Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

Tide House was lovely - very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Lovely private and peaceful patio garden. The location was superb - very central and yet still really peaceful. Everything we could have wished for. Would definitely look to use Tide House again if we were back in Woodbridge. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, responding to our needs instantly. We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

Great house in a great location. Short walk to bakeries, restaurants and shops and a lovely stroll to the beach and pier. The house was spacious, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed as a family of 5 with a dog. We hope to come back soon!

We had a lovely stay in this quirky, characterful house. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was easy on-street parking. The really good thing was that the owner went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had. Many thanks for that David. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Cute cottage in an ideal quiet location - not just near to the shops and cafes in Holt but also everywhere else like Sheringham, Weybourne etc. Host was really helpful with a long paragraph of local recommendations for bars, beaches etc. House seemed clean :) cosy. And Netflix on the TV 🫶 Only thing is, if you’re a bit spooked out by portraits maybe pass this one because they’re in the hallway before the bedrooms - we’re both scaredy cats and had to keep the light on 😂😭

I chose the house for practical reasons as I needed be near to an elderly parent over Christmas. It was actually bigger than I expected and it was lovely to find a house so clean and tidy; and thoughtfully organised, ordered and equipped. Trevor's responses and suggestions were excellent – and the fact he'd got milk in was a godsend as my father found he'd run out after the shop closed. Altogether, it was like a real home from home. The house is an easy walk from the main centre of Orford and although as a city-dweller, I found the lack of street-lighting disconcerting when walking back at night, the traffic was light and never fast. The children's festive service in St Bartholomew's on Dec 25th was beyond delightful, and there was a warm welcome (and free drinks!) in the pub next door to the churchyard afterwards. I already know the village and enjoyed rediscovering some excellent walks and spending time looking at the boats on the quay. Altogether a relaxing, stress-free experience.

Wow great host and accommodation, the host had thought of every little detail to make you feel right at home. Comfortable and clean. A fantastic welcome basket was much appreciated too. The lodge at the Marina was a great location, easy to walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. Great place to explore the area too. We loved our stay. A big thank you to Nicola.

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

A beautiful place to stay in with everything you could need for a long or short break. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped ( we never ran out of glasses or mugs) and the garden was very secure. There was a great village shop next door and the access ( steep steps) to the beach were only a couple of minutes away and you could get on to a massive and very quiet beach. I would love to stay here again!

The house was beautifully presented. We felt very welcome and this made our family Christmas very special. Use of the spa & having log fires was great and there was enough space for us to either be together or have some time to relax & reflect on our own. Lovely walks at the local beach with the dog. Very comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean house. The whole family loved their stay & I would highly recommend Rebecca as a host and her beautiful home.

Location was perfect, very relaxing. Nice and warm with a comfy bed. The dog loved watching people and their dogs from the veranda. Can’t wait to come back again!

Super holiday bungalow in a fantastic location, a short 20 min stroll from the wonderful Southwold seafront. Everything you could need was in the property, which was lovely and warm and in a very peaceful cul de sac, and Corin was incredibly helpful. We hope to return at some point for a longer stay to make the most of all the property and the location has to offer.

Had such a lovely stay! Really clean and well decorated property, we travelled down from north to see family, so it was just a bit of a pit stop and we can’t say much about the area as we stayed in. Really useful book of places to go / takeaways/ shops. Good selection of amenities and thankyou for the milk and Prosecco left for us! Lovely hosts, very quick and friendly when helping with anything. Would definitely recommend, thankyou! :)

We had a lovely stay. Really quiet environment and enclosed courtyard for our dogs. This was a good place for us to explore the Broads and some of the beaches nearby. Had dog bows, towels and treats for the dogs which was a lovely touch. Place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

My second visit here, we had a different caravan than the last time but it was clean and still very private. I couldn’t recommend Carlea and the properties she offers enough!

Had a lovely 4 nights at Gracie’s, what a fantastic place, everything you could possibly need, the welcome pack was a nice touch and Lisa did not forget our dog Lilly which was appreciated. A short 3 min walk to the dog friendly beach which is great and a short stroll along takes you to the Poachers Pocket pub. We will definitely be back to stay again, thank you.

Had a lovely stay over the weekend. Chalet was stocked with everything we needed and extra treats made it amazing. Beach wasn’t a far walk at all! Horsey gap is definitely worth a visit as well to see the seals. Over all a lovely weekend away

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

This was the perfect home from home for 3 generations holidaying together - no stairs for grandparents to fall down and plenty of space inside and out for young people to escape. The house is in a lovely quiet location (excellent for star-gazing!) and has a huge garden plus plenty of parking and a real sense of privacy. It came well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including good sharp knives, kitchen scissors, plenty of pans and baking/roasting trays, tin foil, various spices, etc. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies. Maria thoughtfully provided many different kinds of tea, pods for the coffee machine and even some snacks to get us started! The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. Maria is an excellent host who was always quick to respond and help with everything we needed. And the dog, Tiki, is an absolute delight!
