extremely clean, spacious and value for money. The social areas and kitchen were very generous for space. Hot water and heated when required. Overall exactly what we were looking for.

This is a lovely place to stay. It has the luxury of a downstairs shower room and an upstairs bathroom. We loved the location it’s peaceful but only a few minutes walk to the village shop and the sea. We did some walking on the Southwest Coastpath and made use of the local bus service (bus stop opposite). The host Stephen is very helpful.

Hallagather Farmhouse was a very successful find for our family Christmas week. It fitted us all in nicely - 6 adults, 4 pre-teen children & 2 dogs - all had lovely bedrooms with an en-suite or dedicated bathroom - plus one downstairs. Plenty of open space downstairs and a huge kitchen with the Aga keeping it warm all the time. The wood-burning stoves kept us all cosy when not exploring the short walk down to the beach and Combe Barton Inn, the coastal path, Tintagel, Padstow & the local beaches etc. Becky provided a Christmas tree and was a good host. I'd thoroughly recommend Hallagather - it certainly suited our three families & our pets!

We had a fantastic stay in Salcombe. The property is in a perfect location and instructions regarding the optional parking permit and local car parks was very clear. The property was spotless and contained everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Very comfortable attractive accommodation. An interesting area. Walking to the beach is good at low tide, as is the walk to Charlestown. Well located to visit places of interest, and the local restaurants and beaches are well described in the information pack. We had a lovely stay - very comfortable beds and good facilities.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

This stay was wonderful. Exactly what our family of 5 needed as we were traveling through Cornwall. Easy, comfortable, and lovely all around!

Fantastic property in a great location. The house has lots going for it...flexible accommodation - all very well kitted out, private hot tub in the enclosed sunny rear garden, very useful outside heated shower for getting the beach off you and prepping for the hot tub, the whole place has a lovely feel to it. Location-wise, it's only a short drive to some of the best beaches in the country....we SUP'd at Hele Bay, body-boarded at Woolacombe, and ate ice cream everywhere! Close enough to larger towns like Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, but walkable to the lovely Braunton with it's mix of pubs and restaurants. It's a great home, beautifully located.

We had a great stay at Priory House celebrating a 30th birthday. Wonderful, large, private property with plenty to do and everything you need! Felt very spacious even with 16 people and Richard was really responsive throughout. We will definitely look to book this property again for any future large gatherings!

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.
