An exceptional time made posible by the host recommendations becote our arrival, we woent 2 weeks at the villa for a family holiday. The arrival was seamless thanks to the pick up organised by the host. The villa is terrific villa and iso is ts staff. All was as described and even better. The villa is perfect, well built and well maintained. The staff is very available and took great care of us. The villa is super quiet/private and yet located in the midlle of everything (within walking distance) and the many recommendations made by Cheryl (the host) were all very good. An exceptional experience, we will be back. Thank you

Had the pleasure of staying at John’s place for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond decorating and surprising me on my Birthday. The staff were so nice and polite and quick to respond. They made us breakfast on site, freshly squeezed juices, pancakes made from scratch. The house itself is massive. So much room. Close to the cool spots and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent villa close to Umalas and Canggu, tucked away and offering good privacy. The Finns VIP cards are a great addition, we used the facilities at Finns recreation club alot. Great fun for kids (waterpark, bounce, bowling), good gym and lap pool for the adults and food is excellent. Getting around on scooters is definitely easier than taxis. Either hire or download the Gojek app for scooter taxis. By scooter you are about 3 mins to Finns recreation club, 6 mins to Finns beach club, 15 mins to Ku De Ta, 10 mins to Old Mans/ Batu Belong. Owner was very helpful, and the staff at the villa were really excellent. Amazing cooks! Daily cleaning, breakfast and baby sitting on request. Ask them to cook you some local food for dinner (extra charge but very reasonable and super tasty). All in all the Villa met our expectations and more. It is a true likeness to the description and photos, which made a pleasant change! Would 100% book again, and in fact we didnt want to leave!

Great stay in Kuta if you’re with friends! The best way to go is to share a villa with kitchen so you feel like you’re at home. strategic location. Great staff Very recommended Thank you

Villa Kupu Kupu was amazing for our family group. The facilities and pools were fabulous. Kids loved it. The staff were kind and helpful. We had daily breakfasts cooked to our liking by Ari and Putu. They also did 3 pieces of washing per person per day included in the price of Villa (nice surprise). Transport to and from the airport was easy and much appreciated. Location is exceptional and secure. Ray was extremely communicative and provided good information before and during our stay. Thank-you to everyone at Villa Kupu Kupu! We will be back. We had a fantastic stay at Pelau Tenang Villa! It was the perfect spot for our family, and everyone enjoyed it. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were beautifully designed. I’m definitely looking forward to returning in the future. It was a great experience!

First off, the Villa is really beautiful! It is part of a boutique hotel called Cyrus Villa. The front staff are wonderful and welcoming, and it has great ambiance. The Villa has a lot of nice, modern features to give the experience a luxury feel such as stylish features, Alexa tech, pleasant lighting, and a projector for Netflix on the ceiling which was an awesome surprise. Important things to know - the Villa is in a quiet area on the outskirts of seminyak rather than in town, so be prepared for 10-20 min+ by car or motorbike depending on traffic to the popular restaurants, bars, shopping. This was no problem though because it’s very easy to get transportation. During the times when we ordered room service there were some delays/problems but I think it’s just because it’s a brand new hotel etc. The staff were very nice though! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! The pool and bathtub were amazing. It is an ideal place for a romantic getaway!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at this villa, and it was the perfect place for a honeymoon. The villa is ideal for couples, offering a romantic and private atmosphere. We absolutely loved the stunning sunset views and the private pool, it made our experience feel extra special. The Island of Villa Team was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. They regularly checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their recommendations for activities and local attractions were spot on and truly enhanced our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend this villa for any couples looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Great for a short stay. Staff were very helpful and kind. The apartment was with walking range from everywhere you’d need to be. Not far from the night life. I loved my stay, I would book again.

I've spent there a month with my wife and we were both satisfied. It's a part of Plagoo apartments so in the end you're a hotel guest with all the benefits - free breakfast, gym, pool, reception, cleaning service etc. Breakfast is quite good, in form of a buffet. The apartment is clean and spacious. There is a kitchen but it's not something you'll use often in Bali. AC works good. Noting interesting in the walking distance, which is not a big deal given you can rent a scooter or easily get a taxi. It's far from main roads which makes the area quiet. Very communicative host. Definitely recommend.

Villa was very much the Bali vibe, nice and peaceful atmosphere yet it’s not too far from the Main Street of shopping food and more. The room is really nice with nice modern features and so many extra services with a good price, Arya was very helpful And front staff are super amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone hope to come back soon Thank you :)

The Bali Bubble was a wonderful stay. Bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious, with a king size bed. 20 min walk to Mertasari beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a short but sweet stay here! Lovely location, beautiful apartment! I didn’t use the rooftop at all but it was such a nice feature. Comfy bed, I slept great! So nice of them to offer free breakfast too!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’un mois à Citadines. Idéal pour du télétravail. Le personnel était très accueillant et réactif. L’hôtel dispose d’un bon restaurant, d’un bar et d’une piscine avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. L’emplacement est idéalement situé à 5 min à pieds de la plage et des restaurants.

We had a great stay. Charming villa, always responsive & wonderful staff. Definitely recommended.

It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)

Het verblijf in chimera orange was echt top! Na aangenaam verrast te zijn bij aankomst, hoe mooi en ruim het huis is! Het heeft een bepaalde sfeer die niet uit te leggen is, maar je echt zelf moet ervaren. Het ligt op Max 5 minuten lopen van het centrum met restaurants en winkels. Je kunt gebruik maken van de ontbijt service, welke elke dag gebracht wordt door super vriendelijk personeel, de tafel wordt gedekt, en alles na afloop opgeruimd en afgewassen. Niet is het personeel teveel, ze proberen met alles te helpen. Iedere keer, ookal ben je maar even weg, wordt het huis nagekeken en opgeruimd. De deuren worden in principe niet afgesloten, maar er is altijd iemand aanwezig die de toegangspoort in de gaten houdt, en Savonds dicht gaat. Ons verblijf was met 2 kinderen (5&8 jaar oud) en ook zij waren reuze enthousiast over hun aparte verblijf! (Het strand ligt ook op 5 minuten lopen) Hier komen we zeer zeker een keer terug!

Beautiful villa, amazing staff lead by Bu Made. Each and every staff made this place like home. Thank you Bu Made & semua staff, for your smile and attention to our family for 10 days. The property needed a renovation or deep cleaning due to it’s unique architecture. The villa is perfect if you need to stay away from buzzling tourists. There’s only a handfull restaurants near the villa, but Bu Made made delicious food. Thank you again

Wir haben uns 11 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Atit und Ketut war super. Sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. sehr schöner Pool. tolle Lage um zu shoppen und essen zu gehen.

Mein Mann und ich hatten das besondere Glück die Villa Meliya für 9 Tage buchen zu können. Schon die Bilder haben uns von einem erholsamen Aufenthalt träumen lassen. Tatsächlich war die Villa dann noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Schlafzimmer und das angrenzende Badezimmer waren sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Sofas im Wohnbereich waren extrem gemütlich und alles wurde täglich sauber gehalten. Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr Wohlgefühl und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Esta, Gusti und die 2 Jungs für das leckere Frühstück und die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights, the villa is located in a quite street, very big and clean, so don’t worry about space. with a supermarket, laundry, massage/spa , money exchange and a restaurant just a 2 minute walk from the villa😀😀, the host was very pro active and friendly, the staff AYU came to cook the breakfast in the morning and after she cleaned the villa. She is very friendly and her cooking was delicious 😋. I give Ayu 5⭐️ and the villa the same 5⭐️. I recommend a stay at Maria and Ayu. Thank you Maria and your lovely staff Ayu .
