Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

Very nice house with 4 rooms and many beds. It had additional backyard and a special place to sit down, have dinner or just talk sitting on a table. Everything was clean and in good condition. There was even a cute puppy!

We had an incredible stay at this chalet in Pirin Golf for our winter ski holiday in Bansko. The house was amazing—spacious, cozy, and perfectly situated within the outstanding Pirin Golf area. The location was ideal: close enough to the ski resort for easy access but still in a peaceful and quiet setting. The views were breathtaking, with the majestic Pirin Mountains and golf course to one side and the Rila Mountains to the south. Our host was fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and always willing to help with any requests. Everything was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time here and are already planning to return in the summer to experience it in a different season. Highly recommended!

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Pamporovo – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Joseph’s Luxury Villa in the Pines was simply amazing! From the start, Joseph was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The villa is a hidden gem, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to the ski lifts. We were looking for a cozy retreat in the snow, and this place was perfect! The fully functional fireplace made our evenings extra special. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Joseph provided great recommendations, from local markets to ski spots, and even helped us find accommodation for our friends. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return—perhaps in summer to enjoy the different charm of this place. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy escape in Pamporovo!

Прекараното време в къщата беше страхотно. Освен, че беше много уютно заради самия вид на къщата, имаше и камина, която допринасяше на цялостното преживяване. Имаше оставени игри и музика за гостите, както и бадминтон, който да се играе в дворчето. Верандата е идеална за барбекю и за наслаждаване на гледката. Много чисто и подредено място.

We came back again shortly after, place was perfectly cleaned and as if we never left.

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

Play Airbnb we originally booked cancelled on us last minute. Adelina responded quickly, confirmed quickly and met us at the door last minute. Although this is not a luxury apartment, it does not promise to be. However, It is incredibly convenient , right next to the gondola has a great shower, comfy bed and a fantastic host!

The apartment was nice and clean. It has everything you need, with fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, literally 3 min by foot to the Gondola lift. Reni was very responsive and ready to help. We would definitely come back!

Ivan apartment is very spacious , and has everything you need for a comfortable stay , it’s 20 min of walking to the city centrum and in a quiet area with parking, great value for monay

Great place to stay, perfect location. Pool, hot tub and sauna was great after a day of skiing. Close to gondola and restaurants in town.

Really great place and friendly host. The place comfortably houses 4 adults and ideal location for walking to the ski gondola. At first, slightly difficult to find the location, but they provided a video that helped. Check in was effortless. The actual place had comfortable beds, heating, everything was great. Only improvement would be to the shower that empties onto the floor after someone showers, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Svetla and Anne are the best. I don't think we've had better hosts. Friendly, helpful, and unbelievably generous. I hope to come back to Bansko soon and this is where I would stay. The apartment is in a great location, right across from the gondola, and has everything you need for a long or short stay. My wife and I were there in the summer for two months and it felt like home. My highest recommendation. One of the best places we've stayed.

I enjoyed my stay here at this location. It is very close to nearby hiking trails that connect up to the the high mountain. It is a little far from the center for the Sunday farmers market but is very quiet at night. There was some unexpected construction on the property during the last week of my stay to install reliable internet into every house. The property lists that it includes a/c but there are no a/c units or fans in the house. Also note that there are no screens on the windows to prevent bugs from entering the house when open. Luckily Bansko doesn't have too many bugs and it is fairly cool at night even during June and early July. Other than these minor things I enjoyed my stay here and would certainly book the home again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely amazing – cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly located. What truly made our experience stand out, however, was our host, Plamen. A great host is often tested in uncommon situations, and Plamen was exactly that. When we faced a minor issue, he handled it with such calmness and good energy, making sure everything was resolved smoothly. His thoughtful attention to detail and hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this place and Plamen as a host – we had an unforgettable time!
