We highly recommend this Airbnb. We had a great time with our family. It's a place to relax and enjoy the mountains, close to Asheville and other places of interest in the mountains of North and South Carolina, for us it has an ideal location. We will definitely come back another time of year.

Erin's place is exactly as described - very warm, inviting, beautiful outdoors. Our stay was short, but it was a perfect spot for what we had planned for the long weekend. Erin checked in with us after arriving just to make sure there were no issues - she was kind enough to let us get into the house earlier than normal. There were fresh eggs and butter that was enjoyed for breakfast. She normally makes homemade bread as well but happened to be out of town during our stay - she apologized! Next time we are in Ashville, we will most definitely stay again - and hope to enjoy that bread! Thank you Erin

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The place is incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. the atmosphere is cozy, warm, and inviting. The host was extremely kind and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. We booked with Ian last second due to our previous airbnb not being ready and the hot tub was broken… Ian was quick in action to have cleaners get to the house before we finished biltmore, the house was beautiful and very clean, we enjoyed the privacy his house had to offer! This property we stayed at was by far the best house and the cleanest of all properties I have ever stayed at! The property is VERY close to downtown Asheville!! 10/10 recommend booking with this host!!

We loved our stay! The house was great for families, including a spacious backyard for the kids to run around. It was close to restaurants and a sledding hill. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, great views, responsive hosts…this was a fantastic home base for our family trip to Asheville. As others have mentioned, the home is close enough to be convenient to town, yet far enough to provide some mountain scenery. We would absolutely stay again.

This house was absolutely perfect. Location was my favorite part of Asheville, incredibly spacious both inside and out, amazing porch both enclosed and wrap around and was better than expected in so many ways. I will definitely be back anytime I’m in Asheville!

Cecil is a great host, and his apartment is a peaceful getaway with a view looking towards downtown and the mountains. Everything is close by and there is a farmers market right below on Saturday’s. He was very responsive and accommodating, with a wealth of local knowledge.

This is the most thoughtfully curated Air BNB that we have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. It is a serene gem tucked away in the forest, on land that is being well stewarded with gardens, trails, and wildlife aplenty. The kitchen was stocked with everything that one could need to cook at home. The bed and linens were comfy. The shower was spacious. The extensive book selection was a treat. Our dog LOVED the fenced in garden area and long walks exploring the creek and trails. The hospitality and care shown to us by the hosts was heartwarming and greatly appreciated. Our stay unexpectedly turned out to be the best place to ride out Hurricane Helene and the immediate aftermath! Thanks, y'all!

Where do I begin, the best reviews about Mike's place hardly do it justice. The views of the mountain from the deck are breathtaking and even partially visible from the comfort of the bedroom and kitchen windows. The hammock on the deck with the mountain scape backdrop is perfect for reading or dozing off to the sounds of nature. The place was easy to get to, easy to access, immaculately clean, and stacked with more than enough toiletries and essentials. Mikes recommendation of nearby eateries and things to do was right on point and enjoyable for the Asheville local and visitor alike. Mike was incredibly responsive and so graciously accommodated my departure time. It was an amazing stay, pleasant, peaceful and fun. Thanks so much Mike and I can't wait to stay at your place again.

Great place, perfect location! Highly recommend! Austin and Rebecca were immediately available when we first arrived and had technical trouble with the app. But all was resolved quickly and we were on our way. We look forward to our next visit!

Location is perfect Great weekend stay in the heart of Asheville.. Condo was super clean. And well maintained. Would 100% stay again while in Asheville.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

Highly recommend this Airbnb and would come back again in a heartbeat! I will say, getting up and down the hill that the Airbnb is at the top of was a little scary because neighboring cars would come flying up or down around the corner but overall didn’t have any issues finding the Airbnb and getting inside! It’s in a wonderful location, so close to everything in Asheville, and the hosts are amazing! They gave us wonderful recommendations and were responsive and very kind! Airbnb was clean and spacious! Perfect getaway spot!

I had a fabulous weekend here! The place was spotless and homey and looks just like the pictures. Some of my favorite parts: Watching the sun set in the recliner Watching the sun rise in the hot tub Super comfy (firm) bed with plenty of pillows Tons of towels Great instructions from hosts about navigating to the location, check in, check out, and where to get groceries Hosts replied to messages within the minute! Felt very safe Lots of places to sit, eat, play games, work, etc both indoors and out My only notes for future guests are that this stay is on a mountain... That means the drive up is steep (my Hyundai Elantra did just fine) and there are lots of stairs. Neither of these impeded my enjoyment whatsoever. Totally worth it for the views, but might be a consideration for some folks. I'm already looking to book again!
