Adam’s Third Street Suites are absolutely perfect. The planning and attention to detail of every aspect of the building are apparent. Most appreciated were the detailed instructions provided by the host and the cleanliness of the unit. The unit #5 we stayed in was very welcoming and relaxing to stay in. We spent lots of time appreciating all of the details put into decorating and taking care of the building. You can tell Adam takes pride in offering great spaces for people to stay at and providing a great experience for his guests. Thanks Adam.

Apartment in Winona - Treetops Suite is a great getaway in a little college town. There is a spacious main room and open area kitchenette (hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, sink, mini-fridge) and the two bedrooms (one ?full-size? bed and then two twins) are cozy - not tight or cramped. The apartment was clean and quiet. They had some food (milk, eggs, bagels, oranges, PeanutButter, jam) stocked in the fridge. The step-in shower has very hot water that is not difficult to adjust to a warm setting. The apartment is located just off the Winona State University campus and the first night we stayed we walked downtown for dinner. The stairs to the place are moderately steep - as the hosts mention in the write-up. This is not an issue (and adds to the ambience) unless you have some mobility challenges. There are railings on both sides. Thanks. This would be my preferred spot to stay if I was passing through Winona again.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment itself was so beautiful. Adam was great and provided local restaurant recommendations. We loved going to “Nate & Ally’s,” a local dessert spot, after dinner.

we booked this place because we attended Ashley for the arts. it was a short drive and when we went back to the units at the end of Friday night, the bar was closed, so it was nice and quiet. Saturday night when we arrived the bar was open and it was difficult to fall asleep because you could hear a muffle talking and the booming of the jukebox. ear plugs would probably be the best bet. we had fans, but it didn't hardly drown out any of the noise. The place was immaculate, smelled great and great location to walk around. The hotel that had breakfast next door was closed for the week, so we weren't able to enjoy that.

Had such a lovely stay here, it's super close and local to everything you need. The building is lovely and bed is very comfy! Host was amazing and super flexible and accommodating for my last minute extended stay. Would highly recommend staying here anytime and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the exchange! Staying in this beautiful historical building was a highlight of our trip! The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The building itself had so much charm and character, making it a unique experience for our family. We were very comfortable and the property was clean and perfect! The surroundings were picturesque, and we felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay. We enjoyed many walks around the area and visited many of the local shops. I felt completely safe walking around with my two little girls. The exchange is highly recommended for families or anyone looking to enjoy a bit of history in a convenient, walkable area! We are already planning on returning.

This was a great place to stay. Location is ideal -- walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, movie theatre, and even a grocery store. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent place to stay. A great location, right in downtown Winona. Anytime we had a question, Adam was quick to answer or fix the issue. we spent 4 months in there!

Adam’s places never disappoint. We have come to Winona many times over the years and always stay in one of Adam’s places. He is a great host and has amazing places to stay!! We have stayed in the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and they are all consistently clean and comfortable!! We often plan our visits to Winona around when his units are available.

Had a great weekend stay in Wabasha here! Would highly recommend to a small group of friends - pullout couch was comfy, everything was clean and organized, and great location walkable to anything you'd want to do in and around Wabasha!

Great place to stay! Had an issue with getting in the suite, but we hung out at a restaurant until Adam responded. Other than that slight hiccup, gorgeous apartment with in an amazing town.

The space was clean and felt cozy. I was able to fit my car which is a Subaru Impreza wagon in the parking spot. The kitchen was great and stocked up with plenty of dishes to cook meals.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in a while, and Adam was very helpful! Thank you so much for providing an amazing space in the Miami of Minnesota!

Adam's place was beautiful! Exactly as described, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. Adam provided great instructions and was kindly communicative. We would definitely return if ever in the area again!

Hotel De Ville is a delightful home away from home. If you’re visiting the Alma, Wisconsin or the Buffalo County area and you need to making lodging arrangements this is the place to stay. Our suite was charming and comfortable. Daniel says he’s fastidious about cleanliness and he means it. Our rental was clean, and any worries about COVID-19 and proper sanitizing were rapidly dispelled after entering our suite. Daniel gave us great tips on eating establishments as well as the Castle Rock Museum and other points of interest.

Super cute Airbnb! We really loved it! The garden was great, the beds comfortable, the location amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in Alma. Daniel was very friendly and showed us how to lock the door. The apartment would benefit from a deep clean, but it was reasonably clean. There was no lightbulb in one of the lamps, but it was otherwise exactly as described. And the shower? Excellent. Great pressure and really nice shampoo and shower gel. Alma is a beautiful town - we enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you!
