This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

We had an excellent stay in this home and would definitely book again. The house was clean and had welcoming decor. The location to the beach and Flagger Avenue was great, we hardly used our car. Diego was excellent with communicating with us when we had small issue.

Very nice spot, house was clean and worked very well for us. Close to the things that we were doing that week . Would definitely come back.

This is a great little place that's conveniently located for walking to shops and restaurants, and a short drive over the bridge to the beach areas. They layout and multiple bathrooms are great if you have more than one couple staying. Off-street parking is nice, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot.

House was great and very recently renovated. Very nice location, just on the edge of the historic district. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Easy 10 minute walk to main historic district or a 3 minute bike ride. Nice front and back porches, in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Driveway has room for multiple cars no problem. Host (Ashish) was super responsive and very quick to answer our questions. Totally would rent this house again.

My wife Joan and I had a longer stay at Jennifer and Oscar's house than many of the previous guests, 1/19/25 - 2/28/25 and felt right at home. We had not stayed on the east coast of Florida for a while and because of recent hurricanes our west coast plans were not going to work this year. That being said once we got to know our way around, we found the area to be nice and convenient. The backyard park was as advertised with a nice walking path and many activities, especially for kids. Beaches, parks (both state and federal) were easy to get to, St. Augustine and Daytona were close at hand and easy to access. Access to roads quick and easy, Interstate 95, Routes 1 and A1A close by. Just about any type of restaurant you can imagine is available, fast food, pizza, sports bar, upscale, etc. All in all, a good experience and one we will remember for quite a while and who knows what next year will bring.

The room was exactly as described and Karen communicated with us very well to make sure check in was extremely easy and made our stay hassle free. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area and it is very convenient to local amenities

My family and I enjoyed our long-weekend stay at Cary's beautiful home. From fresh and clean towels and bed sheets to kitchen items, Cary had everything we needed and quickly answered any questions that came up. We certainly will consider staying here when we visit St. Augustine Beach again?

One of the cutest places I’ve stayed. I love that all the cabinets and switches were labeled so you know exactly where things were. The screen porch was very nice, so we were able to sit down in the evenings without fear of mosquitoes nibbling on us. And there were even night lights in the bathrooms, that’s an extra plus for me. It’s on a beautiful street, very quiet. Grocery stores and restaurants were just a short five minute drive up the road. Ample parking and easy to find. Added bonus was the adorable dog and kitty that came and greeted us. I really wanted to take that little fat cat home.

The House is a great Airbnb. I spent almost two weeks there. Very warm and inviting. Safe neighborhood, walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Corinne was very nice and responsive. Had a couple requests during my stay and they were taken care of very quickly. Was nice chatting with other guests. It is a historic building so there is some older things, but it just adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend.

This is a repeat for stay for my husband and I! We always have a great time, enjoy the space very much, and can’t say enough about the location and host. Thank you so much!

The location was wonderful. Right on the beach, beautiful neighborhood, and could walk to so many places; including the start line of the half marathon I ran (so convenient). I also loved the turtles in the neighborhood and met some friendly residents in our short 2 days there.

This listing was exactly as described. We were looking for somewhere quiet and private to stay for a quick 3 day trip to St. Augustine. The place was beautifully decorated, well kept, and included nice touches (printed recommendations, printed check-out instructions, coffee and water, etc.) that added value to the experience. Both the hosts were incredibly proactive in reaching out and providing precise instructions as to how to park and find the place. I'd love to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this listing to others. Beautiful experience.

We were looking for a relaxing mini vacation and had a great time. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at night. Marjorie was a great host and her communication was top notch! The place was well kept and very clean. We are looking forward to a return visit.

My partner and I stayed in the cabin for 2 months and had no problem during the stay. You can enjoying the coffee and watch the pond. There’s a cute family of ducks that walking around the site. The experience at the cabin was amazing!

we loved staying here, super pet friendly, quaint, the dogs loved the porch. centrally located between all of the local towns! The fire pit was nice to have too. we loved saying hi to Rambo (the mini pony) in the mornings.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Teddy's lovely cabin, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cabin was warm, cozy, and inviting, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The lake was absolutely stunning—peaceful and serene—and we took full advantage of the canoes and kayaks available. It was so fun to explore the lake whenever we felt like going on an adventure! The location was ideal—close to Silver Springs and some amazing trails but still tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee, filters, and water, which made mornings even more enjoyable. Communication with Teddy was flawless. He responded quickly to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I’m already looking forward to returning the next time I’m in the area!

We have a wonderful time at Very Beary Cabin. My three grandsons had a blast and my 4 year old didn't want to leave. My 7 year old told me this was a memory he will keep in his heart forever and the 9 year old said he had a great time.We all really hated leaving this cabin it was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend it. The place was delightfully rustic! Not fancy, but cozy and comfortable. Our stay was during a cold snap, 30’s and 40’s at night, but the AC unit also provided plenty of heat and there were extra blankets. Having use of the canoe was great. We paddled around and enjoyed the wildlife - we saw Sandhill Cranes nesting their eggs and two days later there were baby Sandhill Cranes wobbling around. Also had 3 bald eagle sightings! Yes, the well water is pungent, but it’s just a reminder that you’re deep in the Ocala National Forest.

We participated in an event at Dunns Creek State Park, which was under 1.5 miles from the cabin. Our stay at the cabin was perfect for our large group. The cabin had everything we needed from kitchen essentials, to games for the down time to the fire pit outside.
