Host was very accommodating and generous. Sir Justin gave us a free one hour extension for check out. The caretaker also accommodated all our requests during our stay and was very hospitable. The function room and kitchen was very spacious. It is also equipped with lots of cookware, plates, glasses and utensils. The rooms were also very nice however the bathroom fixtures could use some improvement especially the shower heads. Shower water pressure is also very low. Another thing that can be improved is the wifi. It can be extended to the rooms at the least. Me and my family enjoyed the amenities and facilities. Our favorite was the game room. The place also has two pools and a jacuzzi which is fun. We had bonfire in the morning since it was raining in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend this place to big groups. You will always have something fun to do here.

This listing saved us yesterday. Our big group was originally booked in another resort but we were double booked by the owners. So we had to find another place. The host immediately responded to my inquiries and gave me instructions for check-in as soon as I booked. She was easy to talk to and very accommodating all throughout our stay. The place is beautiful! The pictures and descriptions in the listing are accurate. Our group was so grateful that we were able to enjoy a place that is much better than our original plan. We enjoyed the amenities, the nature, the aesthetic, and the overall ambiance of the place. It gave us the rest we needed. We are also grateful to Kuya Ronald, the caretaker, who was always there ready to give assistance. Lilim Villa is what you are looking for if you're looking for a place to stay with your family (big groups) it was homey 💕 spacious space and parking. i can't say more its perfect! The place is easy to locate and close to mall and resto’s. Place itself is serene and calm. It is a must have vacation if you want a quiet and fresh air since it is surrounded by greens. Caretaker is also accommodating and attentive to our requests, she also gave us plenty of their fresh produce 😊 Tho, we encounter a little flaws but still manageable. 1st is the entryway from the gate is a little stiff and narrow. 2nd there’s a construction on-going during our stay (resort expansion) tho the noise from machine is tolerable we didn’t really feel the privacy of our stay. 3rd there’s no water at 10 am when we’re getting ready to go home water suddenly stop from flowing from the shower up to the sink and toilet.

I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

Perfect getaway for nature lovers. The vegetation, farm animals, and lake provide a unique experience you wont find in most airbnb accomodations. The home is spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. The pool was nice too. Overall it was worth the price. Would definitely book again in the future.

This was one of the most beautiful resorts with swimming pool I have stayed in. Many hours of laughing and enjoyment was shared with my family during our short stay here. Special shout out to Ate Jhane and Kuya Joel for their tireless assistance from the moment we arrived to our departure. They are always there and quick to respond to our calls with a pleasant smile. They really made our stay extra special with their tip-top and attentive service. The location is super private so there is a cut off time (no karaoke after 10pm) to not disturb the surroundings. No limit on swimming. Facility feels very secure and the amenities and furnishings were very well maintained. Air-cons are super cold too! There are many nearby shopping places like Puregold for quick grocery runs as well and the compound can accommodate multiple big vehicles parking concurrently. We sincerely enjoyed our stay there and we were sad to go. Highly recommended for big families!

I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s absolutely stunning, offering peace of mind as you relax to the soothing sound of rustling leaves. The host provided clear and detailed instructions on how to get there, which made our trip hassle-free. The room was spotless, and even the shared bathroom and toilet were exceptionally clean. The person who assisted us was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the stay. One of my favorite things about the property was the presence of friendly cats and dogs. They truly added to the charm of the place. And the view? Simply breathtaking! This will always be my go-to choice whenever I’m available to visit. It stands out above all other listings I’ve come across. Highly recommend!
