This beautiful and spacious house is equipped with everything you would need. It sleeps the whole family and the beds are comfortable with lovely linen. The property was well maintained and presented and well looked after. Malcolm and Rikki gave us all the information we needed for an easy check in and were easy to communicate with if we needed anything. We look forward to our next stay at Avoca House and are proud to call it home while we are there.

We stayed here with two, 4-person families and it was the perfect size for us. There is heaps of yard space for the kids to play soccer and pickleball. The beaches are walkable and a lovely bike ride to the icecream shop. We would love to stay here when we come to Bargara again.

The George's Cottage was an absolute delight. Inviting, comfortable and in a lovely part of Bundy. Very comfy bed and all necessary amenities provided. The owners were very communicative and lovely people to deal with. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and also loved hanging out with the neighbours beautiful dog in the morning which was a big bonus 🤗🐾 will definitely stay there again on future business trips. Cheers guys

WOW! As described by Carol this stunning property hits all the marks of a beautiful old Queensland home! There were so many charming attributes about this home there are too many to list. Not only was this home beautiful but Carol was extremely kind, welcoming and had fantastic communication. Carol was very quick with responses and checked in regularly if we came across any issues. I can not recommend this beautiful home enough for anyone visiting the Bundaberg region. The photos of this home don't do it any justice, it is definitely a must see/must stay.

We stopped off at this accommodative whilst on a road trip up the east coast, we chose this location due to its proximity to places of interest in Bundaberg. On our arrival my wife and I had a very warm welcome from Vicky, she was able to advise us of all the local amenities in the area, tavern general store etc. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone we speak to.

A relaxing piece of paradise. Close enough to walk to cafes & restaurants. A warm & welcoming apartment with well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Even with the pool close by, the apartment was always quiet. I look forward to staying again at this beautiful location.

We loved staying at Carla’s place. The location was perfect, there was quality linen and facilities, the rooms were very spacious and very comfortable, good quality furnishings, we would love to come and stay again and will certainly recommend Carla’s place to our friends.

The apartment was great. Superb location on the beach, close to cafes and shops. Not a lot of attention to detail - just one towel per guest, no face washers... The host didn't respond to questions asked via Airbnb - had to phone them (internationally) to get a response. The apartment doesn't have wifi; I found this detail in the listing after making the booking so I can't complain but in the 21st century, internet access is a pretty basic requirement, particularly as Airbnb is a web-based operation. Interestingly, the host sent emailed messages after our arrival despite the property not having wifi. I guess they assumed we would have bought a data package.... Overall, it was a great spot but needs wifi.

Their accommodation was in an ideal location, clean and spacious. The location provides a beautiful walk to Nelson beach and to restaurants in main Bargara. Sherry & Graeme are terrific hosts. Easy & prompt communication. Thanks for a lovely stay in Bargara.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! The unit was perfect and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything necessary for cooking, and we especially appreciated having a washing machine along with an outdoor area to hang clothes. The location was peaceful, and the patio provided a lovely spot to relax outside. You've done an excellent job making the place comfortable and enjoyable for guests.
