Budva Municipality : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Die Lage ist gut, 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Einkaufszentrum, Altstadt. Parken kann man in der zum Gebäude gehörenden Tiefgarage. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr groß.

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Larissa was waiting for us for the check in. Even we were a bit late she has waited for us. Location is great. 5 minutes (walking) to the Queen‘s beach and few more minutes to the King‘s beach. Also, one super market is 100m from the apartment. Apartment is very nice. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and we had enough space. Towels and sunshades for the beach are available in the apartment. Thank you Larissa for this. Also, the big terrace is a very nice place to spend the evening. You can sit anytime outside on the terrace and you will enjoy the shadow under the big fig trees. And there are air conditioners in EVERY room. One huge plus point is the parking spot in a garage. We had to pay additionally for it but it definitely worth it. It is not easy to find a place to park the car and since it was hot, it was really good idea to park the car in a closed garage hidden from the sun. We will come again :)

Smeštaj je idealan za one koji žele mir, a da je ujedno sve dostupno u blizini kada žele u izlazak. Po meni jedna od najlepših plaža u Crnoj Gori je na 7 minuta laganog hoda. Domaćini su ljubazni, a ono što je napisano da dobijate, to i dobijete.

Ivana place was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best Air b and b we have stayed in over past 8 years. Was spotless and had all the amenities you would ever need and not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony it was amazing. Ivana was the most responsive host we have dealt with and was always there to help and advise so thanks. On our trip we had mixed weather so it was always nice to spend some time in the apartment which was very homely. Also loved that there were 5 beaches within 15 min walking distance and especially Queens Beach. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it

Good place to stay, being managed well. They were always responsive in getting things done. Unfortunately the pool was out of service as it was already October but otherwise great place to stay !

Loistava sijainti ja vaikka ympäristössä oli musiikkia ja ääniä, asunnossa sisällä oli hiljaista. Kaunis sisustus, hyvin varustekltu ja toimiva kokonaisuus. Omistaja vastasi nopeasti ja ohjeet oli selkeät. Budvan vanha kaupunki oli viehättävä mutta muuten Budvassa ei ole mitään näkemistä. Lähiympäristössä kauempana viehättäviä pikku kyliä ja rantoja. Lokakuu oli ihana rauhallinen aika matkustaa.

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

Wir waren letzte nur eine Woche dort aber die hat auch sehr gelohnt. Die Wohnung war wirklich süß und total ausreichend für uns fünf. Und das beste, der Stand direkt vor dem Haus ohne Straße...

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

The apartment was great and exactly as described. Saly and her husband were both extremely friendly and greeted me upon arrival. The supermarket is very close and a taxi to the old town only costs a few euros. Overall the stay there was really nice and I would highly recommend.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

This Budva room from Sladjana is in an excellent location. It really is only about 50 meters from the Sea, with a beautiful 4th floor view, and private parking. There is an elevator to get to that 4th floor. The room is clean, smells great, has a clothes washer, microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, great AC, and 2 queen beds. In a word, "elegance". It really is excellent and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.
