House was exactly what we expected. We had a fairly large group and there was plenty of space for us. Christina was great and kept in communication with us throughout. Just wish we were there in the summer to use the pool. Highly recommended.

The house and land were perfect. it was a beautiful location and the house with the bedroom and bathroom suitation was perfect for a large group staying. We enjoyed everything about the house.

WOW! This was by far the cleanest and well-kept Airbnb we have stayed in. It's better than described with beautiful antique furniture. All four bedrooms were roomy and comfy. The primary bedroom even had an extended living area. It is located on Heritage Farm, a wonderful location for kids of all ages and everyone in the family. We took advantage of the swimming pool on the property along with a petting zoo. There's also a zip line, covered wagon rides, historical museums with old train engines and many antiques, artisans demonstrating glass-blowing and other craftwork, a climbing wall, etc. Our grandchildren loved playing on the wooden train. We'll definitely be back and are planning to hold a family reunion on the property in the future. It was worth every penny to have our family together in such a pleasant, friendly place.

We had the entire family - 10 adults and young grandkids - for the whole week, and it was great. The pool/hot tub as expected was a big hit, but the hiking and surrounding views were fantastic. The weather in March was great for being outdoors and the views were amazing. Each family had their own space, and we enjoyed the evenings playing games and roasting marshmallows. St Michael's Catholic Church in Paintsville was a hidden gem! We are definitely considering coming back for another Spring Break vacation.

This house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Very quiet and a good location for us to visit our son. We would stay there again.

We were in town visiting family and had a great stay at this house. We really enjoyed the open space of the living room - to-kitchen, sitting on the deck, and walking the large lot of land. Beth is a great host with a clean beautiful property. Glad we were blessed to experience it.

We needed a last minute stay for a sports tournament. Kim was responsive and flexible, allowing us early check in to help us get settled and ready on time. Her place was very clean, and smelled great! Quiet street, more than enough room for 4 of us.

This home was so Amazing! Beautiful and fascinating architecture to this home! Love the history! These hosts were so friendly and helpful! I love how they offer videos to tour the rooms and get instructions. I also really love that they don’t have a long list of complicated checkout tasks like some Airbnb’s do.., they handle those things leaving us time to just enjoy! I will def want to come back here!

we had a great stay everything was ready for us when we arrived I will say the pull out beds could be more comfortable but we brought air mattresses just in case so it worked out the area is just a 5 min drive to Rush Off-road overall we had a great experience

This house was perfect for our stay, Debra was very easy to work with . The bed was very comfortable, house was clean, and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

This farmhouse is 10 minutes from a main shopping area of a small town.The roads are easy to drive state routes, the directions clear.There are scenic views of woods, fields and barn lots, with other small houses at a short distance.The house is well laid out for multiple guests.Easy temp controls.There is easy flow between the kitchen and dining room, a wide doorway into the living room.2 bedrooms down with bath, 3 bedrooms up with bath.There are sleeping options in the basement on a queen futon, and on living room couches.Multiple comforters and couch throws.The bath linens are color coded.Lots of towel racks/hooks! The decor is lovely, the furnishings cozy and comfortable.The mattresses are very good. Everything spotless, including the basement recreation room with books, DVDs, WII system/accessories, ping pong. Washer/dryer.Great kitchen, completely equipped cookware, serving items, a small microwave.Outdoors- 2 spaces, both with firepits/seating. Carport, lots of parking.

Second stay at Memes, loved it. Feels just like home. David is awesome, neighbors are super great too. Planning our next stay there already.

This place felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for seating, the water pressure was amazing, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Very enjoyable stay!

We had a beautiful little one night stay! Me and my husband were just looking for a last minute date night stay and found this place. It was absolutely perfect and felt just like home. It actually even ended up being closer to home than expected and we were so thrilled as we got to spend a night away without having to go to far at all! The space is so well laid out and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again when we need a night away but don't want to go out of town!!

We will most definitely be staying again at Bills place when we go back to Ohio! It was beautiful, clean, smelt great, and had amazing decor! It was trending and felt so cozy! The home had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We really thank you Bill for taking pride in your place! It definitely shows!

Vincent was EXTREMELY responsive and so helpful. I can’t say enough about him and how accommodating he was during our stay! The property was super clean, organized and stocked with necessities. It was extremely quiet and perfect for our group! We loved the game room it was perfect for our son and his friends.

Second time visiting Kaycee’s place for a Veterans Day weekend getaway. Had a blast riding the trails and sitting by the pond. Looking forward to returning next year.

The Pink Dreams Cottage is the cutest little home away from home. My daughter and I needed a last minute getaway and it was exactly what we hoped for! It had everything we needed and we were able to quickly get anywhere we wanted to go in Portsmouth! Such a cozy little cottage!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything was clean and fresh, plenty of clean towels, linens, etc. A very comfy place to stay.

I absolutely loved the house. It is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all of the necessities. The area is quiet and peaceful but just a few minutes away from stores and restaurants. Justin is super friendly and quick to answer any questions you might have. There was a snowstorm right as I arrived, and Justin responded quickly to plow the driveway so I could get to work. I would definitely book a return trip here!
