The place was secluded and quiet with a beautiful view. Great place to get away, but still close to black mountain and some great restaurants. The host was super responsive for any questions. All around great stay!

First off let me say that Sam’s place is not a 5 star accommodation. 5 stars does not do his suite or him justice. He was the most amazing host I have ever experienced through AirBnb. His suite was top notch. Extremely clean and very well decorated. If you know anything about Asheville you know it’s a city of art and character and this suite expresses Asheville completely. As for Sam himself you could not ask for or dream of a better host. He made my stay absolutely amazing!!!! I wish every host could/would be as accommodating and caring as he is. I promise you that you will not be disappointed by booking his place. It’s so much more than described and he is such an amazing host!!! I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Asheville area.

I lived in the cottage for two months and it’s a very special place. Magical touches abound, extremely thoughtfully stocked, and above and beyond hospitality. The bed is comfy, the hot tub under the stars is dreamy, and the location is peaceful and close to nature & the sweetest coffee shop on the east side. Kambra’s hosting is really what makes this place stand out—she is extremely responsive, kind, and laid back. I felt right at home and can’t recommend highly enough!

The place was exactly as advertised. So clean, peaceful, felt right at home . Very conveniently located to lots of restaurants and things to do ..easy to find , great directions as well as very good guides left in the Sun porch … Laura and Don were very responsive and made us feel welcome !! Would love to come stay again !! Highly recommend 🩷🩷

We unfortunately came through Asheville when Helene blew through (poor timing on our part) but Ashley and her husband were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful. When we lost power and water they were checking in frequently and invited us in for dinner. I could not ask for more kind and thoughtful hosts! Not to mention, the space was lovely - a perfect spot for a couples getaway and within walking distance to many restaurants, very close to downtown. We will definitely be planning a trip back so we can actually enjoy Asheville as it’s meant to be enjoyed!

Marin is an exception host! Every detail was thought out to make for an amazing stay. Friendly, communicative, and prompt!

Robert was a great host! Everything was as described and we felt right at home! I would highly recommend!

Jovita's space was more beautiful than the pictures. We are always fearful that lower level spaces will be dark, but this was so bright and light-filled thanks to the ample windows with great views. The garden below was a lovely surprise too. The kitchen was small but perfect with an induction hotplate, toaster oven, and microwave oven. An outdoor cookstove was available as well. The furniture was comfortable and lovely. Bed firm and plenty of blankets. Nicely decorated and perfectly appointed. This location is super close to downtown, yet away from all the noise and people. A true respite in the mountains. We stayed here as our home a few blocks away was hit by two trees during Helene and is still being repaired. We would certainly stay here again. It felt like our home away from home.

We had such a lovely time! This was the perfect place to stay to explore Asheville. Clinton went above and beyond as a host. I hope we can come back someday :)

Emma was great! Our checkout day/time was right when Hurricane Helena hit and she was so helpful. She kept us updated when work was happening in the main house and very quick to respond to questions! Super close to downtown (max time was about 10 minutes) and the Biltmore.

This place was great! It was super clean, had a kitchen stocked with all the silverware, dishes, and appliances you might need, and the bathroom had a spacious shower with heated floors and a heated towel rack. It was peaceful and private while also being close by restaurants and stores. Jeff messaged us before arriving to ask if he could leave us beer, wine, and/or sparkling water in the fridge for us. He also left us a Lindt chocolate bar as a welcome gift. He responded quickly to messages and was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

This is a cute and cozy rental that is perfectly positioned to enjoy all Asheville has to offer. The location was central to so many of the places we wanted to visit. It's a quick walk to New Belgium Brewing and the legendary Burger Bar. You can easily cross the bridge on foot to the river arts district and downtown. In the other direction, it's a short, pleasant walk to Haywood, where nearly all of the restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and thrift shops are located. We only Ubered once because of rain. The unit had everything we needed and was located in a very quiet, serene neighborhood despite its proximity to the action. The screened porch has a lovely view and was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. We would definitely book again.

