I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Stayed here while displaced from the Eaton fire and so deeply appreciate Raffaella's kindness and flexibility, and having a safe, clean, and spacious place to stay with my family while dealing with the crisis. Thank you! Some access notes for others in case it's helpful: the stairs may be difficult if you have knee issues but there is a sleeper sofa on the first floor; and it's at the bottom of a very steep hill so again if you have knee issues might not be as walkable a neighborhood as it seems. There is an EV charger right outside of the complex on the street that is fairly regularly available.

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

Stayed here for my son’s college tour, this place is so close to Cal State Dominque’s hills which was one of the colleges we visited! Place was clean, safe neighborhood and kitchen is stocked well! It had all appliances and kitchen ware needed to cook and even had several spices to use. She welcomed us with a goodie basket and even had coffee for us! Highly recommend this home! Would stay here again! Host was very responsive and great communication! 😊

Great location two miles away from family we were visiting for a 60th birthday party. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping in the area which was expected. The town house was great and very private not a lot of activity or people around I loved that, easy to relax and sleep. I have a lifted truck that didn't fit in the garage but that's understandable, so I parked outside the gate. Distance from where I parked and the unit was only a 3-5 minute walk so not far at all. We were very happy with the stay, would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. In a cute neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Would most likely need a rental car to explore other parts of LA unless willing to Uber or take public transport. Beds and couch were very comfy! Hosts are very nice and responsive to messages. The only small downside is that the house does have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, a very nice stay!

Great location in quaint neighborhood with picturesque view of a castle house on the hillside. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Host is super friendly and lives in the house in the back of property — very helpful but considerate of our privacy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This place is gorgeous! It is even better than described in the listing. Very spacious, quiet, clean, and beautiful views. Walking distance to Target, Trader Joes, a coffee shop and restaurants. We had a minor issue with check in but Amanda was incredibly responsive and arrived immediately to resolve it. I can't wait to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

One of the best places to stay if you are around Glendale. It’s really comfortable and chill. The host is a nice person, very responsive and respectful. There is a mall across the street and many places to visit. Worth the money.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

A great deal for a cozy place with secure parking and a dreamy flexible check in and out. Lovely host. The place is not that big and the bathroom is tiny, but worked just great for what I needed for a few nights (& amazing water pressure). Starbucks is next door, grocery store in one direction and the Americana shopping mall in the other. Lots to walk to.

Irene’s place was great. It was very peaceful and clean. Great neighborhood too.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby's house! The place was lovely, clean, and exactly as described. Bobby was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had promptly. It was clear he truly cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend staying here – we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great few days at Stephen’s place while visiting family in LA. The house is in a beautiful setting, with good views across the city and lovely gardens. We felt very relaxed there and really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and garden hammock. We would definitely look to stay there again when we return to LA another time.

Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. She made my birthday really special & will forever cherish that. Beautiful , clean & amazing as always. Responsive host. Location was great and away from traffic. Stores close by to shop for groceries. Great home and I’ll be back when I return.
