My family and I had a wonderful stay at Burwell Cottage. It was the prefect post Christmas place to stay. Beautiful, cosy cottage, picturesque surroundings (especially with all the Christmas lights) and a great location to many lovely beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

An excellent stay in beautiful Beer in this lovely cottage. What a find! Will definitely be back. Spotless, spacious, comfortable, welcoming and all to a very high standard. The location to be able to walk to the stunning beach and surrounding area is simply amazing and the parking space a great bonus. Beer is a little bit of heaven in Devon. Mark has built something very special, the photos do not actually do it justice. Very clean and modern, superb outdoor area too and magnificent views (with a great pub nearby as a bonus!).

We couldn’t have asked for anything more from Tristan’s place. Right on the beach with lots to do, everything walkable, and in the most ideal of setting. Tristan’s house is immaculate and we all felt right at home. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Our 3 team members really enjoyed their stay. A lovely house, very homely and extremely helpful hosts. We would definitely stay again when working in that area.

This is a great Air Bnb- spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for exploring the Dorset coast line. It was such a peaceful setting and the thoughtful little extras made it even more enjoyable (the most delicious chocolate brownies!). Perfect for couples or families.

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

Great house and as described. We did feel it was a shame that the garden was quite stark with no plants or greenery

Marks place was in a beautiful part of Devon, the views from the conservatory were absolutely stunning, which I will never forget. I watched the steam trains coming and going and the sunrise and sunset are amazing to watch,The steam train ride is worth doing and the ferry just down the road to Dartmouth is only about £4 return which can all be done by foot or car ferry. The parking which was in the price was a bonus too so I will definitely be back in the summer months. Thank you Mark for a wonderful weekend in kingswear a truly special place.

Everything is arranged with care and taste, large and comfortable bed, wonderful to adjoin the park. Good communications. We can thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

This was such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The furnishings and decor were amazing, and there is a lovely private garden to sit in. Great location on Vivary Park, next to the town and restaurants. Mark was such a friendly and helpful host and I would recommend highly to others to stay.

I booked Dan’s place for my mother in law and her friend visiting Exeter for the first time. They were very happy with the cleanliness, accessibility of the flat and the excellent location. We highly recommend the flat!

We had a fantastic visit!! The property was really well finished and lots of great touches that made us feel right at home. The fixtures and fittings throughout were excellent with careful attention to detail (which was not expected). Having the hot hub was a wonderful touch which we will really enjoyed using. The views were exceptional and the outdoor space with gas BBQ was lovely. The level of communication by Susan was exemplary, as were Susan’s clear and concise instructions on how to access the property. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay very much, two excellent (but with different vibes) pubs a 5 minute walk away. Check food serving days though, Sunday to Tuesdays is limited (same applies over the water in Dartmouth). Easy and frequent passenger ferry and vehicle service to and from Dartmouth five minutes walk at bottom of road . Great vista from the apartment. Two excellent National Trust properties nearby, and lots of scenic walking. Plenty of exercise thanks to the gradients !

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

The Garden Retreat is a perfect sanctuary in Brixham. We were blessed with fantastic weather so made the most of the garden with stunning views over Brixham, bird song and church bells too. Moira has thought of everything to make this place a perfect home from home and we’d love to come back again in future. The Prosecco, beer, milk and supplies were very welcome. We loved our time in Brixham; fantastic restaurants, amazing views and the Fish Market tour and breakfast is not to be missed. Many thanks again Moira x

The views are wonderful and we loved how close the apartment is to the beach. We had many dog walks. The apartment was spotless and we appreciated the binoculars and telescope. We had a meal at Rockfish which was fabulous and also really liked the Beach pub which is opposite. We would definitely stay again, truly a hidden gem.

Absolutely stunning property with a beautiful view looking out to sea. modern furnishings and the property is fitted with everything you need. little touches of cookie, coffee pods and milk was well appreciated. lovely hosts. only down side was, we had to leave! highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

The flat was very spacious & beautifully designed. It had everything we needed & was very close to the sea. All the furniture was really comfortable and Karen was a brilliant host

Great stay at Mikes place in Lyme Regis. The location is great for exploring and getting down to the beach. The house is decorated nicely and has great amenities. Mike, the host was super responsive and dropped by to help us out with an issue. Would recommend!

This place was a really lovely cosy little bolthole, and surprisingly peaceful despite being in town. Really decent quality and lots of very thoughtful provisions in place such as real coffee and milk in fridge on arrival- plus lovely little treat / surprise laid out! Luke is a proactive, considerate and communicative host. I would definitely stay here again, and the beautiful park opposite was a real bonus and great for my senior dog as not too far for her to walk to lie in the sunshine. ☺️

We had a brilliant stay here. Martin was there to greet us upon arrival to show us around and gave us great recommendations for places to visit which our kids loved. Could not fault a thing. Will be coming back again! Highly recommend.

Angie and John made us feel very welcome. Spotless apartment with fantastic views. Especially from the veranda and bedrooms. Thai restaurant great freshly made food, can take your own alcohol. The Ship also good food. We also had a lovely takeaway sunday roast from Trade Winds (huge portions). All the resturants advice to pre book. My husband booked a Shiatsu session with Angie and found it very helpful. Would certainly return.
