Gifty’s place was exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the photographs. The listing was very clean and well decorated. The neighborhood felt safe and was peaceful. Gifty provided detailed check-in instructions and left literature at the main coffee table for local recommendations! Definitely enjoyed our stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kathleen's Airbnb, and we can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Kathleen takes great pride in her home. The space was immaculate—spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged, making it feel warm and inviting. Kathleen was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and generous throughout our stay. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out, which made the process so much easier for us. We arrived later than expected, and she kindly met us at the property to greet us and ensure we felt welcome. Her hospitality truly made a difference. One of the highlights was the breakfast she provided, which was not only delicious but also lasted throughout our entire stay. It was a wonderful touch that made our mornings extra special. Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. We had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for our family, spacious and well-equipped. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions. One night, we returned late from Clifton Hill and found that the keypad lock was low on battery, making it difficult to get in. I was a bit worried since it was midnight and we had two infants with us. However, the host responded quickly and helped us gain access, even providing a spare key in the lockbox, which was a huge relief. The next day, they checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. It was thoughtful and made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly home away from home!

Our reservation was for 5 adults and 5 children under 12. Host went out of her way to make sure that there was a bed for the little one (under 2)! The whole place was very clean, smelled good, and child -friendly. A perfect place for someone with young children. It was perfect for our needs, and felt just like home! I highly recommend this place!

This is such a gorgeous and comfortable home. It is our favorite place to stay when we are in Buffalo. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Go Bills!

We could not ask for a better location to Clifton Hill. The walk was easy, even in the winter. It was close enough to be by all the action and far enough to not be bothered by busy night life. Could even see the Niagra fireworks from the windows. The linen was very clean and smelled amazing. The host left us food and homemade treats which was so nice. My only complaint would be the super, super firm pillows.

Excellent location in town, second floor apartment. Walkable to small town movie theater, lots of restaurants. Grocery and other stores close by. Clean, well organized cabinets with labels, nicely furnished, accommodating hosts. Definitely a great stay, thank you!

Almost relaxing holiday time was spent at Paul's place. It's warmth and coziness along with the tasteful decor and upgraded details helped make this a peaceful time. In addition Paul was most accommodating about our travel changes. Would I come here again? Absolutely.

What a great little apartment for 1 or 2 people. It was very comfortable, with pleasant furnishings and everything I needed and more for my 4 day stay. The food and service downstairs in the Cafe' were excellent each day, and I was treated like a family member. I would certainly consider staying here again when I have Buffalo plans.

What a great find! Gracious hosts, beautifully decorated home with all the nice touches you could wish for - beautiful roses, coffee and tea with all the adds and snacks which were much appreciated after a long travel day. Super clean with plenty of linens and towels and cozy lap blankets for chilly Buffalo nights. Really, really good food nearby. 15 minutes to downtown, 25 at rush hour. Highly recommend!!

Cris is an awesome host who truly cared about our experience and comfort. She even offered a later check out to help me out at no extra charge. The apartment is spacious and feels like a home. Lots of food places to eat within a good range. Would definitely come back and appreciate the hospitality. Even had water and snacks and everything you would need when traveling. Thanks again!!

Everything was perfect. The space was large, well equipped (especially the wine glass selection) and very comfortable. The light and views from the windows were amazing—a vineyard on one side and Four Mike Creek on the other. it would be so nice to sit outside on the balcony but snow got in the way. Hope to return and cycle the area. Complimentary continental breakfast was much appreciated—lots of choice. 6 stars out of 5.

I would highly recommend staying at Chrystal's bed and breakfast for a one-of-a-kind experience staying in a bed in breakfast built in the 1800s! Chrystal has beautifully decorated the B&B with antique furniture, creating a cozy historic atmosphere. We enjoyed two breakfasts and both were outstanding, with local produce, preserves and homemade offerings! The location is also ideal, being just 5 minutes from the downtown but still on a quiet country road.

this is the sixth time we have stayed here! I can't express the pure joy, fun, beautiful atmosphere, and very conducive to a relaxing, peaceful scenic stay. we come every year for the Buffalo Bills game. Bills game. it's only 10 minutes away and sometimes we will come in the summer. also 10 minutes away is Niagara falls. so beautiful and we just absolutely adore. Tracy, not only is she the best host, but she is kind. interested in everything and changes everything for the holidays and seasons from food to decor. I promise you will absolutely love this place. please give it a try!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Sue und Gaetan und wurden von Beginn an sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war selbst hergestellt und sehr lecker. NOTL ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit der Übernachtung bei Sue und Gaetan absolut eine Reise wert.

All was well, from friendly and responsive booking, arrival and breakfasts and peaceful surroundings in the country side. The room was spacious and comfortable and the ensuite clean with a wonderful shower. One of the reasons we use Airbnb and B and B's is having a chance to spend some time with the proprietors, and this was no exception. Both Dianne and Gary were charming, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable hosts.

Peter and Cindy are wonderful hosts- friendly and welcoming. Their home is beautiful and sparkling clean. We loved talking with Cindy and Peter and finding out about many the hidden gems of Buffalo. So glad we got to stay here and what a marvelous bonus to have a lovely breakfast. Thank you so much we can't wait to come again.

Mary was a lovely host. She was extremely attentive and made sure all guests felt right at home. it felt like a huge family home with random relatives you've never met before. I loved it! This is a guesthouse not a hotel. We had our bikes and she let us park them in a safe area. We will certainly come back the next time we spend a night in Niagara Falls.
