Big house, it’s bigger than the pictures and was perfect for our large working group. Plenty of separate space for everyone to have their own space.

Our staff had a comfortable stay, and have requested to stay again next time we are in Ballarat!

We had a great stay at Jasmin’s place. The eggs, bread,butter and milk were much appreciated. The house was very clean and comfortable with top quality linen and plentiful crockery,cups and glasses with comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the back deck at sunset watching the moon wax and wane in the clear night sky. Overall a peaceful,comfortable experience. We hope to visit again later in the year. We had a very enjoyable stay in this charming and interesting property. It is close to the main part of town and Jannine's recommendations for places to visit and eat were very helpful. There was plenty of room for us all!

We had such a wonderful experience at Jeremy and Kylie's place. Had all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. The property was even more stunning in person. Beautifully decorated and clean throughout the house. Such a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The highlight for us was the pool, had perfect temps throughout our stay. It was very relaxing to unwind after exploring the town. Good WiFi speeds and the study room is ideal for a WFH session if needed. The Sonos gear and Spotify-connect speakers on Alfresco, Dining and Pool areas were a nice touch. Close proximity to cafes, restaurants and most attractions in Ballarat. We'd love to return again for a longer stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay near Ballarat.

Fantastic space for a group. Clean, well laid out, everything we needed.

The property was cosy, clean and well thought out. There were 5 of us (women) and we had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We were within walking distance of stunning Lake Wendouree and about a 20 minute walk to where all the fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes are located. Lovely bed linen, nice big bathroom, 2 toilets. Bright and airy, comfortable couches and plenty of pillows. Clare was in contact with us to ensure a smooth entry to the property and there were clear instructions on how to operate the TV, air con and heater and also what needed to be done when leaving. A beautiful property that I highly recommend. We had a great relaxing time in a spacious, immaculate home.

Small but perfectly formed, had everything you need for a short stay. We did find the bed hard and the pillows soft but that is a personal issue. Great location.
