an amazing view, lovely clean place with everything you need! far enough away from the hectic budva and becici scene, but also close enough if you’re into that. public buses nearby to connect you to the other beaches down south, and a supermarket just a few minutes away. really enjoyed my time here, thanks guys!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Petar's "old house" for 4 days. The house is located in the ancient royal capital of Montenegro, a very nice town that I recommend to visit. Petar was a really excellent host, kind and helpful, he showed us the house, he recommended us places to visit, he was always available for any needs. I highly recommend a stay at his accommodation!

Difficult town to access, almost no parking. Beautiful characterful house, well equipped with lots of space inside and outside on the amazing terrace. Decent restaurants and surprisingly good supermarkets nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay

We stayed here for a month and enjoyed every minute of it. The location of the house is ideal since the village centre and the beach are just a few minutes walk away but it is still far enough from the main road and the busy bars to enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is old and has been done up beautifully and we found it very cosy. Privacy in the two bedrooms is a bit tricky since there are no doors inside and you can hear every whisper throughout the house. Communication with Ros and her house managers was also excellent.

Da Zeljka ci siamo sentiti a casa! L’alloggio è fornito di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno (manca solo la lavastoviglie ma è trascurabile). Molto apprezzato è stato il regalo di benvenuto! Grazie davvero ♥️ ! Essere accolti con una bottiglia di vino dell’azienda vitivinicola più importante del Montenegro è stato bellissimo. La posizione dell’alloggio è perfetta. Continuando a salire le scale si accede a uno dei due punti di ingresso alle mura di Kotor (patrimonio Unesco) che vale la pena davvero di visitare arrivando fino in cima. Vicino all’appartamento ci sono numerosi pub e ristoranti. Un’altra esperienza da fare assolutamente è il giro in barca nella baia perché si visitano siti che sono raggiungibili solo via mare come l’isola della nostra signora delle rocce, la grotta azzurra e i tunnel dei sottomarini. A dieci minuti a piedi (uscendo dalla città vecchia) c’è la spiaggia di Kotor che è perfetta per un bagno rinfrescante durante la giornata. Consiglio vivamente l’alloggio di Zeljka!!

I loved Gordana's place! Situated on the narrow, old cobblestone paths in the heart of Risan with the beach just a 1-2 minute walk away is perfect. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, pubs and a lovely bakery. Gordana was incredibly responsive and helpful with my ever-changing check-in times which she perfectly accommodated. I recommend to anyone for a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Siamo stati bene, tutto corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. La famiglia è gentile ed ospitale. Abbiamo preferito spostarci con auto per arrivare alle spiagge, la salita è un po' ardua, ma il posto è tranquillo. Bellissime gite nei dintorni, la spiaggia di zanjic e blu cave. Siamo stati anche a monastero Ostrog, bello ma molto impegnativo. Hercez Novi molto bella. Da ritornarci. Grazie x ospitalità

one of the best places I've stayed in so far. and definitely the best when it comes to value. ✌️. spacious apartment. exceptionally clean. nice view. well build and everything you need for a perfect vacation. just minutes away from the town and an easy half hour drive to the beach. 💦🔅. enjoyed every minute. i highly recommend it.

Zoran harika bir ev sahibiydi. Kız kıza veya benim gibi tek seyahat edeceksiniz bu evi tavsiye ederim, rahatlıkla ve güvenle kalabilirsiniz üstelik her yere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Old town a yürüyerek 20 dk otobüsle 5 dk :) her yere otobüsle gidip gelebilirsiniz ve durak evinize çok yakın, market de öyle.. Zoran beni tren istasyonundan karşıladı ve konaklama sonunda otobüs garına kadar bıraktı. İkram ettiği tazecik meyveler harikaydı,, mutfağında ve banyosunda gerekli her şey vardı. Mesajlarıma anında dönüş yaptı ve bana iyi bir rehberlik yaptı. Kendisine tekrar çok teşekkür ederim 🌿

Très bel appartement en plein centre de Risan. Une hôte très sympathique et réactive avec de bons conseils.

Wir haben uns bei Gordana sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber da wir sowieso ständig unterwegs waren, war das für uns kein Thema. Außerdem durften wir eine hübsche Terrasse nutzen. Von der Unterkunft waren wir auch schnell an der Bus Station. Man kann aber auch bequem nach Perast laufen.

We were super happy with the flat! It was perfectly clean and Tamara has shown an incredible hospitality.

This house is beautiful! The view is amazing with a wonderful terrace. The house has everything you need in the kitchen so you can feel as home. Unfortunately it was very hot during our visit, otherwise Kotor is in a walking distance. Sanja is a wonderful host! She helped us with everything we asked for and even more. Would definitely recommend this house to everyone! Best regards Maria with family

We arrived late in the evening in Ulcinj and booked Julija’s apartment at the last minute. She was only the only host in town who responded quickly and was able to accommodate us. Provided clear instructions on how to get to her house and even offered us a lift! Her house has several apartments and is majestically placed on the top of the hill above Ulcinj’s old town. Conveniently placed on the main road with own car park, under the house. The apartment was clean and spacious, exactly as on listing photographs. Two separate bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, which is a very rare feature. Julia speaks fluent English and was always at hand with anything we required. She & her family live in the same house, which made it all easy and hospitable. We were treated with delicious home made baklava and walnut & grape rakija (a famous Balkan tipple, with Ottoman / Arabic roots). I have no hesitation in recommending Julia’ apartment to any future guest and will go back there for sure.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, clean and at a great price. We had the pleasure of meeting Mehdi and his lovely family—they’re truly wonderful people. Even though we only stayed for one night, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely return for a longer stay.
