Really enjoyed my stay at this homestay. The space was just as nice as in the pictures — they don’t lie! The location was great too, very convenient and with a nice vibe. There were construction workers around during my stay, so it wasn’t as quiet as I imagine it normally would be. I didn’t mind the liveliness — it even added a bit of energy to the place — but if you’re coming specifically for peace and quiet, this might not be the best moment to book. For me, though, it was the perfect space in the perfect spot.

We stayed for two days and definitely it is one of the best stays so far, property is luxurious and exactly looks alike to that in photos. You’ll get the Newari architecture vibes. It is at walkable distance from Patan Durbar Square. It had all the amenities listed. I would have never imagined that properties like these would exist in busy old Patan area 🤐 Nigen made our stay easier by being responsive and even helping us with bus booking to Pokhara and the cab towards the end of the stay. We trusted him blindly for this, and he was confident to get things done. He communicated superbly for each detail. It made our early morning check-out super smooth. This is highly recommended!

Notre premier séjour nous a convaincu de revenir une deuxième fois pour clôturer notre voyage au Népal de la meilleure des façons. Ranju et Uttam nous ont consacré toute la soirée de notre veille de départ, ce fut un partage au-delà de nos espérances. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain voyage. Nous les recommandons pour leur présence et leur attention, leur logement est un lieu confortable et paisible, et aussi très pratique à l'arrivée de l'aéroport ou départ. Tout en étant dans un quartier tranquille.

Our few days of stay at Rahul's place was a literally a blessing both in terms of cleanliness and the sight of the Swayambhu Stupa straight out of the balcony. i recommend his place to anyone visiting Kathmandu, it's in a quiet neighborhood but not far from restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores for a quick bite. The entire apartment was spotless clean and felt very welcomed in the Tibetan thyme design. definitely a super five star place and appreciate Rahul's help in every ways to make our stay comfortable. Kudos to the Super host!!!!!

Great stay here in the heart of Thamel. A stones throw to everything you need while still maintaining peace and quiet. Definitely recommend

My stay , 19 days, at Sudeep House was just wonderful. The apartment on the third floor is vast, very quiet, well equipped, furnished with taste: (satin curtains, carpet, bedside lamp), clean, and with a lot of luminosity. Hot water runs always hot, and wifi do it s best, everywhere. On demand, cleaning and laundry. And a daily delicious breakfast. The terrace which extends the appartment is large and beautiful, and give a great feeling of freedom and privacy, I didn’t meet anyone there. Sudeep is the perfect host, fine, discreet but very present, and solves any kind of problems. The delightful garden and its two pergolas ( where you can meet the two lovely cats) are ideal for having a break , reading or working. All within a 5 minute walk of the Stupa. I wish to come back!

Shailendra's guesthouse is a gem! After trekking in the mountains, spending 6 nights at his place felt like coming home. Nestled near Patan Durbar Square, the guesthouse is situated in a quaint, historic area of Kathmandu, where narrow streets devoid of cars wind through charming alleys filled with cozy cafes and eateries. Without hesitation, I recommend this location over Thamel (in my opinion, at least). The space itself exudes charm and comfort, with a homely ambiance. The Wi-fi was reliable, which was important considering I had quite a bit of work to get done. Oh, and the breakfast each morning was amazing! Above all, Shailendra's hospitality sets this guesthouse apart. In my 10+ years as an Airbnb user, he stands out as one of the finest hosts I've encountered. His warmth, assistance, and brief nightly chats added a personal touch, truly transforming the stay into a home.

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung! Für uns als Familie war die Wohnung perfekt; jeder hatte einen ansprechenden Rückzugsort. Die Küche, der Gemeinschaftsraum, war hervorragend ausgestattet, um für eine Familie zu kochen. Zwei Toiletten, warme Dusche und Heizlüfter sorgten für ein Wohlfühlen in Winter in einem typischen nicht isolierten Haus in Nepal. Für alle Fragen des Alltages war stets Hilfe vor Ort vorhanden: Wasserfilter, Waschmaschine etc. Alle haben sich sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt.
