Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Alles war sehr sauber. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Einzig die Müllentsorgung ist etwas problematisch und man benötigt ein Auto. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen!

We stayed for 10 days. The house is beautifully located with a large garden and great views. Description was highly accurate. What stood out on top of the house was James' and Federica's proactive communication and high responsiveness including tips to navigate / explore the area. I can highly recommend!

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Villa meravigliosa, una vera e propria oasi di pace a stretto contatto con la natura, ideale per rilassarsi in coppia o in compagnia di amici. Letti e lenzuola comodissimi e di ottima qualità. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, incluse lavatrice e asciugatrice. Piscina e zona circostante sono il vero punto di forza, lo spazio all’aperto è davvero molto ampio e ben curato. Posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente aeroporto, supermercati e paesini limitrofi, in area silenziosa e poco affollata. Luigi è un padrone di casa molto disponibile e gentile, facilmente reperibile per qualsiasi necessità. Semplicemente perfetta! Ritorneremo sicuramente

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

Un accueil, dans un très bon français, très chaleureux et bienveillant de la part de Marcello, un parc éco-musée niché en pleine nature et retraçant l’Histoire de la Sardaigne et des Sardes notamment grâce à la visite du parc et du musée expliquée par Gianluca qui nous a permis de voir et de mieux comprendre la vie d’une famille d’anciens bergers au sein d’une ferme typique ayant évolué au fil des siècles. L’appartement est tout confort avec une magnifique terrasse bordée par un pin bi-centenaire et un accès à la ferme pédagogique et au potager ce qui nous a régalés pour les repas du soir. Enfin les conseils donnés pour les visites à faire et les sites à voir se sont révélés surprenants et très enrichissants ! Une bulle de bonheur!!! Un grand merci à vous pour ces quelques jours de découverte et de repos en famille.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans la maison de Laura. La maison est idéalement située par rapport à Olbia tout en étant au calme. Une vue magnifique entre mer et montagne. Laura est en plus très réactive, c’est super appréciable ! Petit bémol pour les chiens du voisinage qui aboient très régulièrement la nuit. Mais je recommande vivement ce logement sans hésitations.

One of the most beautiful homes I’v stayed at. The views were absolutely incredible, it was clean and has everything you need. Anastasia was very sweet and accommodating throughout our stay. I have not a single complaint to say. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a truly special home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house has a fantastic vibe that made us feel right at home. The pool was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Really nice home and location. Host was super responsive to all our questions and remarks during the stay. The house is pristine, spacious, private, super quiet and close to Budoni which offers great restaurants and a very nice local beach.

Vi semestrade som familj med tre barn vilket boendet lämpade sig väl för. Utemiljön med pool och utekök var otroligt fint. Även närheten till stranden bara över gatan var ett stort plus. För de lite finare stränderna krävdes inte mer än 5-25 minuters färd med bil. Området som villan var belägen i var otroligt mysigt. Kändes inte alls turistigt, mer som en typiskt italiensk strandstad. Skulle absolut rekommendera boendet, det hade allt!

Viola's villa impresses with its unique location. It is only a few steps to the bay and the pool is also beautiful. However, a car is absolutely necessary to enjoy this jewel. The only criticism is that the kitchen is not equipped with the basics. For example, there is no wooden spoon, no salt, pepper or olive oil etc. we would love to come back to Viola next time we are in Sardinia. We were also lucky that the guests before us left early so that we could move into the house early and it was also available for longer on the day of departure - thank you very much Viola. Very much appreciated.

Es lief alles Reibungslos. Rosalia sowie Monica haben immer schnell geantwortet wenn wir fragen hatten. Die Unterkunft ist klasse und alles war perfekt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Personen, hatten genug Platz und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft sowie die Besitzer können wir nur weiterempfehlen! Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend sein sollten, würden wir die Verfügbarkeit für diese Unterkunft sofort prüfen. Gerne wieder. :)

