Peter's place was really nice. We met with him at the Metro right on schedule and the whole check in worked flawlessly. The place itself is not a whole appartement but a whole small house, displaced on 2-3 floors (if you take into account the bathroom). It feels really nice and homey and has 2 balconies which make great chill out spots. Location wise it is at the edge of the city - which was clear from the start, but it only takes 10 min to get to a Lidl and other shops and the area is quiet. Value wise it is great and would definitely book again.

The space is better than the pictures here! My room is so comfortable and much larger than expected. There is a balcony with a very nice view. The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped, well-maintained, and great for cooking. The host is very kind and nice - picked me up at the bus station and dropped me off when I left. I wish I had booked longer!

Sehr gut insgesammt. Am Anfang gab es ein kleines Problem was die Einrichtung betraf, dies wurde innerhalb vom gleichen Tag sofort gelöst und ich konnte dann am Montag ganz normal remote arbeiten. Da man Unterkünfte auch an dem Umgang mit auftauchenden Problemen bewerten muss und dies herforagend schnell und ohne Probleme verlief, kann ich hier eine klare Empfehlung für die Unterkunft aussprechen! Svetoslav went above and beyond with recommendations for local venues and places of interest, supplying links to some and personally taking me to others - he devoted time to ensure I had a memorable stay - an exceptional host and always accessible should you need anything during your stay. The accommodation is brilliant and within easy access to many sites and venues. The fitout is exceptional with a plethora of options to choose from when it comes cooking options, complimentary snacks, drinks and condiments. Quiet and cosy, I can highly recommend this accommodation and Svetoslav (Slavi), as your host, for a delightful stay in Sofia.

Хорошее жилье. Останавливались на одну ночь по дороге в Грецию. Расположение - удобно по дороге. Хозяйка всегда была на связи и за это большое спасибо, потому что сначала не туда приехали, но это скорее наша ошибка с уставшей головой после дороги. В доме есть все необходимое, парковка для машины на территории, закрывается воротами. Несколько маленьких замечаний - не очень чистый и маленький умывальник в ванной комнате, пол тоже хотелось бы почище, на связке ключей очень много лишних, пока в темноте нашли нужный ключ. Но как для ночевки на одну ночь по дороге, то все ок. Спасибо
