Alex's place was fantastic! I travel a lot for work and had been to the area many times, but this was the first time I really enjoyed my stay. The Apartment is centrally located to everything Gainesville has to offer. The Apartment is very private and yet comfy and inviting. The bed is comfortable. However, as nice as the place is, the greatest thing about booking for Alex is Alex. The host was helpful, flexible, and thorough. At the end of my stay, I was informed by the site where I was working that I needed to stay another day. Alex not only helped me extend my stay, but gave me a better rate for the additional day! I would definitely stay at Alex's apartment again. Having coffee (which Alex provided with cream and sugar to make in the Keurig located in the kitchen) out on the deck in the early morning and listening to the nature surrounding the lake was a truly special experience. Stay at Alex's place. You won't be disappointed.

Small but has everything you need. It has a beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy the view of the pond. What really made it better was the bed. It was by far the best bed I ever slept on. Thank you Danielle for the stay.

The location is great. Neighbor is quiet and nice. The place was just like the pictures will definitely use Dalvin again.

When you first arrive, don't be put off by the age and appearance of the complex and building which are somewhat dated for Atlanta. It's what's inside that counts. The interior of this unit has been very nicely remodeled and is well stocked with everything one could expect, and more, regarding water, snacks, ample paper products, detergents, extra towels, etc, that are sometimes lacking or insufficient in other Airbnb apartments. The balcony overlooking the lake is a relaxing feature. The proximity of the complex is so convenient that, once you are there, you may not even need a car as just about anything you could reasonably want is within walking distance including restaurants, groceries, the Braves stadium and Cumberland Mall, mostly through a back entryway that is very easy to access if you read and follow the instructions carefully. The location was also perfect for meeting up with my family who live in the Riverside, Vinings and Inman Park areas. All in all, a very good value.

I had a very nice stay at Tom and Christine’s place. It’s an above the garage apartment with its own entrance. It looks exactly like the pictures provided. The location is in a residential neighborhood off the beaten path. Very quiet and relaxing. I did have an issue with the key pad and it was resolved very quickly by Christine. The only draw back for me was I was there alone one of the nights and there are a few windows without any covering and I felt a little uncomfortable at night. Otherwise this was a very nice stay. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few miles.

Enjoyed this place I had a crazy night in Atlanta but my stay at this place was nice I enjoyed it & will be back

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was just as it was advertised. There was a nice view, the house clean, and came woth essential items like towels, was cloths, tissue, paper towel, and etc. Even though we did not utilize the roof top pool and facilities it was great. And we will definitely use it in the hotter seasons when we book again. The apartment was in the center of all type of entertainment and food. The communication was great from the host and check-in and check-out was smooth. We will definitely book again.

Plenty of room for a family of four. The condo looked just like the pictures - clean, comfortable, and quiet. Convenient location. No problem with parking, but the spaces are a little tight especially if you have a big car or truck. Lots of communication from the hosts, before and during our stay. We had a great stay.

Sidhant was a great host and responded to all of our needs quickly. Perfect for 2 large families enjoy time on the lake! We were able to dock our boat. Water depth is great here for boat and swimming. Dock was not far from the house as most others can be at Lake Lanier.

I absolutely fell in love with Georgia after our first night showing up at your place! My husband and son loved it as well!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in and I’ve been using Airbnb since about 2011. Excellent cabin - clean, roomy, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Great communication with the host. Will certainly stay again.

We live locally but stayed here for about a month while some work was being done in our house. It was very comfortable and spacious. Super clean and had a well organized supply closet with any cleaning supply you would need, plus a ton of extra towels and labeled sheets. The kitchen also had anything you would need while staying there (other than actual food, obviously). There were 4 of us, but I feel like it would have been comfortable for a few more. Just fyi, the bunk bed can actually sleep 3- there’s a bed that pulls out from the bottom bunk. Our kids loved this place because there were a ton of games- arcade games, foosball, bumper pool, cornhole, and a neat little drawer system that had games in each drawer….plenty of TVs too! The owner was very available by text and immediately answered any questions we had. Best of all- the check out instructions were super easy and straight forward! I really really appreciated that. This location is close to stores, restaurants, and the fwy.

Of all of my AirBnB stays Natanya's place was by far the best experience to date. The house was amazing. It was perfect for what we were there for. There was so much space. Even after viewing the listing numerous times I was still shocked at how large the home was. It was perfectly stocked. It had something for everyone. The kids kept busy with the numerous activities the home has to offer - the game room, books, toys. The moms enjoyed the dock and hot tub, and the guys loved the fact that they could dock their fishing boats on the property. It was literally a dream house and we can't wait to go back.

Our group of three families stayed at this Airbnb for a wedding, and it was an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience! We enjoyed staying for two weeks while our home was renovated. This home had enough space for my family and dogs. The path to the lake was beautiful and the dogs loved it. It was very cozy!!
