Highly recommended! The location of the unit is great, and it has a huge balcony compared to other rooms on the floor. The host is very responsive and accommodating, as is the caretaker. This is going to be my go-to unit in Azure North. 😊

Had a wonderful stay. The X box is a big plus. There are many options for getting grocery, restaurants and other commercial stores nearby. Only issue we faced was the condo walls are a bit thin and you cannot use TV or karaoke with good volume as the neighbours complained about it. Other than that everything is as perfect as it can get.

I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

We watched LANY concert on October 12 in Philippine Arena and this is where my friends and I stayed for 2 nights. We’re a total of 6 people and we enjoyed our stay here. Near SM Marilao. Easy for Grab Taxis and Deliveries. And convenient when watching a concert in Philippine Arena. Thank you Maam Milagros

Maricar is very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I requested if we can rent the Club House's swimming pool and she didn't hesitate to call the office and booked it for us right away! The rent was affordable as well. My 3 kids and their friends had a blast! We also received a welcome basket from her. The house is beautiful, clean and organized. Anything we need for the house were already there! When we visit Calumpit, Bulacan in the near future, we will book her house again :)

Thank you 🫶 Sa 1 Month stay namin.. ⭐⭐⭐Sa place kasi malayo pala sa lahat like mrt or lrt manlang sana na malapit pero wala. Hindi namin nacheck. Kasalanan namin.🥲 Pero if want niyo mag stay sa NORTH, PERFECT ang place ni MS.THERESA kasi mura na. Okay narin kasi may Mini Grocery sa labas ng gate, Mcdonalds sa tapat and also walking distance sa Ayala Mall Terraces and SM Fairview and sakayan papuntang Cubao or Quiapo (Medyo inaabot 1hr byahe pero okay na if hindi naman nagmamadali.) Medyo hassle if OFW ka and ang mga aasikasuhin mo ay nasa gitna ng maynila. Hindi hassle if may mga order like grab food or JNT kasi pwede ipadeliver sa tower, bababa ka lang sa lobby, mababait ang guard. Every SUNDAY may mass sa hall nila dito so, no need na lumayo or bumyahe. Pero late na namin na notice. 😅 ⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐

We had a pleasant stay! Julie and Beth are great hosts, easy to communicate with, and really nice! The place is nice and cozy, complete with all the essentials like cutlery, a washer, stove, and more.

The place is very cozy. Adrian and Marlon are so quick responding to my questions and inquiries. The place is very close to shopping and entertainment. Will use them again the next time we vacation in the Philippines.

Place was great! Although it's sad that they have no wifi yet and not enough dishwashing liquid. But we really enjoyed our stay there bec the unit was clean, affordable and the hosts are very nice! Thanks a lot!
