I enjoyed my stay at this lovely house located in the centre of beautiful Ahtopol. The place is cozy and comfortable, the rooms are large enough. The best part for me and my dog was the the fact that there is a lovely little yard where we spent 90% of the time while on premises and the hosts. Can’t say enough good things about them. The location is meters away from the main street, yet far enough not to be bothered by the noise coming from it. The beach is a mere 10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend it.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

This is our secind time staying at this gorgeous villa. We love the location, the house is fantastic - even better than the photos! The outside area is lovely and the whole interior has winderfully thoughtful touches - beach towels, lights, shampoo, lovely bedding! We will come again! Thank you for everything, Lorraine and Andy!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Вени и Тошко са хазяйте! Изключително мили, добри и приветливи хора! Мястото е страхотно за отдих и тишина! Стаите са чисти, подредени и уютни! Дори успяхме да се опознаем с домакините, понеже ни поканиха да вечеряме с тях! Препоръчваме с двв ръце! Всичко беше перфектно!

Super petite maison pas loin de la sunny beach. La maison est propre et bien arrangée. Tout y est, équipement, lave-linge avec produit, jouet denfants, petite terrasse couverte avec fauteuils sympas, ….. La piscine est grande et il y a peu de monde. Lilia et son mari habitent la maison d acote. Ils sont super sympas tout en étant discrets. Nous avons aimé la Irakli beach et Nesebar. La sunny beach etait bondee, moins notre truc. Super adresse a recommander!!!

The apartament is spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the balcony is very nice, you can easily have your coffee and breakfast there. The place is very close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants are also close to the apartament. The host was really prompt with everything we asked. Great stay, I highly recommend it!

Жилье полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию, на кухне было все необходимое для приготовления еды. Во дворе бассейн, в котором ребенок купался и его было хорошо видно из окна. До моря 15 минут ходьбы, много кафе и магазинов по дороге к морю. В квартире было тихо, не слышно уличной суеты.

We were here for the second year. Same as the last year, exactly what you need from an apartment for a seaside vacation. Everything was perfect. Apartment was clean, we had all that we needed, swimming pool was also clean and as always the host is very friendly and helpful in anything you want. We strongly recommend this apartment. See you next Year.

Комфортное проживание, вблизи от моря. Из квартиры красивый вид на море и зеленую территорию комплекса. В апартаментах хороший интернет. Нас быстро заселили, прекрасная хозяйка. Остались довольны.

За първи път сме гости на Мариела. Посрещна ни прекрасна дама! Много мила и отзивчива. Като местен жител ни даде ценна и полезна информация. Предимствата са мнооого: - прекрасна морска Панорама - тихо и спокойно - уютно и удобно - прекрасна градина, басейн -детски кът -безплатен паркинг -градски транспорт/1.50лв./до Бургас-богата културна програма през лятото - доставка на храна от заведение

Pani Anna jest rewelacyjnym Gospodarzem. Znosi pytania gości i służy pomocą. Nam lokalizacja pasowała. Kawałek od głośnego Słonecznego Brzegu i od centrum Sweti Wlas, ale na tyle blisko że można spacerkiem dojść lub dojechać komunikacją miejską. Do plaży 5 minut spacerkiem. Apartamenty przytulne i czyste z wyposażeniem które pozwalało na poczucie się jak w domu. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja. Na terenie ośrodka w którym umieszczone są apartamenty jest basen który pozwala schłodzić się w gorące dni. Drobnym problemem są czasami dochodzące odgłosy przejeżdżających samochodów kierowanych przez młodych gniewnych kierowców. Nam się podobało bardzo. POLECAM

Престоят ни беше прекрасен. Мястото е доста спокойно, на 2 минути от плажната ивица. Настаняването е много удобно и Sharron е много гостоприемна. С голямо удоволствие бихме се върнали пак. 😊

Quiet location but very close to everything, 700m from the nearest beach entrance (measured by Garmin). There is a nice little pool and a restaurant in the building. The restaurant is open 12 through 18. It has local Bulgarian food which is very expensive and good quality: soups, main dishes etc - very convenient for lunch. A small supermarket with all basic foods and essentials is in the next building. A lot of other supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc are around. A central bus station of Sunny Beach is in 300 meters. Very good wifi, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove plate, kettle, washer - all you need to feel at home. The apartment is on 4th floor with an elevator and a has nice view from the balcony. Everything is clean. The studio is spacious. Very good communication with the host. The only minor drawback of the apartment is that the shower is not separated - which is pretty standard in Bulgaria - so whenever you take a shower the floor in the bathroom is wet.

I think that the fact that we spent about 2 months and a half at Mario's flat says everything 🤗 The spectacular seaview, the pool , the modern flat were the perfect ingredients for us having a just wonderful vacation and we are going to return for sure next year 🙂 Thanks, Mario( and also Mario's mum, who was just lovely and very helpful) and see you next year!!!🌅

Nyolc fővel utaztunk családi kirándulás kényelmes nagy apartman az igényeinket kielégítette. a közös terek is nagyok. minden szobához tartozott privát fürdőszoba. a szálláshelyen található medencét rendszeresen tisztították a gyerekek nagyon élvezték. fél órára autóval megannyi strand bevásárlási lehetőség elérhető.

Дякуємо господарю! Перебування в апартаментах було дуже комфортним та відповідним. Мартін дуже відповідальний господар. В квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Квартира була дуже чиста. Балкон достатньо великий і з нього видно море. Прибуття було швидким та зручним. Рекомендуємо апартаменти всім.

Grandioses Apartment im Dachgeschoß eines schön renovierten Hauses in der Altstadt von Sozopol, direkt oberhalb der Küstenfelsen. Der Ausblick vom eigenen Balkon ist einfach nur traumhaft! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, funktional, modern und ohne irgendwelchen Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Das große Bett und das Schlafsofa sind äusserst bequem, also haben wir uns auch blendend ausruhen können. Zum Strand schlendert man etwa 10 min bergab durch die Altstadt und kommt an allerhand netten Boutiquen und Schmuckläden vorbei - vor allem der Stand der kreativen Schmuckkünstlerin Tanya Tabakova ist sehr empfehlenswert :). Herzlichen Dank auch für den Tipp, ins Restaurant Neptun zu gehen, das nur 1min vom Apartment entfernt lliegt. Wir haben da jeden Abend sehr gut und zu reellen Preisen (ist keine Touristenfalle) auf der Terasse mit Meeresblick gegessen und wurden immer sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Fazit: wir planen definitiv wieder zu kommen! Vielen Dank!

Ожидали другой номер, в следующий раз будем уточнять в какой заселят. Не было некоторых вещей, которые были в описании, но мы позвонили и нам их принесли. Очень уютная территория и вежливый персонал.

I had a wonderful stay at this appartment! It was impeccably clean and had a lovely fresh scent that made it feel very welcoming. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city and looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
