I had a great accommodation at Kadek’s traditional Balinese home. It was reasonably worth it. Their family had been warm and friendly to me. They served me good breakfast and I was given the opportunity to try a usual Balinese breakfast. The place was exactly as described and It’s near Ubud’s city center. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

This place was lovely! It was a very good price, the breakfasts each morning were very good. It's tucked away and quiet, while also being a VERY short walk from many restaurants and shops! Along with a laundromat right next door. We would definitely stay again!! :)

We had a very nice long stay at Wayam's place. The local family that run this lovely little bnb has been impeccably helpful and sweet, making our journey in nusa area very pleasant. A special thank you for Risa, she has fulfils all our needs with love and a big smile. The place overall it's very cosy and private. The breackfast its basic but made with care. The room it's confortable, clean and the bed it's soft. The out door pool it's nice making the spot more enjoyable. We can definitely reccomend Wayan's bnb.

Die Unterkunft ist großartig, wunderschön mit Pool und Dschungel Feeling. Das Zimmer war toll und groß. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Buda haben wir eine Tagestour gemacht, sehr zu empfehle. Und es gibt Scooter zum mieten.

Super schönes Ambiente direkt an der Reisterasse. Man öffnet morgens die Fenster und sieht direkt in den Dschungel. Ein schöner Infinity Pool mit Blick in auf die Reisterassen. Insgesamt vier Kleine Unterkünfte, perfekt alleine oder wenn man in Gruppen reist. Etwas abgelegen aber man konnte sich einen Roller mieten und war in 15 Minuten in Ubud Zentrum und in 5 Minuten an den Tegallalang Reisterassen im Norden. Definitiv einen weiteren Besuch wert, wenn ich in der Gegend sein sollte.

This place was just about as good as you can ask for on a trip to Ubud. It had modern elements fused with some rustic elements. Comfortable bed, hot&cold water, internet, cable tv...and nice pools and public sitting areas for all your relaxing needs. For an honest review you should be well aware that you are living with the "jungle" creatures most anywhere you go in Bali. So be prepared for the geckos, marching ants, and the occasional spider. The staff is more than willing and experienced to help if any of these things becomes a dramatic issue. The location is not "in the center of things/Ubud", but honestly its not supposed to be. There are various transport options which are reasonably priced to get you too and from town which is typically a 5-7 minute drive away. The Area is being developed and does need some improvement on road infrastructure but dont let that detract you from choosing this property. The staff do a wonderful job of seeing to your every need and request. The breakfast is good and the restaurant menu options were being updated while we were there which should only add to its improvement. Overall if you want to spend time in Ubud and surrounding areas and you are looking for a relaxing place to begin and end your days, the Monday Villa (or any of the other villas on the property) will easily be a great option.

HereTranquil Escape in Nature Review: My stay at Firefly Eco Lodge was an incredible experience! The serene surroundings, eco-friendly accommodations, and warm hospitality made it a perfect getaway. We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect! Nice and quiet but still very central. There were so many nice restaurants near us and supermarkets. You only have to walk maybe 2 minutes from the main road with your bags so that wasn’t an issue at all. 10/10 will recommend to our friends.

Der Besuch war magisch. Die Abholung vom Flughafen hat funktioniert und ich wurde wundervoll von der Familie empfangen. Dewu war hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Das kleine Häuschen war wunderschön und paradiesisch. Ich hatte den Garden Room und der Ausblick von meinen Häuschen war wirklich atemberaubend. Jeden Morgen gab es hausgemachtes balinesisches Frühstück aufs Zimmer serviert. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Ausflüge die ich mit Dewu waren wunderschön. Da ich alleine am reisen bin, war es gut einen Guide an seiner Seite zu haben, der alles erklären kann. Ausserdem machte er wunderschöne Videos und Fotos von mir. Da diese Unterkunft eher etwas ländlicher liegt und nicht direkt im Zentrum, kann man sich da super entspannen und runterkommen. Es gibt einen Pool wo man sich abkühlen kann. Ich bin super zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Es gab auch immer die Möglichkeit Dinner aufs Zimmer zu bekommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super.

Evelyns boende var perfekt för oss. Personalen var välkomnande och trevliga, hjälpte oss med allt från att boka olika aktiviteter till att servera en mycket god frukost. Rent och snyggt på hela anläggningen. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka. Anette och Ragnhild

Absolute perfection. Such a gorgeous, secluded location close to town but away from the bustle and very generous staff. They helped accommodate rides and were so kind and friendly. All of the animals around the farm are adorable and it was very easy to scooter to and from the joglo. Would definitely stay here again next time in Ubud!

Nice place, amazing view, nice people so helpful and friendly they even prepare small honeymoon decoration for us it’s just completely memorable experience.

What can we say, this place is special. If you want the perfect place to come back from your (sometimes intense) adventures, this is definitely it. Incredibly gracious staff, exquisite views, a beautifully designed property and rooms, and excellent food. It’s really quite impressive what they’ve been able to create at Maua. Don’t even think twice, the price is completely worth it. PS we left our passports and cash in the safe on our last day and it wasn’t until we were nearly at the harbor to catch our boat back to Bali that we realized. We contacted the team at Maua and they went out of their way to meet us at the harbor with our important docs - with a big smile no less! 🙏🙏🙏

I absolutely loves this place. So relaxing quiet and the staff was incredible. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again. Thank you for making my first time visit to Bali Indonesia a memorable and pleasant visit.

The place is absolutely beautiful, very peaceful, very private, with great view. The private pool is amazing and the hot tub too. Im sure you cant get anything better for the amazing price. The host went beyond expectations. They put flowers for us everywhere, something that we didn’t expect. Also they took our laundry to the laundry service nearby. Excellent host, excellent place!!

I was in this accommodation before and I came back because I like it so much. In the middle of the ricefields, no traffic just the sound of nature give this place a special vibe. It looks even better than on the pictures!

Putri is incredibly hospitable and communicative. The staff went above and beyond with all my requests, ensuring my stay was both enjoyable and comfortable. The lodge is extremely beautiful and one of a kind with stunning views and a peaceful/relaxing vibe. The interior is designed beautifully with unique features that you won't find elsewhere. Nyoman and his amazing staff are were the most friendly people ever to host us in their accommodation. They were not only friendly and very helpful but also funny and chill, always ready to have a small chat and a laugh. Each day they prepared a very tasty breakfast, delivered at your hut patio. The wooden huts were super cozy and clean, with an amazing pool that looks over a lush green garden. There are 6 little huts but it really feels as if you have your own little private space. The bar in front of the accommodation is perfect if you want to have a drink with locals from Bali, play some pool or watch the weekly fishing competition. Thanks again to the team for the lovely stay!

Een paradijsje op aarde , wat een mooie en verzorgde plek. Ik heb genoten van mijn 'huisje op poten', heerlijk in het groen en toch prachtig uitzicht. En douche met eigen -duitse👍🏻- boiler als heerlijke luxe. Ketut en zijn vrouw Wajan zijn zó vriendelijk en respectvol. En tevens bereidt om mijn transport te zijn met mooie uitleg ook nog. Om naar terug te keren!!

Wow, such a simple word but this place has left me speechless! I would say it was under-advertised as the listing did not do justice to the serenity of the location, the friendly and attentive hosts, the list of affordable activities and food, and the uniqueness and beauty of it all!
