What a wonderful peaceful place. Exactly what we were looking for in the middle of the Chianti region. With the outside patio and pool you never really need to leave except to get wine maybe😊🍷. Anna has been very responsive and helpful. She gave us multiple suggestions of restaurants and wineries. We also took a cooking class from Vilma who taught us how to make pasta and ravioli. Highly recommend Anna’s villa

Casa ben arredata, curata, pulita e funzionale. Il soggiorno è confortevole poiché la casa è strutturata con spazi dedicati che permette agli ospiti di trovare le comodità necessarie alle proprie esigenze. Parcheggio comodo nella vicina piazzetta senza disponibile. Host attento e attivo nel risolvere anche i piccoli disguidi. comunicazione veloce e chiara. Consigliata++++++

Io e i miei amici abbiamo festeggiato capodanno in questo casale immerso nella natura Toscana. La casa e il giardino sono stupendi! Gli host sono stati impeccabili e reattivi ad ogni nostra richiesta. La consiglierei per un soggiorno tranquillo tra amici. Abbiamo trovato alcuni insetti ma gli host sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto avere uno spray insetticida.

Monica’s home is amazing. Tucked away in a very small village, I felt transported to another, simpler era. Yet, the accommodation included all the modern “necessities”. I loved cooking there, and the morning views post-rainfall were something else. Rent a small car for the journey up the mountain and if you’re not used to those types of roads definitely arrive during the day. Those who’re used to back roads should have no issue. Next time I will return with friends to fill the space and share the meals with.

Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

Beautiful well appointed apartment with a cozy terrace offering a great view over surrounding hills. It was as described in the listing, spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a library with a selection of many great books to read. We also loved the company of a very friendly cat that always greeted us when we returned from our daily adventures in the beautiful Tuscany! Would absolutely recommend!

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Alfredo’s villa celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Alfredo was an amazing host. We felt at home from day one. We arrived in the evening, the next morning we awoke to the most beautiful and peaceful view from our bedroom window of the rolling Tuscan hills…just unbelievable! Alfredo was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. He gave some many great recommendations during our stay. The villa is located across the street from a wonderful winery and very close to the hill town of Peccioli. There is also a local pastry/coffee shop about five minutes away in LaRosa that we visited each morning. We rented a car, and the location of the villa was perfect to explore other parts of Tuscany. We visited Florence, Pisa, Luca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cinque Terra and Chianni. Thank You Alfredo for making our trip so amazing!!!

Perfect house with a great Whirlpool including a nice view! Very nice Beds and great equipment overall. Gianni is a perfect host, very friendly and discrete. Totally revommend to explore Tuscany from here!

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

Where do I even begin? Fabio was a dream to work with since the moment I booked the villa. My husband and I planned our entire stay and wedding with Fabio through email and he even video conferenced us to talk details about our wedding day. The villa is incredible. Peaceful, spacious, clean. Perfect for a family of 14. The pool is always clean and Rosaria was there every morning to make sure we had everything we needed and the pool was tip top shape. She even came to the villa to help us with our hot water when we used it all up! Our wedding was a dream from the moment we woke up with a delicious breakfast handmade by Alessandra. She made the bread from scratch, the whole villa smelled like a dream! The breakfast presentation was stunning and it was just the morning. Fabio was very attentive through the entire stay from the rehearsal dinner (we did a pizza night) to the wedding day. All of my dreams came true. I highly recommend this villa!!!

Incredible stay at Beatrice’s place. From booking to exit she had helped my group and I plan our stay in Tuscany finding wineries and vineyards to explore. She was so kind and pleasant to work with I would suggest her place to anyone! The kitchen was cozy and perfect for our group to spend time in while at the bnb. Every room was exactly as described. Perfect stay!

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Our stay was absolutely lovely, Giada went above and beyond. It was probably the best Air BnB we’ve ever stayed at and we will cherish our family memories from this trip. Beautiful villa and location, even better than the pictures. We traveled with our 6 month old baby and they were so accommodating of this, the crib and play room were perfect! Grazie!

Wunderschönes Haus auf eine ganz wunderbare Art modern Style mit dem typischen toskanischen Style gemixt. Unbedingt auch Wanderungen rund um das Haus machen. Es ist einfach eine ganz wunderbare toskanische Gegend. Vielen Dank!

Loredena was our host on behalf of Isabella. She was fabulous, welcoming and really helpful. The villa is beautiful and you feel you’re in your own luxury home; with a pool as well as grounds with fruit trees like sharon fruit and pomegranate; grapes and lemons. Altopascio is a very good location for Tuscany with regular trains to Lucca; Florence and Pisa. Some great pizza places and local restaurants with exceptional food! People are very friendly and welcoming. We went as a family with a baby and we all loved it.

Casa molto confortevole adatta ad un gruppo numeroso come il nostro con bambini, ben accessoriata e pulita. Ampio spazio nella zona giorno e bello spazio esterno. Il paese, con tutti i servizi, è molto vicino, noi ci siamo mossi pochissimo e ci siamo gustati la casa che pur essendo grande si scalda molto bene. Il primo giorno, con l'entusiasmo per la neve, siamo rimasti chiusi fuori di casa con le chiavi dentro.....panico! L'host, pur non essendo vicino si è attivato rapidamente ed in poco tempo sono venuti ad aprirci . Soggiorno ottimo

We had the best holidays ever because of Mariaclotilde and Nihat, who created a place which is so lovely and peacefull and they make you feel like coming home 🥰 The house is a wonderfull place to calm down, enjoy the perfect pool, just relax and then start to all the beautifull things to visit around. We will definitely come back ❤️🇮🇹😘

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

La nostra esperienza presso la casetta di Lisa è stata ottima. La casetta piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario è comodissima oltre che pulitissima… Lisa e’ stata gentilissima a farci trovare le uova fresche, la marmellata fatta in casa e la bottiglia di Prosecco nel frigo oltre che altre cose graditissime… il posto è molto carino e comodissimo per visitare le belle località nei dintorni tra cui Pisa e Lucca… di notte e’ veramente tranquillo… insomma ci siamo veramente rilassati…Grazie di tutto Lisa, ci ritorneremo sicuramente….
