Worth its price. Space is just enough for 2-3 persons. Host is very accommodating. Toiletries are provided but a free drinking water would be a plus! 🙂

The place is exactly like the pictures! Very clean and cozy, we felt right at home the moment we stepped in. Theyre complete with kitchen, bathroom, and hygiene essentials - they even had a steamer for your clothes! There's also a projector in the bedroom which we loved. The place has all you need in a cozy, pristine, and beautiful unit :) The host was also very kind and helpful! She helped us a lot during our check in when we got a little lost finding the place (we're not the smartest navigators lol). We hope to visit again ❤️

First of all, I want to give a shout-out to the host for being so accommodating with the check-in and check-out times. She was truly understanding and a pleasure to converse with. Secondly, I absolutely loved her place! The kitchen is well-equipped, although it’s missing a microwave. However, you can easily reheat food on the stove. There’s complimentary water, coffee, and toiletries, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning in the room was quite powerful, keeping it very cool even when set at 24 degrees Celsius. I also appreciated the mini balcony; it was quite breezy during my stay, making it a lovely spot to relax. Overall, this is a fantastic place that I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Rhealyn was very responsive from check-in to check-out. Answered promptly to my inquiries and very quick to assist. Her place was as described-clean, complete amenities and supplies, very aesthetic - all my expectations were met. I needed a place to study and rest in between classes/work. i loved staying at her place. Will surely book again.

Everything is great, from the location to the unit itself. Very responsive host and replies quick. Only downside for me is gym is only accessible by residents, but other than that, everything is fantastic.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is minimalist and super cozy, with easy access and great room design. The TV setup was awesome, we enjoyed watching "Incognito" for the first time. I absolutely loved the bar counter and living room setup. The smart lock made entry a breeze! The amenities were a huge plus, really enjoyed the man-made and wave pool! And the host was amazing, she even gave us a birthday discount since were celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday. 🥰 Definitely a great place to stay, and would love to come back! 💕

It was all good. The downside was just the split a/c is no longer available but still part of the pics as advertised.

The room was clean, and look like on pictures. The washing machine was working well, the bathtub was great. I enjoyed the balcony view. The hotel itself is luxurious, however one lift was in maintenance. Will stay again. The host was responsive and accommodating.

If you ever wanted to design your own "man cave penthouse", this place is exactly that! Exactly as pictured and well-designed in every way. A big step in quality above most rentals in the Philippines. Speaking of which, noise is always a wild card with rentals in the Philippines, but this unit is great because it's near the top of the building and faces the interior courtyard, not the street, so it's quiet. Jacq is a very organized, friendly guy who takes the utmost pride in presenting his place in pristine condition. It is personally cleaned by him and his family to a standard that rivals 5-star hotels in the West. I can't say enough positive things about this property. Go experience it yourself!

We appreciate your hospitality; your place is lovely and comfortable. The only issue was the oversight in emailing the front desk about our reservation, causing some initial stress for us. However, everything was resolved smoothly afterward. Only one item is missing, a knife. Its hard to bite apple especially seniors 😊. The jacuzzi made for a truly relaxing stay. Thank you.

Seamless check-in process! I booked this place for a nearby fun run event, and we loved how conveniently walkable it is to the seaside, restaurants, and a convenience store. The space is clean, stylish, and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
