Rebecca was very good at communication was kind and her place was very clean accommodated me and my family and all of our kids very clean space working amenities great place to stay location is quite far from la but closer to other attractions that we enjoyed during our stay !

Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

It was so nice staying at Denis' beautiful space. The house is so charming, clean and comfortable to spend time in. The backyard is idyllic and totally gorgeous. I also appreciated how accommodating the host was to my last-minute requests, and how quickly he responded to my messages. Highly recommend this spot!

Had an amazing stay at this place! The location couldn't have been better, everything we wanted to see and do was a quick drive away. The home itself was fantastic, cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Anita was also incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the area in a perfect spot!

Passamos ótimas férias na casa do Sogand! A casa fica em uma ótima região, próxima a praia, com um mini mercado e uma liquor a duas quadras e supermercados e restaurantes a 5 min de carro. Há o pier e um parque com pracinha para crianças bem perto também. A casa era ampla, toda climatizada e com muitos recursos para uma ótima estadia (cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia e itens de limpeza, banheiro amplo e banho bom, muitas toalhas e cobertores). A orientação solar é maravilhosa, aproveitamos o sol pela manhã na sala e à tarde no jardim. Sogand sempre foi muito acessível e atencioso. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

As a host he was available when asked questions, nice home and neighborhood, was nice to just relax , have outdoor space. We didn’t used hot tub, we were gone a lot . returning to a home instead of hotel was what we wanted and what we got, and we could sit outside, wasn’t the warmest stay for California, but still worth it to us

This house is really nice and has everything you’d want for a long stay. The kitchen has everything you need if you like cooking. It’s big inside, and the backyard is lovely. We loved having our morning coffee outside; it was so peaceful. It felt like home. Lauri, the host, is fantastic. They replied quickly to our questions and were really kind. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Pasadena, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Juan was 5 stars for a reason. Great private getaway from LA madness but near Sunset! Safe and quiet. Got a lot of remote work done staring at palm fronds and feeling the Pacific breeze. If the valley is where you need to be, great choice. Great host.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Beautiful apartment in a great location. This was the home away from home that we needed for a three-week stay. Sydny was helpful, responsive, and even checked in on us when the Palisades Fire was happening. We highly recommend Sydny's apartment that is full of light and super charming!

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Miguel’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and me. The price was great, everything was spotless, and the location was super walkable. The host’s communication was fantastic, making our stay seamless. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!!

This was our fourth place after having to evacuate our house because of a fire. The apartment is very well designed and decorated, with functionality, quality furniture and appliances, and had all the touches of home. We are in our early 70s and I was a bit worried about the stairs, but they weren't bad at all. Like a previous user had mentioned doing, my husband and I each took one bathroom. The showers are the best, and I took pictures of the lotion and bath soap provided as I prefer them to mine. Don the handyman was kind and helpful. The area is perfect, the canals, the ocean with the Venice pier and the Marina Del Rey marina, farmers' markets, and restaurants everywhere. There is secure parking for 2 cars, which was important to us. We were close to the Los Angeles airport, Costco and Main st in Venice. We have lived in LA for over 20 years, and this was a very enjoyable "touristing" stay.

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

Easy access to groceries store. Nice quiet place. Very welcoming host.
