This was a very beautiful, clean and super spacious home in such a pretty area. It’s very close to New Smyrna. We stayed here for a wedding in Mims and it wasn’t a bad drive at all. We enjoyed being able to ride the bikes to the nearby park and wish we would’ve had more time to kayak. We especially loved drinking our morning coffee on the beautiful, large front porch and had fun playing pool in the evenings. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the necessities. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

We cannot say enough about our stay. We had an amazing time with eight people in the home. Two parents with five teenagers who had plenty to do. We were able to enjoy the beautiful dock to go fishing, rented a boat for the day, drive easily into Jacksonville for a Jaguar’s football game, drive to Orlando to pick up one of the teenagers from the airport and have an amazing crab pot dinner. To get to nice grocery stores, shopping, and good restaurants, most places were a 15 to 20 minute drive but everything was worth it. The house was wonderfully stocked with extra toiletries, pool toys, fishing poles, pantry items, spices, dishes, and beach towels. The teenagers, especially loved the ping pong table, the local beach, and how fun it was to catch so many fish. The only negative to the trip was the jacuzzi gave us some trouble, we had some critters here and there (but to be expected in that environment), and the spiral staircase can be difficult to get up and down. We can’t wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a very nice house. I just wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the area. The price was less than the Best Western.

The house was so airy and open while still feeling private, with a drop-dead gorgeous view of the Rose Bay. You can enjoy it from the living room, go directly outside, or you can sit in the screened lanai. We were able to watch the sun set over the water and enjoy watching all sorts of birds. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were super responsive and helpful. Thanks for making our stay so easy and relaxing!

Perfect place for our family getaway! Everything was exactly as listed. We kayaked out to the lake and went swimming, drove over to silver springs, grilled out at night. Would for sure rent again. Thank you!

Our stay was much too short. Loved the home and the pool and location. So much to do. The house was spotless, the pool and spa splendidly relaxing and the kayaks and beach gear made our stay so easy! The sunsets over the canal and a soak in the spa were the perfect way to end our day. Ginny was a wonderful communicator and very responsive. We all agreed we would stay again!

Carmen was very helpful and quick to reply back if you have any question. I loved her place and the large backyard was perfect for our two Aussie fur babies. It is perfectly located to everything. Cannot wait to stay there again.

What a great place to stay! Right across from a lake, beautiful views in the morning. We had motorcycles with us and having the car port was incredible. About 45 min ride to Daytona with lots of great little stops along the way! Having a washer and dryer there was so convenient!

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Accommodations were perfect for our family of four getaway. Easy access to beach and house had great amenities - many of which we didn’t even have time to use. Updated and modern decor. Well kept and clean in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Host is very responsive and helpful for local questions and recommendations. Thanks for a great stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at EJs- it’s so comfortable and it’s filled with amenities along with a great hot tub and a beautiful view! So much room in this house! It’s a favorite of ours and we will likely be back next year!

Loves David and Liz's place. It was easy to access the kayak and paddleboards to enjoy right off our private dock. Appreciated the fishing poles that were left ready to go for us to use. The guesthouse had everything we needed, towels, plenty of blankets and a well stocked coffee and tea bar. Really enjoyed our time!

Lisa’s place was so well-equipped and beautiful. Very clean and organized. Really can’t ask for more. She’s also so sweet and responsive. The cabin and its surroundings are beautiful. I had a great time. 10/10 recommend

A true gem! Private, quiet, clean, with a great host. Fresh linens upon request with reasonably priced (and dry) fire wood available. If you plan on cooking much, I definitely recommend bringing your best kitchen knife and any extras (cheese grater, strainer, things of that nature) The space was perfect, the pond was quiet. The ducks were friendly and generous with fresh eggs! The water onsite is rather sulphuric but there is a spring on county road 315 in Interlachen where you can fill up containers with fresh spring water. (Just search Putnam County public spring water on google maps) Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! Very peaceful location with plenty to do if you love nature and the outdoors. The cabin is secluded but has modern amenities that made our stay easier. David was very helpful and provided cleaar instructions before our arrival. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Ocala National Forest!

Rare Florida cabin on a lake. Enjoyed jet skiing and watching the seaplanes take off. Had a nice family Thanksgiving week at the cabin. St Augustine and Ocala are about an hour away.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this cabin. The game room was a hit! We would love to come back when weather is cooler. If you come during summer make sure to make reservations ahead at the springs. You will enjoy a peaceful place with nature around… kids were able to see deers and heron birds… simply lovely.

My mom, sister and I had an idyllic stay at Tommy's cabin on the river adjacent to Blue Springs State Park. The location was private, on a beautiful wooded bank of the St Johns River with daily visits from the resident armadillo to make us smile as he foraged about in the brush. Lots of bird activity can be viewed here, from inside the screen porch, or anywhere in the open kitchen/living/dining area with the many windows facing the river. Thoughtful touches like a hammock to be placed between the two live oaks at the rivers edge, a canoe at the ready and the dock on the river for fishing or just gazing at the river's and listening to birdsong were appreciated by us. Indoors, we found everything we needed to cook our meals, served in the screen porch daily. My sister was charmed by the extensive and diverse record collection and turntable, and was our disc jockey for the trip spinning a wide variety of old favorites and classics. We would love to return to this special place!

Tonya was an excellent host. She had everything arranged for our arrival and met us at the entrance to the resort. Tonya was easily accessible by phone for questions. She was quick to respond when we needed replacement of supplies . She is a very friendly and welcoming host. The cabin was incredibly cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning !
