hosts are very accommodating and friendly. was also fast in responding for enquiries regarding the place. spotless in everything , just have a little problem with the shower, since I’m small I had to adjust the shower to lower height🥲 tho its fine, just needs a little fixing other than that everything was all great and had a great stay😊

Me and my girlfriend and also my girlfriend's brother had fun staying here. My girlfriend's birthday celebration was smooth and also memorable becahse of this place. This is also our first time booking on Airbnb and it exceeded our expectation on the place. Will probably book again here next time.

the host is very accommodating and all are being arranged by her so that we can have a smooth checked in. Tha place is good as well with internet. I guess just needs to improve the speed so that we can watch everything in the tv.. Overall super satisfied with the stay!!

The place is so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at Dobbie House hosted by Regina, she is a great host. She provided us free bottled water and toiletries. Great place to stay. Regie and Rina are very responsive. Highly recommended.

Thank you for letting us stay. Just two comments, master’s bedroom sometimes have bad smell which we couldnt figure out where it was coming from but smells like sewer smell discharge. But bathroom didnt have that smell though. Second was the bedsheet for the extra bed, it looks like it was super used and have already rips maybe from washing too hard. Probably double check it next time before providing them to guests. Nonetheless, family and I were very happy with our stay.

It was an easy and quiet stay and near the PH Sports Arena indeed. Good place for those who have children who are fanatics of korean bands incase there will be concerts happening at the PH Arena. No hassle encountered and no traffic along the area. It was a good decision for us to rent this place while waiting for my daughter to attend the 17 concert on Jan. 19, 2025 instead of staying outside the arena. We were able to sleep and have a calm and peaceful wait time.

it was super clean and smells nice! I booked around 5am of the same day and was able to check-in at 9am. they are really nice and fast. thank you so much.

The place has the perfect and calming view of mt arayat. It is also clean and the bed, pillows and etc feels like you’re in a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed the shower as well since it has hot and cold option and the water current is good. Will definitely come back.

We stayed there for a night since we needed to attend a wedding. The host was really flexible in terms of check in and check out since we came from manila early in the morning. The place was really neat and tidy with all the things you need for a hotel or even more! However, there was a miscommunication in terms of the passcode needed before you enter. I totally understood that the host were asleep since it was already 3am when we arrived at their place so they were a little late in responding to our call or text. Regardless, the whole place is nice!

If it is your first time in Fairview, Gem's unit is definitely the place to rest. The host is always responsive and gave us clear instructions upon check-in/checkout. He also went to see us when we checked out. The only issue that we have in the kitchen is that the heater's lid not fully closing and the pan/pot is not thoroughly cleaned but aside from that the unit itself is perfect and we fully slept perfectly. I definitely love the bedroom + the netflix marathon with my barkada 💗 Gonna visit his unit again if we have another event in QC~

Had a great stay! Worth your money. Slept well sa best very comfy and the unit is mabango and clean! Host is also very accommodating and friendly kahit na super late at night na kami naka-check in. Sa uulitin :)
