Lilyana’s place was absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful, clean and just overall a lovely experience. We were in Bullhead City to visit family but our situation took a turn for the worse. Staying at such a beautiful place still made the trip worth it even under bad circumstances. Any other Airbnb we stay at will be tough to compete with Lilyana’s place. They set the bar pretty high! 100% recommend!

Excellent place to stay. Well appointed and on a quiet street. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good repair. My kids basically lived in it during our stay. The hosts are very accommodating and quick to communicate with local tips. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

This place was absolutely amazing! The best part was how nice the host was and quick to respond to any questions we had. This house has something for everyone. My kids loved all the games in the garage and the pool was the best part! If I could give it ten stars I would because our whole experience was so great!

This is our second time staying here for my son’s soccer tournament and we loved it just like the first time. Host is very friendly and responsive and goes out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions I had. The welcome basket with snacks was sweet. Backyard/pool was the perfect escape between games and after. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Cleanest Air B&B we have ever stayed in. fully equipped with lots of extras. Mary communicated very well. Very secluded and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect near the parkway, Easy access to everything. Also the best equipped home we have stayed at.

It’s. A beautiful home clean for the majority of the house but had some stains in the master bedroom carpet. Christy offered to come and clean it but we weren’t able to work out a time but was very willing to take care of it right away

Super spacious comfortable home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This is the perfect family or friend get away. Pool table in the living room makes it even more special. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to cook a meal and a huge dining room table right in the center to enjoy it! The setting was private and safe. We would recommend this lovely home

I could not be more pleased with our stay. The house was so comfortable, clean and open! The pool and spa were pristine! The yard is private and perfect for my son’s dog and for lots of family outside time. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning and we made sure to book another of Ryan’s properties for our November stay since this one is not available. Ryan was so helpful with directions and questions and was always so patient and kind when we communicated. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice for morning walks. We so appreciate being able to have my son’s dog vacation with us and appreciate this being a “dog friendly” home! Thank you so much, Ryan!

We have stayed in this gated community before so we are very familiar with the area and this is partially why we chose this particular home. This home however stood out in its cleanliness and comfort level. The furnishings were top notch and our family felt like we were at home. Appreciated having the coffee pods available and being responsive when we had questions. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.
