Surpassed expectations - condo was spotless, well maintained, and well stocked. A two minute walk to Main St allowed for easy exploring and accessibility to everything in Breckenridge. Very comfortable stay - the kitchen has everything needed for a good meal and has a true luxe feel. Couldn't have selected a better place for our stay.

Fantastic location, walkable to town and the chairlift. View of the mtns is beautiful. Condo easily fit all 6 of us. Vanessa was proactive in letting us know the hot tub got messed up from the last folks staying there and told us where we could use the other hot tubs in the complex. She aslo gave us the directions to the closest chairlift. Would definitely stay there again.

I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

Clint and Carina have a wonderful place located in Breckenridge. Just a short walk from downtown. I’ve rented many places in Breckenridge and the location of this place was amazing because of the ease of walk to the city. Plus being able to ski in at the end of the day was awesome. It’s just a short walk to the snowflake chair which got my heart going in the morning, which was perfect. Carina‘s communication through the course of my stay was awesome. I haven’t started planning my trip for next year, but I would easily stay in this location if it’s available thanks again Carina and Clint for allowing me and my family to utilize your home.

This log cabin style home is beautiful and warm in the freezing winter months. Having a full kitchen and laundry machines is nice. The high altitude of this whole area is no joke to those of us from lower altitudes though! I found myself out of breath frequently the first day, so take it easy going up the stairs. It is also rather low humidity, so pack lip balm for sure. A humidifier for sleeping would also be nice in winter months. But those altitude/low humidity considerations which would be an issue at any house here. This location has convenient access to Ski Cooper and the town of Leadville. Having two showers is great for families, and there are heated floors which are awesome in the cold months. The host was quick to reply for the few questions I had.

Great place and excellent location near Main Street. We delivered a rental pack and play prior to our arrival and Tim made sure the package arrived and was brought inside. Great communication.

My partner and had a great stay here! The check in process was smooth, and communication with the hosts was easy. Pros - a short walk to Main Street, very clean, fan and humidifier in the bedroom, hot tub on site, quick access to the Snowflake chairlift (essentially ski in/ski out). Cons - the bed & pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the TV was small. Upgrading these 2 items would have a big impact. All said, if you’re looking for a centrally-located rental with a hot tub — this is your place!

Other than an odd non-dryer dryer, this place was fantastic. Great location. Very clean. Newer kitchen and appliances. We literally walked out to the bus stop, which is about 100 steps from the building, and were on the gondola to Peak 7 in less than 5 minutes. We also walked to the lift to Peak 9, which is about a 10 minute walk. The center of town is VERY close so you do NOT need to use your vehicle - everything is walkable. Would recommend Amazing Grace for coffee/breakfast. And Kenosha Breck for lunch or dinner. Both are nearby this unit and good value. The host of this unit is responsive and helpful. Would definitely love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay here! It was a great location and the owners have created a special place to have as a home base while in Breck. We look forward to returning in the future.

found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

We had an amazing stay at Katie’s place! The location was great—right in town and just a short walk to the Snowflake ski lift. The space was super comfortable and updated. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub was a dream. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a splendid stay at John's Airbnb! It had everything we needed to enjoy time and the unit was tidy and clean. John is an excellent and responsive host. We would definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Breckenridge!

Staying at Nancy’s was so peaceful! The views of the mountains are beautiful, the surroundings so quiet, yet close to town, and the space cosy and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay! Thanks Nancy! We hope to be back!

My friends and I stayed for a bachelorette trip! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to sleep and to hangout and relax. The couches were really comfortable and we loved the common areas. Very clean and the host gave great local restaurant recommendations!

Tough logistics for a one night stay with skiing the next day. Garage separate from unit, which is remote from ski locker. Great logistics for a multi day stay, truly ski in/ski out to beaver run lift. Tough with young kids, essentially a studio apartment without any doors separating bed/kitchen/living room. Cleaning team could use some help. Lots of hair around, old blood stain on a pillow case. Overall would stay again without kids for at least 2 nights :)

Great spot. Perfect for a family with kids that need more beds without paying 3 bedroom prices. 6 people all had beds and we still had a living room.

The condo had a perfect ski in /ski out location. It is a short (5 minute) walk to Gondola into town as well. Jonny is a very responsive host; we enjoyed our stay at his place and look forward to visiting again!

Great place. Walking distance to main street and gondolas. Very clean. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. Easy parking. Great DVD selection. Nice little patio. Stayed at a few places in Breck and this was the best so far. Sheila was constantly communicating. Hot tub was nice! A very pleasant stay, I look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

Booked this for a family ski trip. Lifts were accessible and the end of day run came to our parking lot. Restaurants in Breckenridge were an easy walk. Larry was very accessible with any questions and the place was perfect for our family!

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.