Amazing location in Asheville! Just a short drive/uber ride away from downtown. Great local spots to walk to as well. We could not get over the beautiful views from the Airbnb. We hope to be back soon!

Our stay at Patti's was all we could ask for. Beautiful guest suite, gorgeous neighborhood, cozy backyard, very close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go in Asheville (10 min to west AVL, the river art district) and <10 min to downtown). I would definitely return!

Stephen’s place was perfect for a short stay and the hot tub and projector (in place of a tv) was definitely a nice touch! The spot is in a great location, super quick walk to the south slope area which has a ton of different options for food, breweries, and a couple really cool dive bars. It’s also a short drive to west Asheville and other surrounding area; truly a central location. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the shower, otherwise 10/10 place!

The space was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A very nice selection of coffee & coffee making supplies was available. Very nice backyard- was a very relaxing place to sit with a cup of coffee & watch birds in the morning or unwind after a long day of seeing the sites with a glass of cider.

We had a wonderful time in Asheville and Ruth’s place was perfect! Super awesome full kitchen (even though we didn’t use it), very comfy bed, and really nice shower. Off street parking was great, and Ruth was very responsive with any questions I had. Would 100% book again :)

John and Claire's space was lovely. The space was well planned out for guest to stay a weekend or a week or two. The rooms were clean and well decorated with comfort in mind. My husband and I love the West Asheville area as it's close to family, so the location was perfect. We plan to stay at John's place again when we visit Asheville next.

Mrs. Jesse is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home. Her hospitality is unmatched, and she creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Her home is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, serene, and a perfect retreat. I absolutely loved my stay here and can’t thank her enough for opening her doors to us. Highly recommend staying at her place if you're looking for a wonderful experience. Charlotte was a wonderful host! The Airbnb was cozy and easily accessible from downtown Weaverville. Charlotte was always available when there were any questions and was accommodating when we have a couple things pop up. She was kind, helpful, and all around would highly recommend staying here!

Nansi's place was a very comfortable spot to return to each day during our weekend getaway. The back deck was a lovely peaceful spot for my morning coffee and reading time. There was even room inside and out for practicing yoga. I would definitely stay there again!

We had the most enjoyable time at Cane Creek Valley Swim-Soak-Stay! Jan and Larry are the sweetest, most amazing hosts you will ever meet! The house is beautiful, cozy, and clean! Jan made us the most delicious scones our first morning there. We enjoyed relaxing in the clean hot tub with a lovely Mountain View! The house is in a lovely and safe location conveniently located for all your activities in Asheville and surrounding areas. So many great restaurants, breweries, and cideries nearby. Sweet Jan and Larry fixed us a lovely fire and prepared smores one night. Jan was 10/10 with communication and provided us with a great list of activities and restaurants for our family. We can’t say enough great things about this place. We can’t wait to return!

We were very happy with our stay at Roger and Mary’s. They are super friendly and the place was perfect for our stay. Very close to downtown Asheville!

I already know airbnb wont give me enough space to write everything. Some people mentioned spotty wifi but he has a brand new wifi 6 router which had excellent speed and was connective through entire house. BnB is connected to Ted's main house however it is super private, super comfortable and just an awesome place to relax. There is a separate entrance away from the main house and unlike many Airbnb's who make you walk around back or to the side of the house to access the hot tub, Ted's space has the hot tub located right next to the entrance in a private corner with an incredible view of the land. Even when it was 12 degrees out we could walk right out and get in. As a former chef I can say the kitchen is a chefs dream. Tons of equipment, pots, pans, even electric salt and pepper grinders. TV is a 3dtv, is huge, great sound with included soundbar, a Playstation 3 and DVD/Blur ray player. Bathroom is spacious and hot water was plentiful. 12/10 stars, highly recommend!
