Квартира очень эстетичная, милая, приятно было находиться в ней. Удобно, что в каждой комнате есть кондиционер и рольставни, которые отлично затемняют комнату для комфортного сна (даже днём становится темно). Очень участливая хозяйка, ответственная и осторожная. Бронировали через подругу и Анна всё о нас расспросила. Также Анна помогала своими рекомендациями и советами (магазины, такси, рента машины). Пребывание в квартире доставило удовольствие.

Megs and Milos’ place was a true home away from home. Megs was wonderfully communicative from well before our trip, which was very helpful and put our minds at ease. She provided answers to any questions we had and was a wealth of information with suggestions regarding what to do, where to go and good eateries, links included. Milos met us at the parking lot upon our arrival and even helped carry some of our belongings to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and incredibly well appointed (even books and games for our child). It had everything we wanted and needed. We were very comfortable in the space and our 2 year old daughter cried when it was time to leave. We would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone.

Three families with 2 children stayed here, and we were absolutely comfortable. The host met us before check-in, showed us the apartment, and we didn't need any further assistance from them. The apartment was perfectly clean, everything was in perfect condition, excellent plumbing, and a good kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathrooms had large water heaters, and there was enough hot water for several people to shower without any issues. Please note that in Montenegro, there are unpredictable water and electricity outages sometimes. During our week-long stay, it happened, but we are certain this is not something the apartment owners could control, so we have no complaints towards them. I'm only mentioning this so that if you know it might happen, it won't catch you off guard. There was always a parking spot available, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the store, and no more than 10 minutes to the waterfront

We stayed for a couple of weeks. The apartment is a great location: walking distance to the beach, historic Old town, and many restaurants. Parking was included. The host is. very responsive and easy to communicate with in English which was really nice. The apartment has a very spacious and convenient layout with air conditioning in every room. One thing to keep in mind it that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but the staircase is wide and easy to use. We would certainly recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.

The venue is conveniently located close to the beach and stores, perched slightly uphill, which ensures a quiet and peaceful environment. The internet connection is excellent, making it a great choice for remote work. The inclusion of a dishwasher and dryer added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. Andrea is an outstanding host—responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with.

Absolutely fantastic deal on the space here you get a full bathroom, double bed, patio and a decently equipped kitchen for a seriously reasonable price. Came here with my girlfriend and we both found it great. Thank you Aleksandar

We had a lovely time staying at Natasa’s place! The view from the apartment is beautiful and great for watching sunsets! The apartment had a comfy bed, good shower and everything you need to cook with. Natasa was very responsive and helpful too!

Наш отпуск прошел отлично! Мы арендовали жилье задолго до начала сезона, поэтому были некоторые технические нюансы после зимы, но хозяева очень быстро заменили сломанную технику и сделали нам комплимент в виде большой упаковки с капсулами кофе! Спасибо большое! Поскольку мы были не в сезон, нам позволили очень ранее заселение и поздний выезд без проблем, это было очень гостеприимно. Мебель в комнатах немного уставшая и некоторые шкафчики были сломаны, но матрасы очень удобные. Терраса просто супер - супер вид и отличный стол для общих завтраков и ужинов. В общем мы очень довольны! Это было бюджетное жилье, полностью стоит своих денег и подходит для большой компании. Спасибо хозяевам и всем кто с нами работал!

Wir waren letzte nur eine Woche dort aber die hat auch sehr gelohnt. Die Wohnung war wirklich süß und total ausreichend für uns fünf. Und das beste, der Stand direkt vor dem Haus ohne Straße...

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Frida. All exactly as described; clean and adequately stocked. The apartment upstairs was lovely, with a gorgeous vine covered balcony. It was perfect for meal times out there in late October. Downstairs is another area comprising a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a side room for sleeping a single. I have a suggestion for this space which I shall write to Danijela about. I have already recommended this place to 2 friends. Budva in October is perfect for me as I don’t like the hot sun. The apartment is right inside the old town walls and everything is within 5 minutes. Paying car park not too far. I’d go again. Danijela is an excellent host and responds quickly for any queries on site.

We stayed at Jovan’s place at the very end of October - the weather was perfect, see is even closer to the backyard fence than looked on photos! The place itself is very spacious, both my dogs liked it a lot)) from the highlights: - suuuper close to the sea (at the time we came was already end of the season and surroundings were very peaceful, very few people around, which is a plus for us to take rest from the city) - two separate bedrooms and two (!) separate bathrooms - internet connection is good as well (I didn’t have any troubles working remotely during the week with multiple calls throughout the day) - private parking on the premises; - supermarket is not very far and can be reached by foot - flexibility for check-in/out (you just need to check with Jovan in advance and pick the suitable time for yourself) - Jovan is super responsive and welcoming (also there were no language barrier, which is always handy) Next year will consider coming back.

Alex was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. His place was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and truly awesome. Highly recommended!

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

A nice place to stay and a good location.

The apartment was great and exactly as described. Saly and her husband were both extremely friendly and greeted me upon arrival. The supermarket is very close and a taxi to the old town only costs a few euros. Overall the stay there was really nice and I would highly recommend.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

This Budva room from Sladjana is in an excellent location. It really is only about 50 meters from the Sea, with a beautiful 4th floor view, and private parking. There is an elevator to get to that 4th floor. The room is clean, smells great, has a clothes washer, microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, great AC, and 2 queen beds. In a word, "elegance". It really is excellent and I would recommend it to friends and family.
