Thanks to Nicola and Richard for a lovely stay. The house was clean, modern and well equipped and the view from the back terrace was glorious. Nicola sent clear instructions about how to find the property and was quick to respond to requests and queries. The house was a short walk to Combe Martin beach and amenities. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing property. Set in a beautiful setting. You wanted fir nothing on arrival ,with every detail pre thought . The private garden/courtyard with the twinkly lights when dusk fell added to the the tranqulity . Easy reach of all local amenities and loads to explore on the doorstep. The dogs were well catered for too with beds ,bowls and even towels❤️. Annie and Paddy were great hosts. Will definitely be back 🙏

We shared a fabulous Weekend with old friends at 'The Retreat' in Padstow; perfectly located for a short walk to the harbour and access to the beautiful coastal walks either side of the estuary. We were incredibly lucky, weather wise, for early April and enjoyed the morning sun at the front of the property for breakfast and the afternoon sun in the back garden for pre dinner drinks. The accommodation was well equipped, had plenty of room and was very clean and comfortable. We had lovely big towels and powerful showers. Our hostess was very friendly and gave us information on the coastal walks which we used! All in all, perfect for us! Thank you!

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

The most perfect, peaceful location especially with our 3 dogs. Only a 10 minute drive from some of our favourite beaches. Will definitely be returning at some point in the future. The cottage is beautiful, cosy and very well equipped.

This was our 2nd visit and we had a magical stay. The accommodation is so perfect for us, and we just love Westward-Ho and the stunning beach. Weather was amazing and we met loads of lovely people whilst out with our English Bulldog Gwen. We hope to return later this year.

Excellent house to stay with plenty of room for a large families. Very spacious living and dining area with good size kitchen all open plan, my parking was right outside the propety and there is also a picnic table to the rear of the property if you wish to sit out. It was all very clean and well maintained and the site it's self is very good accommodating for families with a great pub which does fantastic evening meals only open Wednesday to Sunday from 17:00 Jane's house is well worth a visit and is only a 10 minute drive from Newquay. We enjoyed our week and I've notified Jane that we will be definitely booking again. ENJOY

Wow. What a stunning place to stay Beautiful house. Amazing grounds and scenery. Pool tennis court and bar with games room was a great addition. Alistair was a fabulous host. Very friendly most informative and a genuinely nice guy. Would highly recommend the clay pigeon shoot on the lawn which Alistair organised. 10 out of 10 will definitely return in the near future. Thankyou Alistair for an awesome weekend!

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

We have just got back from a lovely stay here, really beautiful place. Our 2 year old daughter loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi was such a treat. Melanie was really friendly and showed us around to see her lovely animals. Really great location and we felt like we had privacy the whole time. Thankyou very much! Would highly recommend. Katie x

We only stayed at the lodge for one night but it was great! We were lucky enough to have lovely weather which meant we could have dinner on the sunny balcony, with great views. It was extremely clean throughout and well equipped. We would love to come back again!

I visited for the evening to see my grandparents as I live in wales and they live in Devon. The bungalow was immaculate, helpful guide provided, the rooms are huge and the blankets and towels are a lovely touch. The shower was good too as it was really warm. The heating does take a while whilst on boost but once warmed up it’s lovely. We did feel a draft from the window and the curtains moved but we were in a storm so that’s understandable. Would have loved more sugars and maybe milk as there wasn’t a shop on site.

We had the most lovely stay here. The place was beautiful, secluded and peaceful. The sound of the river was great and the walks nearby were stunning. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fairly well equipped, showers were great and everything was clean. Melanie and Ian were both very communicative and very helpful with directions to the property, any questions we had were promptly answered and were very helpful with anything we needed. The slope down to the property is fairly steep. The hot tub was perfect and the heated pool was great even in the rain! Would recommend a stay here anytime

This place was ideal for my family, we have a newborn and dog and had everything we needed for them. Danny thought of most things from dog bowls, treats, poo bags, pin liners, coffee machine. My partner was skeptical about staying in a mobile home but after staying here he now has a different view on it. Highly recommend to anyone with family and dogs who need a base.

We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend. The views were beautiful and location was perfect for us. Kirsten was so helpful and responded straight away. We have already booked to return! Thank you for having us Kirsten & Ben!

We really enjoyed our holiday in Wren lodge. It was so peaceful, cosy, clean, well equipped and was our happy place for a week. We loved the swimming pool and would have used it loads more if the weather had been warmer. During our week we had a lovely 2 mile walk to the local village pub where we had a tasty meal. We drove out to Bude, which we loved for cute shops and crabbing on the harbour wall. We found Sandymouth beach for a fun beach day, with an amazing beach cafe. We would definitely recommend the lodge for a relaxing homely place to stay with great helpful hosts. Definitely value gor money. Well equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. The large garden space around the lodge was sich a nice view and seeing cows in the field from the kitchen window was just delightful! A very happy holiday. Thank you to Valerie and Tony!

We booked this Airbnb as a family of 8 adults and a dog and it was perfect! Great size, great location and amazing views. Would definitely come back here!

Lovely little cottage and perfect for our needs. Kitchen has everything you need, the place was clean and well looked after. Catherine, our host, gave excellent instructions to find it as it is a little bit tucked away but we found it no problem.

Thank you Ashleigh for being so understanding and sadly due to illness we were unable to stay at short notice in this occasion. We will be back at some point. Kind regards Colin & Daisy

We had a lovely few days. The place was clean, tidy and relaxing. Debbie went out of her way to make it a lovely place to stay and to make sure our baby was comfortable too. I would recommend this place and we would use again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous cabin. It is beautifully designed and decorated so that you feel at home from the minute you enter, feeling warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Every detail has been thought of, from all the cooking essentials (and more), spare batteries for reading lights, a hand drawn map of a beautiful local walk, and a fire laid ready to light. The hosts were on hand if we needed anything, but also unobtrusive and respectful. The freshly picked vegetables from Anne's garden were the best we have eaten, and she even encouraged us to take some home. The views from the terrace spectacular, particularly at sunset, and the local area full of beautiful beaches and eateries to explore. And the sauna was heaven! Highly recommend, and we would love to return.

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

The cabin is an oasis in the middle of delightful Penryn. Beautifully set up, with a large fenced garden which was perfect for my dog, and relaxing with a glass of wine. This was not my first visit and certainly won’t be my last.

This little house is an absolute gem. It’s perfect to rest and restore and gaze at the sea, yet also within easy walking distance of some places to eat and lovely beach walks. Judith was an excellent host and sent lots of helpful info and eating out recommendations, especially around where we could take our dog (who had her best holiday ever). Only wish we could have stayed for longer!
