Family had a great time for Christmas week! Home was as described and suited our needs! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. Oncall Pinon staff were very responsive when contacted. We had a battery problem with a smoke detector and issue was quickly resolved! Would recommend home to anyone and Pinon Vacation was good to deal with.

Just stayed there for the second time, I honestly plan on booking in the future each time I want to stay in the area, it’s the perfect spot to spend time with friends, and an amazing outdoor area in the cutest town. I wish I could own this house!

Joey was a great host. He was extremely responsive during our stay. The cabin was amazing!! Huge space and the hot tub was a huge plus. Being able to use the garage was huge for us since there was tons of snow. We were a group of 12 and we were all comfortable and had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!!

The place was spotless and we really enjoyed the space , the outside and closeness of Buena Vista. The garage space is great for games and ski gear. The hot tub a pleasure , the kitchen fully equipped and the beds comfortable. We felt part of the family and would love to stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home. We were a group of 12 adults and 2 small children, and the house was absolutely perfect for our ski trip reunion needs. The home looks exactly as shown in the pictures, and is just 10 minutes down the road from Breckenridge. The host was great communicating with us both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this home for large families or groups!

The Spirt Line Cabin is truly the most incredible Airbnb I have ever experienced. The charm, rich character and craftsmanship is truly awe inspiring. With the addition of quality furniture & decor that suits the cabin and offers an immersive stay full of comfort. We loved the outdoor, saltwater hot tub, one of the best we’ve soaked in. We can’t wait to rebook and return. This is one special place with owners/airbnb hosts that care about offering an amazing stay, with depth of attention to detail.

Ashley’s place was great! It was super close (by car) to all the shops, restaurants and skiing in the village in breck. Took about 8 minutes. House was big and spacious for our 7 guests. Master bedroom was nice but will note that the guest rooms downstairs could be upgraded. Flat mattresses and pillows. Friends that stayed in those rooms said it made it hard to sleep. Overall was still a great stay and would stay again! :)

Kevin did a great job at providing recommendations in advance to help with some ideas of things to do during our bachelor party. Great response time whenever we ran into questions for him. I’d look to make sure there are enough trash bags as our 4 day stay we ran out of the 3 or so we had. Thanks for the easy instructions and being a good host for a trip the guys won’t forget!

Zachary’s place in Alma was just what we were looking for - plenty of space for two families with kids, close to Breckenridge and Fairplay, and the house was well-stocked and furnished. The hot tub and sauna both worked great, which made the 10 degree temps at night a little more bearable. We even had a fire in the wood stove, and it was extremely easy to use and maintain. Definitely recommend this spot!

This place was absolutely perfect for a peaceful bachelorette getaway!! It may be far in the mountains but well worth every second. The while drive had breathtaking views, then when you get to the house it’s a beautiful open window to appreciate all the beauty. With plenty for beds for me and my girls to feel so cozy. Definitely want to come back here with more family!

What a gem this place is! The home itself is exquisite - beautiful decor, wonderful layout, and every room having a really nice king bed with nice linens was such a plus. The location is awesome, being just a couple blocks from downtown, a 10 minute walk to the river and disc golf course basically in the backyard. Breathtaking views from each deck as well. We loved that we were able to bring our pups and have a backyard space for them, and were able to take them out easily for walks/dips in the river. It was such a beautiful place to stay, looking forward to coming back here again!

We felt right at home at the cozy cabin! We loved the amount of space for our family, fabulous deck and balcony, and comfy beds. The location was perfect for skiing at Ski Cooper and going to BV!

Milly’s place was perfect! The location was beautiful and the house was cozy. Milly even went out of her way to help when one of our kiddos wasn’t feeling well. We would highly recommend!

Quiet and isolated from the main hustle and bustle, peaceful and clean. Was a great place for my family and I to stay for a vacation.

Chris was incredibly easy to communicate with, and his place had everything we could ask for—plenty of beds for our group, games, cooking supplies, a TV, speakers, a hot tub, a sauna, a firepit, and more. The list goes on! The location was great—just a 12-minute drive to Breckenridge town and the ski mountain, and about an hour from Vail Resort. After a long day of skiing, the mudroom had a boot dryer and storage for skis and gear, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. The house is situated on an incline, so an all-wheel-drive (AWD) or 4WD vehicle (or chains) is necessary to get up to the property in winter conditions. Having access to a two-car garage was a huge plus, keeping our vehicles protected from overnight snow and ice. The only challenge for us was adjusting to the high elevation, coming from Boston—but, of course, that had nothing to do with the house itself! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return next year. Highly recommend this property—10/10!

My family and I stayed during the week of Christmas and we really enjoyed their place. We had access to the Hot Springs in the resort down the street, which was very relaxing. The location was quiet and peaceful and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Our stay at John's home was fantastic. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities--the hot tub, sled hill, games, etc. Everyone agreed that the space was lovely, open, spacious, and perfect for future family events. We want to visit in the summer to get another perspective on the property. One catch is that when we made the initial reservation, I didn't get a reply to two of my questions. But this is a small hiccup and was easily overlooked. So happy with our visit--this home is worth a visit (or more!).