Francesca’s place is a fantastic find, a charming house with character, spacious bedrooms, luscious garden and that beautiful panoramic view of the sea that we never get tired of looking and enjoying its crystal clear water with white sandy beach. Although sun is shining the wind is a bit nippy. We felt very much at home since arriving. The garden bedroom is brilliant but internet/wifi connection is very poor. So out with our books and board games! The shower outside in the garden is definitely a welcome change but can’t help feeling conscious from would be prying eyes - there was none! We could do with a bigger kitchen to prep our food but it is well equipped. Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay and my family and I will definitely come back to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was exactly what we hoped for. The pool was fantastic, the garden was well kept and the location was excellent, being under 25 mins away from several spectacular beaches. A great base for a wonderful holiday. We'd love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Bouganville. The location is perfect and very convenient, and the views are beautiful. The highlight has to be the pool, which is lovely to lounge in during the afternoon when the sun has warmed it nicely. There are is a small shop and cafe within walking distance, but a car is a real must if you are staying here. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Martina and her team are also very proactive and organised, including communicating the rather particular waste disposal rules in the area. I would very much recommend a visit.

Silvia‘s Haus ist mein persönliches Traumhaus! Wir fühlten uns von Minute eins so wohl und willkommen! Das Haus ist luxuriös und wahnsinnig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Anwesen ist ein Traum! Der Weitblick nach Aggius, der Blick auf die Weinreben, der Große Pool, die Olivenbäume, die Ruhe…ich weiß nicht was ich am schönsten fand. Wenn man Entschleunigung und Ruhe sucht ist das der perfekte Ort! Selbst an regnerischen Tagen kann man in der großzügigen Küche toll kochen, gemeinsam essen oder spielen! Die Küche bietet tolle Extras wie einen Tepan Grill und einen Weinkühlschrank! Man fühlt sich sehr verwöhnt 😍 Silvia hat uns mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten empfangen und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Sie und ihre Familie standen uns sehr zeitnah mit Rat und Tat zur Hilfe wenn wir Unterstützung gebraucht haben! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen wollen und bedanken uns für 2 tolle Wochen!

Very nice house with a terrific garden in a nice and peaceful area. Close though to excellent beaches and golf as well as San Teodoro where you find plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and other things you might need. Barbara is a great hostess providing excellent recommendations and assistance should you bump in to any challenges. All in all we had a great stay and this certainly a place we could recommend to others.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und architektonisch beeindruckend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und es warteten Begrüßungslebensmittel auf uns – eine schöne Geste. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hatte für alles schnell eine Lösung. Besonders ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns als Familie wichtig war. Ein paar Dinge sind uns aufgefallen: Größere Hunde laufen frei auf dem Gelände, das Haus ist hellhörig, der Kühlschrank nachts laut, und das Duschen war oft kalt. Das Internet funktionierte, aber nicht in jedem Raum stabil. Ein Sonnenschirm draußen hätte uns ebenfalls gefehlt. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine großartige Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders für Familien!

Our stay here was wondeful - such a beautiful location, peaceful and private in a rural area but a very short drive to Orosei. It suited us really well and we spent many a night on the veranda eating and drinking local produce. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, it was spotless. Not only that but it was really well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catered holiday - it was like a home from home. The dipping pool is lovely and refreshing, and the surrounding grounds are fun to explore. loved the peacocks too! Thank you Luca! ❤️

Pina ist eine herzliche, offene und kommunikative Person die sofort geantwortet hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment willkommen gefühlt, dies nicht zuletzt als sie uns mit einem leckeren Dessert persönlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist ein Traum, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu geniessen . Ihr Mann war für die Reinigung des Pools einige Male beim Haus, dies jedoch jedesmal unscheinbar so dass es uns nicht stören konnte, obwohl dies sowieso nicht der fall gewesen war. Danke Pina

Ruhige Lage, schöner Strand in 5 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen / Essen gehen. Ohne Auto nicht empefhlenswert. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, die Kissen halfen dabei leider auch nicht weiter. Sonst alles Tip Top. Manuela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und dauerhaft erreichbar.

Roberta’s and Elios’s place and it’s beautiful surroundings were amazing. We (six adults and three kids) really enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. Their hospitality and forthcoming communication made it an excellent stay. Only improvement point would be a slightly better equipped kitchen (although generally a VERY well equipped kitchen compared to other AirBnBs, the frying pans were damaged and there were only two dishtowels for 9 people).
