What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

Una villa molto ampia, spaziosa e organizzata. Ogni stanza aveva il suo bagno il che ha reso la esperienza più speciale, sopratutto per gli gruppi come nel nostro caso (eravamo in 10 persone è un bambino piccolo). Inoltre il host era molto disponibile e ci ha seguito ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliamo vivamente la struttura.

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in 15+ years. The apartment was even more spacious and lovely than we expected, and had a great view of a canal frequented by gondeliers. Even at the end of our weeklong stay when we'd seen much of the city, we still thought it was one of the best locations, a quiet residential area near a square with a grocery store, restaurants, bakery, etc. And it was easy to get around on foot or vaporetto. The apt had a functional, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and everything else we needed. When we arrived, the host met us at the water shuttle stop and walked us to the apartment, and she was available whenever we had questions during our stay. Highly recommended, especially if you are spending more than a few days in Venice.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.

Ein toller Aufenthalt, eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Es waren wunderschöne Ferien.

Une belle pièce a vivre dans un quartier calme. A 10 min du vaporetto. 15 min à pied de saint marc et 10 min du rialto.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Wir haben sehr schöne, interessante Tage in Venedig verbracht. Es war zwar zum Teil etwas kalt. Parterre-Wohnungen in Venedig sind wohl alle leicht feucht, was bei kalter Witterung besonders unangenehm ist. Wir waren dankbar, dass Andrea auf unseren Wunsch, etwas mehr zu heizen eingegangen ist. Die Wohnung ist im übrigen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr gut. Wir können sie sehr empfehlen.

Our family loved staying at Massimo's apartment. It is in a wonderful part of the city. The apartment had plenty of space for myself, my husband, and our two teenagers. Massimo shared a huge amount of helpful information about transportation, weather, shopping, eating, and even weather. Massimo is a very friendly host. We would stay again.

Great sized apartment in a great location. Was great to have 4 bedrooms for 4 guests. Walkable to all the major tourist attractions and very easy to get to train station by water taxi or walking

Persona molto gentile e disponibile, casa molto carina e con tutto l'indispensabile, inoltre zona molto tranquilla e isolata, anche per la nostra canina. Grazie a tutti voi per averla sopportata anche quando ha pianto per la nostra assenza. Posto molto comodo per dove dovevamo andare e vicino ad altri molto interessanti, che magari potremmo visitare in un futuro prossimo. Quindi, tirando le somme, ottimo soggiorno, da ripetere!

매일 아침 마당에서 편안하고 평화롭게 아침을 먹었어요. 방도 매우 크고 주방에 식기는 다 있습니다. 키도 2개를 주셔서 숙소에 남을 사람, 나가서 관광할 사람 모두 신경쓰지 않을 수 있었어요.

Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

This is a really good apartment. We had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The pool is very nice, the beach is close and it’s easy to get to Venice by bus and boat. Alberto is very helpful and answered every question we had very rapidly.

Unser Aufenthalt in Ginas Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr groß und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die drei großzügigen Schlafzimmer, die jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer haben – perfekt für größere Gruppen oder Familien. Die Lage ist ideal: gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Tagesausflug nach Venedig – wir waren in kurzer Zeit dort und konnten die Stadt stressfrei erkunden. Insgesamt eine Top-Unterkunft, die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der tollen Wohnung von Daniel und Adriana und haben uns wieder wie zuhause gefühlt! Es ist alles da, was man braucht und auch der Kühlschrank war auch diesmal bereits mit ein paar Leckereien gefüllt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar - nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und zur Einkaufsmeile, aber dennoch ruhig. Die gesamte Anlage inkl. riesigem Pool ist super gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation hat auch darüber hinaus immer wunderbar funktioniert. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr! :)

The apartment is great, large, well located. The neighborhood is calm, beautiful, there is a park near the building, there are lots of ways to get to the main station and to the islands. Valerio was extremely helpful since the beginning, giving clear instructions, answering quickly, always gentle. We loved our stay!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Mira. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war wunderbar, es gab viele Tipps und einen persönlichen Check-In mit viel Input. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es war alles sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Ausgangslage für Ausflüge aller Art, aber auch Mira selbst ist einen Spaziergang wert. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hauptstraße, welche unmittelbar an der Wohnung vorbei führt. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man die Autos leicht, mit offenen Fenstern ist es sehr laut, da die Straße stark befahren ist.

Clean room, traditional italian decor, good beds, everything that was present was working. (shower, airco, kitchen, ...) Parking space on the domain. Very beautifull and big swimming pool with spa area. Gazabo in the garden. Communication with Gianluigi was possible but not fluent (mix of english and french). The family does everything make you feel at home and enjoy your holiday. We loved it.
