Budva : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Un véritable havre de paix, loin de la foule et du bruit, tout en étant au plus proche des plages et attractions de la région. Bubo est un hôte extrêmement gentil, accueillant, et très réactif par message. Le logement est isolé dans une petite montagne, au calme, avec seulement les bruits de la nature. Le logement est très confortable, propre, bien équipé, et le jardin est parfait! Bubo avait même prévu une petite piscine pour nos enfants pour qu’ils puissent se rafraîchir. Une excellente adresse pour se reposer et profiter de la région de Budva et des bouches de Kotor.

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Fantastic location , with a fabulous view. Just a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Easy for us with the stairs down to the bay. Would be a challenge if you had mobility issues, but an easy walk down to the water. A great bakery just to the right at the bottom of the stairs. We really liked the restaurant Landovina, which is nearby.

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

Wir hatten einen 6-Nächte Aufenthalt in dem Appartment von Ivona. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war hervorragend - von ihr und ihrer Schwester haben wir zahlreiche Tips für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung erhalten. Wir haben es genossen, dass wir direkt in die Altstadt von Kotor laufen konnten - und gleichzeitig eine sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht! Auch das Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe ist gut und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartment und weitere Services der Wohnung wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, 2 Schlafzimmer und Kamin haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank Ivona!

This one one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever! The apartment is actually better than the photos (this rarely happens), with spacious interior and stunning views over Kotor Bay! The host was so helpful, communicating with our taxi driver when we arrived, so that we found the place easily! Check in was as easy as walking in and making ourselves at home. We IMMEDIATELY felt at home here. It is a welcoming, small neighbourhood on the mountainside. It is devinely peaceful and away from the bustle and crowds of Old Town Kotor. The hosts had water, juice and wine waiting in the fridge as well as a large tray of fresh fruit on the table, which is such a nice welcome at the end of a travel day. Do not hesitate to book! Very well appointed for long stays! Do know that for these amazing views, you are situated up the mountain, so a car or strong legs and healthy cardio is required. This is well described in the listing however. The hosts make this stay even better!

Wie andere schon geschrieben haben: die Lage des schönen Steinhauses mitten in dem wunderhübschen Ort Perast ist top: - die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse ist grandios - das Wohnzimmer und die Küche gut eingerichtet - der Check-in und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Da das Haus 3 Stockwerke hat, muss man nur viele Treppen gehen, um zur Küche unten zur Terrasse zu gehen.

Predrag’s family is super kind and friendly. His parents came outside with a bottle of red wine and showed us welcome to begin this incredible experience. What’s more, they have two cute cats that accompany and play with us all the time, which is so lovely! The view is much more than the posted pictures, we can see the infinity sea wherever in the house! Can’t imagine how wonderful it will be sitting at the balcony and have some wine in summer! Private parking is also possible. The point I love the most is here is not busy and crowd like the town. Here has a huge area for you to play and explore!

We had a fantastic week in Vladan’s apartment. He was very communicative before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. He was so helpful in lending us a phone cable and electrical adapters also. The apartment itself is in the perfect location. Everything is on your doorstep: the beach, restaurants, bakers, the Old Town with all its wonderful bars and restaurants and shops and a supermarket. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The apartment itself is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We cooked several meals in the large kitchen. The shower was very powerful and bathroom was spotlessly clean. A lovely balcony to sit on and watch the world go by.. plus the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Thank you Vladan for your wonderful apartment - we had an amazing trip!

We had a great stay here. The view is amazing, the apartment is spacious, clean and offers anything you need for your stay. Communication with Ivica was fast, easy and extremely friendly. The location was perfect for us as it allowed a 20 min stroll to and from the city (there is also a way that avoids the big street), you have a beautiful view on Kotor and there is a hiking course that starts just minutes from the apartment and offers even more panoramic views. Jeśli zależy Wam na lokalizacji w samym centrum Kotoru, to dom miejsce jest zlokalizowane około 3 km (30 minut pieszo), to była jedyna kwestia nie zgodnie z opisem. Poza faktem lokalizacji, gorąco polecam, zarówno gospodarza, jak i samo miejsce. Uroczy widok na morze, blisko cudowna lokalna piekarnia oraz lokalne sklepy. Polecam zabrać, ze sobą rower lub hulajnogę elektryczną, ułatwia dotarcie do centrum i ominięcie korków.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! This home is located a lovely distance from Kotor -- close enough for a long (~1 hour) walk or short drive -- and a short drive from Perast. This neighborhood is much more quiet than Kotor or Perast but with the same views. Budimir was the perfect host and is the reason why Airbnbs can be special. He met us for check in, arranged a (great) boat tour for us the next day, made us an incredible breakfast and dinner at his private restaurant downstairs, let us use his kayak, gave us local recommendations, and generally just made our experience incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I only wish our stay had been longer.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more. As a group of 7, this suited us perfectly, and we made full use of the space, including some great BBQs in the outdoor space. Everything was as described and as in the photos, and the hosts were brilliant! Going above and beyond to greet us upon arrival, help us with car rental for the week, and anything else we needed. The place is also secluded enough that it feels super private and special. We hope to come back for another group trip - Montenegro is truly beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at Milos’ place. The Villa is modern, spacious and super clean. It is well resourced and even has a lovely outdoor cooking area also. It is very suitable for families or a large group of friends. The only difficulty we had was booking taxis for a group of 6 so I would recommend hiring a car if considering staying at this villa. Milos is super nice and responsive when we had questions.

Ich war Ende Juni mit fünf freunden in der Villa Nera von Sonja und Neno. Ich kann nur absolut positiv über die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber berichten. Die Unterkunft war meiner Meinung nach, noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Neno sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick den man in der Villa hat ist einmalig. Wenn man sich einen Mietwagen mietet kann man auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alles in Budva erreichen. Selbst wenn man mal mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fährt, bezahlt man auch nicht die Welt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und sind uns einig das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. LG Luca

Marko was a great host, really responsive and helped us get around to explore the different towns around. The villa was as described and had plenty of space, would reccomend for larger groups with seperate areas and bathrooms for each set of rooms. Location was not walkable to local Petrovac, however marko was on hand to taxi around when needed. However being located up higher led for even better views!
