Thank you Warren and Carly for a wonderful stay at the farm! As soon as arrived we felt right at home. Warren and Carly were both welcoming and took the time to greet us. The children loved feeding the animals and the area was so peaceful. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. We loved it!

My time at Gilgering Lavendale Farm was a delightful retreat into tranquility. The farm's peaceful and pristine setting provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Interacting with the charming farm animals added a touch of joy and connection with nature, making the experience truly memorable. The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing stay amidst the serene countryside.

Die Unterkunft war ein kleines Juwel für uns. Alles war bezaubernd schön. Ein sehr entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt in einem modernen, großen und schön eingerichtem Haus auf einer kleinen Farm, mit Kängurus, Papageien, Galahs, Alpakas, etc. Sehr gerne wären wir etwas länger geblieben, aber in unserem Urlaub war jeder Tag geplant. Carly und Warren sind sehr offene und überaus freundliche, hervorragende Gastgeber, die unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert haben. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens.

Great place, well kept, keep up the good work

I had an amazing stay in Gabrielle's Kulin's place. I got stuck in Kattanning for work and she was quick enough to organise the stay for me late at night. The sleep was amazing and everything was clean and tidy.

We loved our stay in Settlers Cottage! The cottage has been so tastefully decorated and is very comfy. It was hot whilst we were in York but we found that with the air con on in the lounge room and the fans going in the bedrooms, it was a lovely temperature inside. The huge kitchen/dining area was so well equipped and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the cottage is great - very quiet and only a short drive to town. The property is a lot of fun: we booked Settlers specifically so we could be right next to the playground and alpacas and this was the right decision. We could sit on our patio and have a glass of wine whilst the kids played on the swings and chatted to the alpacas and chickens. The tennis court was a huge hit for all of us - sunset tennis matches for the win! We highly recommend York Cottages and Gayle and Brenton as hosts. Their communication was fantastic and the property was exactly as described. We hope to visit again!

Very calm and quiet place to relax our minds bit away from metro area. Highly recommend ❤️
