stayed for a month for school and it felt like home, no complaints, quick note, it you are taller than 5'7" you will have a hard time standing in the shower...lol

This is the second time we have stayed here as a family of four. This two bedroom suite is spotless, spacious, and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Ella was very quick to respond with anything that we needed. There are a lot of great restaurants, cafes and shopping within walking distance making this Air bnb a convenient place to stay. We give this place 5 stars and would definitely stay again at our next trip to Smithers.

Cozy and clean airbnb. Had everything I needed for my month-long stay. I only wish there was a dresser in the bedroom but that wouldn't be much of a problem for a shorter stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely consider this airbnb for my next stay in Smithers.

I stayed four weeks in Breanns appartement in Smithers, it is extremely centrally located, very spacious and included everything I needed. A couple of hours with a little loud music from downstairs each week, but nothing more than I expected. All in all, a very positive experience.

My family of 4 stayed for 5 nights while my sons were playing their hockey provincials. The place blew away our expectations. Impecibly clean, beautifully decorated, tons of space and a perfect location, walking distance to everywhere. My wife and I are also air bnb superhosts so we can be critical at times. Not a single complaint with this unit. Excellent host, property and location.

Great place for a family. Lots of space and very clean. Host is organized and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our time there and will be staying here again if back in the area.

Our stay was very quiet in the peaceful setting. Very clean unit, and had all the amenities required. lots of natural daylight.

one of the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. it was homey, had lots of amenities for the kitchen. lots of room and Jen even went out of her way to make up an extra bed so none of us had to share. anytime I contacted her, Jen was very responsive. she answered any questions quickly and kindly. There were four of us staying there and we had a great time! Thank you Jen for letting us stay in your beautiful Airbnb and for being such a wonderful host!

Thank you Conrad and Leslie for sharing your beautiful place! We had a wonderful stay and everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and the living area open, spacious and bright. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware, appliances and utensils we needed. The extra kitchen supplies, flowers and other treats were nice touches! Conrad and Leslie were responsive to our questions and accommodated our extra requests (thank you for the boot and gear dryer & extra bedding!). The town of Smithers is lovely and people were warm and friendly. Great restaurants, shops, coffee and pubs/bistros!

Great location on the river. Home is very cozy and well stocked. We are a family of seven away on a ski holiday location was perfect. Rooms are big and a nice quiet sitting area upstairs. We would definitely recommend Phil’s place. We will be back!

Cute cozy little home. Somehow I thought there was two beds but it was 1 bedroom with a pull out couch, it was fine. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well, would be a simple fix. We were pleased with the location and the cozy little home. Thank you.
